Campground has a great layout and atmosphere for the last few years that I've been here. There are different groups of people that always seem to be friendly. There are different sections of camping spots, some with access to the river down the backside of the campsite and others across the lawn in a more quiet area, as well as the wooded section which itself does appear to be more quiet and dark towards the night hours.I will highly suggest if you visit during/around the weekends of the 4th of July that you bring ear plugs and/or don't expect to sleep without issue. This past year we had fireworks going off into the early hours of the morning and I believe they were eventually told to leave the campground. I would have liked to see a lot more push from the management as these were two groups shooting off fireworks well past midnight and dangerously close to the ground as well as over the water while people were floating by.Strongly advise visiting outside of the 4th of July window for best experience. The rafting trip is great as well, floating down the river for 3-4 hours is a nice way to spend a day and relax with slow moving current that is safe.

If you like spending your vacation at a campground that has no rules this is the place for you. The worst experience camping I’ve ever had. People were riding dirt bikes, music from a large speaker played 24 hours and there was no effort from any staff to get things under control. Fire works went off all night till 5 am. Bathrooms were closed temporarily for no explained reason and they are in terrible condition. I’ve been to Landers many times but this was a new low for the facility. We won’t be back

Avoid this place at all costs!! Extremely loud music 24 hours a day!!! Security comes to ask them to turn it off at 2:00am (at our request) but as soon as they leave it goes on high blast again. Not just from one site either, but from many! It is maddeningly noisy 24 hours a day! Fireworks at all hours. If this is not the kind of camping you are looking for, look elsewhere! Worst camping experience I’ve ever had.

This place was awesome for friends and families. Highly recommend it. Word of advice come prepared because they overcharge on items at their stores. We took the 5 mile raft and took us like 4 hours because the stream was slow. I would recommend sun block, mosquito repellent, snacks, beverage, hats, waterproof phone protectors water shoes and small cooler for the hot weather.

Fun campground on the Delaware River with Pennsylvania a stones throw across. Was there with a group of 750+ and didn’t feel crowded. They could upgrade the water heaters as the showers were cold most of the time.

I recently visited the campgrounds with my friends and family for the Labor Day weekend and I had the most amazing time. Our area was clean and I was surprised the bugs were not a problem for me. My only complaint is the showers need to be updated. I must say to the readers, if you plan on having a quiet time, it’s not happening people. Please be mindful, this is camping where people stay up late, listen to music, gather around the campfire, watch the stars and so on. My suggestion is when making reservations, ask the person you are speaking with to put you in a quiet area. Can’t wait to go back next year!!!!

This was one of the worst camping experiences ever… we drove 5 hours to set up camp for one night and left. It wasn’t camping it was an event, club like setting… blasting music never stopped. I’m all for a party, we’re all excited about summer but there was absolutely nothing peaceful about this… I generally like to leave vacation somewhat rested. It’s a shame we’ll never come back because the river was beautiful and gorgeous scenery but the open field for recreation was non- existent. If you want to go to a night club this non-campground is for you. If you want to actually camp and wake up to sounds of nature do not go to Skinners Falls Campground 👎🏻

I choose the Skinners Fall site because of its proximity to the river. Unfortunately I arrived the day after the forth of July and the whole camp ground was full of garbage. Also the map of the campground shows a dump station ( which is one of the reasons I chose this camp ground) when I asked about it I was told I can go to another one of their campgrounds and dump! I would like a refund for false advertising!! Will not recommend this or any of the Lander’s campgrounds to anyone!Nearby activities: River

We have been to Skinners Fall many times but may never return. We go for a family outing to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Last year we had a problem with fireworks going off nonstop scaring the the kids and the dogsThis year we went for memorial day weekend. We arrived Friday night and the sites close to the railroad were over packed. About 20 tents on each of the sites. They had music blasting til 7am! Security said they would handle it on Saturday but it was a repeat of the night before. When they finally stopped the next group started up. I’m all for hearing music but the need to share with the Whole campsite is ridiculous. We packed up, took a hit on what we payed (not cheap) and left. The bathrooms were filthy and the cleaning pulled up and vomited on the lawn. There is no enforcement of the rules. It’s a free for all! It’s a shame that you will lose families just to make your money in big groups. I hope it’s worth it

We went to landers river trips in narrowsburg on Saturday. This is our second time coming here. The weather was great. And we had about a 5 mile relaxing trip down the river. The rafts & equipment are in very good condition. We had a very nice time. Great for the kids too. Definitely need to try it.

First of all, the staff needs to know, you are not doing a favor to us. We, the customer we’re paying (actually expensive rates), to go 3 hours far from home more or less, to sleep on the ground, and be exposed to a a lot of unexpected things.I had 2 different impressions of this campground. The first trip was for Labor Day Sep/2020 with 30+ friends and the other trip was just 1 week later with my whole family and a couple of friends with their family. The first trip was almost excellent, the staff was working efficiently and supportive in any aspect, I woke up at 7am one day and the restroom was destroyed but in a matter of an hour was clean like new again, the staff was taking the garbage every morning so it was everything nice and clean, that’s why I decided to go for a next trip with my whole family and another friends. The second trip I called a couple of days before to go, trying to make a reservation but the receptionist told me it wasn’t necessary because after Labor Day they have plenty spots available, so cool, well at least I thought. When we got there, Narrowsburg Campground was almost empty compared with the weekend before, even though the old lady on the front desk told us they only have 3 spots available with no faucet take or leave it because I have people waiting on the line, but at night we were almost alone, and she charged us per person and not like with that promotion you can see on the website $100 something per 2 nights and if your are a group of 10-19 people they will give one trip free and if you’re 30 ish you can receive 2-3 trips free, the lady not even mentioned that. So we tried to split the check with 3 credit cards and the lady very rude said “no, I’ll take only one card and you figure out” then she gave a map to my wife who didn’t know the place and said go and find it considering I wasn’t there yet, another complaint, the lady tried to charge us $49 per person for canoeing but the price is other on the website, go and check, the only good thing it was one of our cars got with the battery off and they helped us, 1 point for you on assistance. So I have to say something about my second trip, we spent a great time not because the service but because of our vibe as a group.Guys I’ll give you a second chance and even I’ll return here to give another better review and maybe recommend the place, you can be 5 stars you only need an optimized service.

It's a fun venue for a concert festival, or as a spot for camping with folks who "don't camp". Restrooms & shower houses are kept clean, despite being somewhat "rustic" - there is a camp store that is well stocked, and a market & ice cream shop within an easy walking distance. The town itself is rather nice, though the shops are more than slightly bougie.

Find a better spot, this is not it.The previous times I’ve been here were amazing. I really liked the place because of the nature around it. However, this time around it was disappointing to say the least. The rules are not enforced, people do whatever they want. If you’re unlucky like my group was, you’ll be stuck between loud speakers playing music all day and night. If not you’ll still feel like you’re at a music festival throughout the night. I came here to relax and enjoy the nature and all I got was the same city sounds I was trying escape.…I was at Skinners falls campground.

**edit i was at skinners falls**I visited here a few years back and had an awesome experience. I was here this past weekend (4th of July weekend) and the first night me and my family were in between two sites who blasted music all day through the night till morning at 7am. If you’re looking for a quiet get away avoid this place at all cost! There is no enforcement of the quiet hours at all. We called to let the office know and they assured us they would enforce the rules and the next night was a repeat. We had to leave and cancel our reservation on the 4th of July to get some much needed rest and peace. There were also about 20 people per site and we were told there was a limit of 6 people per site. Very disappointing!

WARNING: INMATES ARE RUNNING THE ASYLUMReview of Narrowsburg Campground - Awful, dreadful 'camping'. Worst experience of our lives. 1 star is too kind. None of the campground rules are followed or enforced--unless quiet hours begin at 6am for 6 cars and 10 tents per site. Obviously no one got any sleep with huge speakers blaring , salsa, reggaeton and bachata all night. Hell, I think a conga line twerked its way thru our campsite back to their strobes blinking to max merengue volume. For the price paid ($500+), we could have glamped at an luxury, peaceful campground listening to nature not knuckleheads. And managements' suggestions to stay at mythical Minisink where families enjoy peace & quiet is a cop out. If you post rules, and ignore them, and ruin our weekend, you deserve this review.

Been here 3 times over the years and don't really have a complaint. The bathrooms can be a little cleaner but you'll always see someone there Cleaning which is good. Did some fireworks and did the rafting. Had a great weekend.

By far the worst camping location I've ever seen. My reserved and paid for campsite was moved without my approval because the bordering party wanted "the site with a tree". I was not informed of this until after my arrival. The site I was pushed over to was then filled with 6 people from another campsite who refused to leave because mine had the water hookup. After asking them to leave repeatedly, they rudely refused. My boyfriend and I specifically booked our own site to practice social distancing. We went to the main office to address this issue, and the older woman who appeared to be the manager was extremely unprofessional, and not in the least bit helpful. We had to call their other office to cancel our reservations (the woman who answered the phone was the only helpful and professional person we encountered this entire time). This place was overrun with trash, excessively loud music from every direction, and not a family friendly crowd. All I got out of this trip was a headache, wasted money and time, and plenty of disrespect. I will never come here again, and I strongly advise others to stay far away from this disgusting and unprofessional location, especially if you're looking for a fun camping trip (you won't find fun here unless you're looking for a place to wreckless and rowdy). Keep in mind, a few of my friends (16 other people) stayed here that same weekend, who also stated they will never come back. Over the three nights they were there, they did not get any sleep because of the Spanish music blasting from every direction until 5am, the nonstop fireworks at random hours of the night, and the loud generators people brought and had on the whole time. Who the hell brings generators big enough to power a house to a camping trip, and why does the campsite even allow all of this?Aside from camping related things, no one was following any Covid safety protocols. NOT a single employee wore a mask other than the two girls working outside. If you went inside the office, the manager and two other staff members did not have maks on, and they did not enforce guests to wear masks. We are in the middle of a pandemic. I worked in the Covid ICU at the peak of this mess and witnessed more people die than recover. The level of my disgust with this place cannot be put into words. This place should be severely fined and shut down permanently. No one is following any safety protocols, and as a direct result many people will contract and further spead the virus. Even if we weren't in a pandemic, this place was still excessively overcrowded. Absolutely appalling.

Nice campgrounds. Great river! Huge field to play ANY sport in. Has electrical outlets for many grounds. Be sure to specify when reserving. Somewhat working bathrooms, but PLEASE! Set off some bug bombs once in a while and ramp up yr bathroom cleaning services. Cute Town but not too many activities I know of outside of campgrounds. Great and friendly service at the office. Good fishing if you go at the right time of year. Do not skip the river trip!

We have been going here for the past 5 years and always enjoyed the site, staff, and fellow campers. Last year, we thought we just had some bad neighbors or a bad weekend due to the rediculously loud and late music. I guess we were wrong. This past weekend, There were at least 4 large groups (+20 people) with PA style speakers, powered with generators or from extension cords strung across the camping area. Some had flood lights! It's insane. It's a campground, not a music festival. There are posted quiet hours, but the music goes until 7am. You won't be able to sleep if you're anywhere near one of these parties. It's sad, we loved coming here, but we can't come back if this is the norm.

Lovely experience! The lean in sites are spacious, the water is beautiful, the staff & campers are friendly, Dog friendly, bathrooms & showers are decent, fire & ice are well priced. We bought our own kayaks so for the price and the site, it was worth it! Will definitely return later in the summer, thank you!

A complete disorganized mess. The place is stuck in the 90s and still uses hand calculators and manual paperwork to manage the entire business. Which means it'll be hours before you get your rental kayaks, after explaining your info to different staff members over and over again. We notice other customers having the same issues.

Is a great place. The staff are nice. I've been coming to this place since I was 15 years old and am 36 now. The only negative thing I have to say about this place is that the showers and bathroom having been updated since I was 15. The bathroom and showers need a reno asap. That's the only reason I gave it a 4 star. If they renovate the showers and bathroom is definitely a 5 star place.

Me and my family have been coming here for many years. Definitely old fashioned style camping no frills no extras no fancy stuff. I think they could update a few things like maybe adding an extra bathroom and shower. But it's a very nice place the people are also pretty nice in the store.

Terrible. Stay away if you want to be able to sleep. Loud music 24/7, quiet time is not enforced. The place has people playing music at the loudest level and yelling until 5am. I am never coming back. You should put a big warning this is not a camping for nature lovers but for people who want to party and fireworks.

There really isn’t anything good to say about this campground. Before booking we were assured there would be Covid-19 regulations in place. There was absolutely nothing. The entire time, not a single employee was ever wearing a mask - inside or outside. There’s two sets of bathrooms on the grounds and both were absolutely disgusting and toilets were constantly overflowing and no soap to use to wash your hands. Which is ironic since we’re in a pandemic and should be washing hands frequently. They had no regulations for how many people were inside the small bathrooms and didn’t require guests to wear masks anywhere. In terms of non covid related things, as you entire there’s a list of rules they have in place - they don’t regulate any of them. Our first night a large group arrived at 1am and used their car’s bright lights to set up camp. They blasted music from 1am on and didn’t stop until the next night after multiple complaints. Another large group of 80+ people (again, no covid restrictions here) was setting off fireworks the entire night, and many other groups antagonizing others to play loud music and yell at each other. We spoke with “security” the next night after seeing him walk around the grounds and do nothing the night before. He told us it was only him there so he couldn’t do much about people not following the rules. He also explained the ones breaking the rules were regulars but usually they put them at the farthest part of the grounds so they don’t keep others up. If you know a group is routinely not following rules wouldn’t you do something about it?During the day staff was often rude and very disorganized. Upon arriving, although we prepaid in full, I was told we needed to pay another $150. No communication with anyone there. We paid to rent tubes to float in the river. The young college kid gave us no directions and sent us on our way. Thankfully another rental service saw us and gave us the directions we needed as it had rained and the “rapids” were more dangerous than normal.I will never go back here and would never suggest waisting your money on going.

If you like large, loud, Mexican parties with blaring music and microphones until 3:30 am, this is the place for you! Wish they would have advised us that we would not be getting any sleep. Definitely not for travelers passing through looking for a place to rest, and they charge top dollar.
