We often order online from this store and pick up when the order is ready.It’s always ready so quickly. They usually have everything we need in stock.Our experience has been that the employees are helpful here.I have to single out Gale as exceptional. If he answers the phone or is delivering your order curbside, he’s always upbeat, kind, friendly and helpful. Every time my husband or myself has had interaction with him, we always say to each other….”Gale made my day, today!”.We don’t know him personally, but we’re grateful he works at this Tractor Supply.

This particular store always has a hefty stock of our frequently purchased items... from dog food, to chicken food, to coop bedding, to random parts to fix our lawn mower, and beyond. The staff are often pleasant and eager to help, most notably Wendy. She goes above and beyond to explain how things work, and ensures we always get the correct item. Her knowledge and support always make shopping here a pleasurable experience!!

Staff was very helpful and friendly as they usually are at this chain. They have a great selection of products and knowledgeable staff. I got what I needed at a great price. They are also Vet and pet friendly and it's a newer store but very clean and well organized. ADA compliant with access and parking.

Hubby says it's the best one in our area..it''s a little out of the way...Pine Bush, but well worth it.. they always have what he needs. Staffis friendly and helpful and the store is always well stocked.

Hate the manager!!! Read below !Love the Napanoch tractor supply! Very clean!!They need to get rid of their manager GALE! He has no customer service skills, he is very rude. I’m a very outgoing person. There were 2 people on register a lady (Wendy) welcome to tractor supply! Then Gale who said nothing! So I went to purchase some chickens and ducks this day. I wanted 4 chicks and 2 ducks . Gale literally belittled me in the store . He raised his voice to me and my daughter it was unbelievable. Bc it’s policy 6 chicks and 6 chicks. I said ok I didn’t know. So I went back and got 6 of each. Problem solved! But I went back another day and there was another “manager Carl” there very nice guy I asked him about a certain type of chicken he helped me find on my phone also. Keep Carl and make Wendy some type of assistant. Wendy is still on register when I was there Sunday . Huh Gale was still walking around with nothing to do. Get a new manager!!!

I didn't have time today to poke around the store. It looked great though and I will be going back soon. I love Tractor Supply! So glad they opened one close enough for me to go whenever I want to.

Great place for anything from chicken feed to electric fencing, decorative items, toys and pet food. My only problem is that the FreshPet pet food products my dog likes are usually not packed out or out of stock.

My visit to Tractor supply yielded a great deal on a Dewalt 20V Drill kit. The store was well laid out and easy to navigate with friendly helpful staff. Woodworking is a hobby if mine and this place has everything I need and great prices.

This Tractor Supply is a brand new location.The store layout is different from most others. The staff is eager and seems to have a broad knowledge of their products.My only annoyance is the parking lot layout.You may only park close to the store if you are either handicapped (understandable )or purchased on line. The latter makes no sense.

I buy my dog food here cause I get a really great price for a 50lb bag. I also bought my rainboots there for a great price. You can find alot of things that you might need for the yard.

Good looking store clean but female management ain't the smartest ask her for a bag of hardwood pellets she said they outside not in store yet but I can buy something I dont want .trying to sell me a blended bag of pellets that is soft wood and hardwood telling me it's the same and does the same .I told her sorry no it's not hardwood burns better to me and less ash and nice heat the other bag is like buying Walmart pellets. She telling me the rating is 89% owell walked out and will go to liberty store.and u need a h.s diploma to work here lol 3 star for it being clean

Website is mediocre. Doesn’t tell you if the product is available at the Tractor supply near you. If it does, you have to hunt for it an so far I’ve missed it.

Always either always low or out of wood pellets.. service is no way near as good as Pine Bush location. Arrived at 8:20 to find out the propane guy already left. Constant disappointments.

When you are camping you can go there and wash your own dogs it's great
