The grooming staff at this location are so rude. I will never bring my dog back to this location. The managers were no better. They did not apologize for their staff or offer any kind of resolution. I have had multiple issues with this location over the years but I wanted to give them another chance. I will not be using this location again!

These girls that worked there were so professional, they knew every detail I asked about and they also were very nice and friendly.i would give all of them a raise if that was me as the owner.great job at this place....more businesses need to be like this...thank you ladies....u were all beautiful and kind and so so on point with everything I asked....thank you ...

The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to pets. I went to PetSmart to learn more about caring for my newly adopted cats. I was able to get the attention of a staff member who was busy, but wasn’t actively assisting a customer at the time. The staff member happened to have owned cats themselves, and went out of their way to offer recommendations based on the things that work well for them.Pets offer emotional support for their families. Caring for pets helps ensure everyone involved live happy and healthy lives. I hope this workplace isn’t one that often becomes too overwhelming, because in my experiences at PetSmart, the customer service is top notch!

Just left. There is a hamster that will stress itself out to death tonight and they wouldn't let me buy it at close. The death of this hamster will be on their hands. They deserve to feel like horrible people for letting this animal die. Will be reporting their store to corporate in the morning.

I usually shop here as it’s close to my house, but never again! The manager David was staring at my sister and I the entire time we were in the store. After he followed us to the bathroom and glared at me while I was inside before the door closed I said something and all he had to say was ā€œI don’t care that you’re upset.ā€ I expressed my concern to another employee who said he did nothing wrong and then asked what it was I needed. He couldn’t even help me find an allergy friendly food.Go to Petco. They have better stocked variety, knowledgeable employees and don’t creep on females.

I got 2 Guinea pigs there, and they were healthy and gentle! I get dog toys for my dogs, and for their birthdays, I got them a cute shirt! Petsmart is an amazing place for pet toys, supplies, and cute accessories.

Not atal happy with the customer serviceā˜¹ļøI was there today to get some fish,and was seeking for help to buy some more fishes,but there for no one on the floor to help me,I went to the reception and ask Ryan(employee) to help me out,he said he will send someone,I waited so long but no one came,at the end I just got out with whatever I found to the reception to pay,he(Ryan) was standing there only,but he didn’t even bother to ask me if I got the help or if I found what I was looking for,definitely not going back over there again,so disappointed šŸ˜ž

My dog was in need of grooming really bad. I think it was over a year since he was last professionally groomed. Dropped him off today , and he came back looking like a new breed of dog. They provided the service even quicker than they had said it would be. Very professional and friendly. Its my 2nd time taking him here and I will definitely be returning when the time arrives for grooming again.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. But what really stands out is Tom the trainer. He is so unbelievably patient and my dog who was a nutcase before going to Tom is now calm and appropriate to bring out in public. I had a bad experience with a different trainer through another company so I was hesitant to start another training session but Tom is seriously the dog whisperer. And anytime my dog sees Tom from a mile away she gets so happy! He’s the absolute best.

The three ladies in your store, namely, Monique, Autumn and Nora was extremely professional. My princess enjoyed the experience, she came home happy smelling fresh and clean. Monique was exceptional with putting on the final touch. I've been searching for the right place to get my Cavalier groomed and after this experience I can safely say I've found the place.

Due to shutdowns Benny went way too long between haircuts. I was so sad when I brought him in that I truly thought they were going to have to shave him down to the skin.I am so happy with the outcome. Benny looks and feels better. The groomer was able to loosen the mats enough during the bath to not require shaving.

I love this location. Great costumer service here. Even the customers are nice!!! It’s clean and organized. They have a nice selection of fish and small animals. Definitely would come here for all my pet needs.

I made an appointment on Friday to have my dog groomed Sunday and was scheduled for 8:30 am. I received a phone call at 8:27pm that my appointment was cancelled as the groomer can’t make it in. Apparently all the other groomers are booked. I understand the groomer had an emergency however to wait until 8:27pm knowing full well that everything is now closed and I wouldn’t be able to schedule him any where else is bad business. I would think that the dogs scheduled to the specific groomer could be divided amongst the working ones. I’m from Pennsylvania and am here visiting my mom. I normally get him done in Pennsylvania and they so graciously told me that there’s a store here. I will make sure to relay to them NOT to make these suggestions to customers. Poor customer service, I should have read the reviews prior to booking.

This is the worst grooming service ever. They have the worst employees. They are rude. I had an appointment scheduled at 5 and I came in they told me they wouldn't be able to do my dogs full wash because they are short staffed and if they did they wouldn't send him home dried. No one called me in advance to tell me this. This is not the first time they did this too me. I will never bring my dog back here.

These days Petsmart carries better brands of both cat and dog food than they used to, so I shop here more often now; however, they still don't carry all of the brands that I like to buy, for those I go elsewhere.For the Middletown, NY store I have several observations.1. I appreciate that there are 3 separate "clean up after your dog" stations, however, they are useless when they run out of paper towels, which often don't seem to get refilled, especially In the evening.2. Last time I checked the bathrooms were locked, why?3. There is a lot of dog pee on the floor, my male puppy really appreciates that, but I don't love having to drag him away from every corner, post, and puddle. Maybe this is because of #1 above?4. I know that it's hard to get employees currently, but it's really annoying at busy times to stand on long lines because there is only 1 cashier.5. Big plus for Middletown though, the trainers that work there are great! I wholeheartedly recommend the puppy beginner and intermediate classes. Dyana (our trainer) is very knowledgeable and fun to work with. She is patient and willing to go over things a second or ever third time. She's also very kind to the dogs; our puppy adores her!

This time, i went there only for my dog's nails trimming. I had an appointment at 10am, he was done and ready to go at 10.06amšŸ˜€ staff at grooming salon are very sweet and friendly. I used to go to the vet there (with my another dog) and always had great experience.

I bring my dog here to get groomed. First time there it took a minute to find where the grooming section was as it’s all the way in the back and you can’t see past the isles. The groomer forgot to put the collar back on my dog which I didn’t mind; I’ll just go back and pick it up. When I got there, only one person really fit in the small room at a time so I had to wait around 15 mins for them to finish a conversation about Starbucks while I just waited outside to ask for my dog’s collar back.

Has everything you could possibly need for pets in stocks. As far as live fish, fresh water only and mainly cichlids restocked, other than that they only get guppies, mollies and feeders every week basically and a few other fish usually dead and stuck to the filter intake commonly seen same day as new shipment Friday. With Petco gone, this is the remaining big box pet shop able to price things lower and provide other services. The grooming department has been great and reliable. The staff just work there like any big box store. Pet place down the street is WAY more knowledgeable, personable, and the variety and quality of fish fresh, salt , pond or other small animals and birds is much better even though the prices are a little higher but we'll worth it to support local business.

Took my dog in to be groomed 8-10 weeks ago and it was $82. Had her groomed today and it was $120. Was told it’s because she’s a doodle mix, guess what… she was a doodle mix last time you groomed her also!!! Will NEVER go back or recommend this place!

There is a new young manager that remind you he is the manager every time you go there.It seems to him that's more important that you know HE is the manager.It seems to me that HE'S NO HELP, RUDE AND WON'T HESITATE TO INTERRUPT IF IF YOU ARE GETTING HELP FROM AN EMPLOYEE. WHY?Because HE believes HE'S MORE IMPORTANT than you getting help and being advised properly.I really miss this store staff after the pandemic because it was one of the best experiences I've ever had. BUT after the new staff took over recently it sucks

Over a year my family has been avoiding "Jenn" at the register unfortunately today it wasn't a option. She didn't say hello , thank you, not a word. I thanked her when she handed me my receipt, she ignored me and started speaking to a customer who had brought her coffee, as if I didn't exist. When I said something she rolled her eyes at me and shook her head.We are in the store almost weekly and have had various conversation with other customers regarding her. while standing inline. She is nasty, unpleasant and rude. She will ignore you have inappropriate side conversations about customers as you stand in front of her. Her attitude is as she owns the place and is doing you a favor.My husband who rarely says anything went the Manager Pat to complain. He looked at her and she smirked. PetSmart corporate should do something about this. I will no longer shop there.WAKE UP PETSMART! You are loosing customers.
