I can not thank the Paw Pals team enough. We got our puppy in the middle of winter, so it was challenging to find ways to help him socialize with other dogs and people. I am so happy we found Paw Pals! Jet was nervous the first time he walked in, but after that, he always walked in with a smile and a wagging tail! They are very accommodating when we send him (3-4 times a month). We don’t send him often, but the few times he has attended daycare shows that it helped him feel comfortable around new dogs and people. We feel at ease knowing he is with kind professionals, exercising and socializing, and the pictures they send us make our day. I can tell the owner is diligent with whom she hires and is a kind and caring professional. Their website is straightforward and easy to navigate. We are going on a few vacations over the summer and plan on sending him here with complete trust that he will be happy and on vacation, too! Thank you Paw Pals!!

The Paw Pals team has been excellent taking care of my pup as I transition back to working in the office! From the dog walking team to the day care and boarding team not only do they keep me updated but they keep my dog very happy. The team also is very accommodating when my schedule changes. My two dogs totally enjoy their time spent at Paw Pals. They love coming and can’t get inside fast enough to play with staff and friends. Staff is super friendly and always make me feel as though my guys are welcome there. It’s the best doggy day care I have ever used.

Stephanie always does a great job grooming my Australian Shepherd and he comes home happy with an amazing coat. He has also boarded there too this past summer. We were pleased with his care and enjoyed the photos and communication they sent during his stay.

My Puppy loves going to paw pals! Paw pals has helped her develop socially while having fun. She safely burns off her puppy energy and gets positive reinforcement with lots of affection and most importantly I get daily photos of my puppy Trixie!! 🐾Trixie also gets groomed at PawPals and Stephanie! Is awesome with Trixie ❤️ The other day I was pleasantly surprised, giving Trixie a bath at home. She was so well behaved in the bathtub and it was stress free for both me and my puppy ❤️🐾❤️

I am no longer a client up until several months ago, but I was for several years. Paw Pals provided years of dog walking services for Foxy, a few times day care and several in home visits for both my furry feline Jinxy and my furry canine Foxy. Everyone that has worked here; that I have had the chance to meet while coming to my home to walk Foxy have all been friendly, attentive and just overall great people to have taken care of our fur babies. If I ever move back to this location I wont hesitate calling you for services for my fur babies as I know they will be in good hands with Paw Pals!!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Paw Pals!! My dog Oreo is very skittish and shy, and the whole team has worked with us to make sure she’s happy and comfortable. We have been sending Oreo to daycare for over 2 years now and Paw Pals is the only place we’d trust to send her to. I completely recommend Paw Pals. Here’s a beautiful picture taken there. We found out about Paw Pals a few years ago when looking for pet sitter service so we wouldn't have to board our cats when we traveled. It is very easy to book services with the website and all new sitters come to the house for a meet and greet. Our cat Skippy is VERY people shy and within three visits the sitters had him meeting them at the door. We absolutley love getting the email update after each visit, including photos. I highly recommend them!

I can’t possibly say enough about Paw Pals!! It’s truly the best thing that ever happened to our dog!! We’ve been sending our deaf dog Ghost to daycare at Paw Pals 2-4x/week since December 2020 and he absolutely LOVES IT. The staff at Paw Pals are the absolute best, they make you and your dog feel so well taken care of and so valued, sending pictures daily of Ghost playing and practicing tricks with them. They all love him so much and we couldn’t ask for better people to be taking care of our babe! I recommend Paw Pals to EVERYONE in Rockland County!!

The staff at Paw Pals love my furbaby and have ALL been incredibly patient, caring, helpful and flexible. The variety of services has made this my one stop for grooming, day care and for boarding. The pick up and drop off option makes them an unbeatable deal for a working family like ours. There are multiple play areas and they have webcams going all the time so you can check on your furbaby anytime. They also do holiday activities just like a children's daycare! We have a valentine with pawprint from our puppy, which is a cute addition.

The team at paw pals is very kind, compassionate, & caring. I went on vacation for a few days and they would send me pictures of my Ellie having a good time with other pups, bed time photos in her room, and bath time photos. It gave me real peace of mind knowing Ellie was having fun. The groomer Stephanie is so good with Ellie when I mention her name to Ellie she gets all excited to come see her and get bath and nails done! Nice clean facility, they answers the phone, emails, and text messages for all your concerns. I highly recommend them.

Paw Pals has been the absolute best. My dog Korra is super high energy. The girls that walk her take such good care of her. They always leave me the detailed updates/ report cards about their visits with her. The portal is super easy to use in case I need to adjust something with Korra's schedule too. In the event that I have to call, Amanda always makes sure that Korra is taken care of. She's always so patient, no matter how many times I call lol. I'm extremely grateful to everyone there because I know Korra is in great hands.

Paw Pals has been an integral part of our family. As a working dog-mom, having a great team of dog walkers has made a huge difference in our lives. The team of Paw Pals walkers are punctual, professional and very caring. They give us daily updates as to the puppies adventures and are sure show our dogs lots of love and affection when we can’t. We have also boarded our pets during a one week vacation, where we get plenty of updates and pics. From the looks of it, our dogs had a great time exploring their new ‘digs’ while we were away. Our family loves Paw Pals! They take the extra step to set up a meet and greet- so your pet (and humans) can meet your dog walker ahead of time so they are familiar with them when it comes time for a visit! They are very communicative during visits and send pictures, our dog is always excited to see her Paw Pals friend! Easy to use app for scheduling and communication.

We love paw pals! Paw pals is more than just a space for dogs to run around. It’s 1:1 attention, small group play, activities and walks that are a given in their everyday. It was really that 1:1 attention that sold me on paw pals to begin with. I also love getting that email that says I have a message in the portal with pictures of my dog having the best time!My dog is an 80 pound high energy dog and never lets me dress her up but she let the people at paw pals put wings on her for 4th of July which really shows me how much she trusts the workers that she will sit still long enough for them. She also gives everyone a hard time with eating, but she has always had her breakfast with them, which also shows me how much she loves and trusts the people there. I can’t say enough good things!

Paw Pals is amazing. My dog absolutely loves it here (and that's saying a lot as my dog is a pain). Stephanie is an amazing groomer and does wonders for my Yorkie. He is a handful and a bit difficult. My dog has been in for daycare, home walks and grooming. Next try will be boarding. The paw pals pack (team) is amazing

We have been extremely happy with Stephanie as our groomer for Ollie. She greets us when we arrive, he is happy to go with her and she is always on time and texts when he’ll be ready for pick up. It has been a great experience since we started bringing him to Paw Pals! ❤️🐶

We love Paw Pals! We mainly use them for dog walking from our house. The walkers are all so sweet, obviously care about our dog, and send super cute updates after the walk. The app is easy to use, scheduling is always a breeze, and they are always helpful on the phone.
