The people are so friendly and had such great information. They provided us with resources we needed and helped give education ok things we weren't sure about. They took such great care of our puppy girl (She is 2.5 years old but still). I will 100% go here again. The process are very affordable and for the amount of care worth every single penny!

This was my first time bringing my 10 month old puppy to a boarder and it seems like he loved it! The owners are so nice and very reassuring. They cover all the bases with the information they provide upfront and are happy to answer any questions. They even gave me a report card of my dogs behavior and a fridge magnet with a picture of him playing to commemorate his first stay with them. Amazing care for a very reasonable price. Will definitely be going back!

Our two dogs stayed here when our family went out of town. One of our dogs has diabetes and requires more attention. They were in good hands. Highly recommend country hound kennels! Great folks who love animals❤️

We're from Long Island & used Country Hound Kennels for the weekend while we attended a reunion in a nearby town. From the moment we arrived I knew our dog was going to be in good hands. The facilities are clean & the dogs were calm. Belle is 15 yrs old & Kathy & Brian took the time to talk & learn about our old dog which made me feel she was going to be in good hands I only wish there was a Country Hound Kennel on the Island!! We have a 125lb rottie and he can be very protective and also can be a little unruly around strangers. So we had to find a kennel with a trap door to let him out. Country Hound Kennels came highly recommended by our vet and they were spot on. This has to be the cleanest kennel we have ever seen. The first time he wasn't very nice to the owners but since then he as been back he likes it and goes outside very easily and runs around. I highly highly recommend this place! You won't regret it!!!

We are extremely happy with Country Hound Kennel! We have left our Beagle there twice now, the second time was for 8 days and all has been great! Very nice owners, clean facilities, and very accommodating to our needs! We highly recommend this kennel!

I've been bringing my 11 year old dog to Kathy and Brian since he was just a puppy. He loves them so much that when he sees them he pees a little out of excitement. We now have younger dogs and feel very comfortable knowing they are with Kathy and Brian. I've occasionally used pet-sitters at my home over the years but found that I am much more comfortable knowing they are in Kathy and Brian's care. Can't recommend enough!

Cathy and Brian are truly treasures, they love what they do and it shows. Our senior dog has a lot of anxiety when we have to take him to the kennel (or camp as we call it) but not with these guys!Their facility is amazing and very well organized. They were more than happy to take on his medication schedule and even gave him some extra pampering! He was definitely well loved and looked after while we were away and even had more "pep in his step" when we picked him up. We will refer all of our friends and family to these guys. Thank you SO much for taking such good care of our little buddy!

I have been coming to Country Hound Kennels for 20 years with my former 2 Rottweilers, English Mastiff, Chinese Sharpei and for last 2 years with my 1st rescue dog, my Pit Bull. Kathy & Brian feel like family to me as they make my pets feel at home as well as me! My dogs have always been part of my family, just as my own children, and I trust Kathy & Brian keep my pets safe & sound, and loved!

I have used "Camp Country Hound Kennels" (Our nick-name!) many times over the years. I am the worst "Nervous Nellie" about leaving my dogs anywhere. My kids are a different story Ha Ha!! This place is great and would not trust anyone but them at this point. My "girls" are now 11 and 14 and are a bit "off." But the last time I went to pick them up...they did not want to leave!! Love these kind people.

I have never left my dogs anywhere because I didnt trust anyone to care for my dogs except here! They are very friendly, very affordable and you just get a personal touch that makes you feel good about leaving your animals in their care! Highly recommended!

LOVE this! It's "camp" for doggies! I utilized their daily playtime option, and so glad I did. My dog had a great time and the owners care so much for animals....it really shows in their work! I drive from Syracuse and I wont hesitate! Highly recommend. A+

The owners were very nice people and my dogs looked great when I picked them up after a 4 day stay. They gave me pictures of my dogs playing outside. I've boarded them a couple other places and this is the place I will use from now on.

Not just a kennel. "FAMILY" When entering the large room where the animals are boarded, you are amazed. Absolutely no odor. I mean, NO ODOR WHAT-SO-EVER. Clean, fresh, large individual units.When you leave your pet at the kennel, it is their vacation spot to enjoy themselves while you are away.

I called yesterday morning to reserve the kennel for my dog and they said to fill out a form online and they would call me right back, 4 hours later I called and they said they didn’t see it but after looking for 15 min they finally found my submission, they were going to review it and call me back. It’s 3pm the following day and still no phone call, I guess I’m boarding my dog else where.

I have never been treated so poorly by business owners. The owner Kathy scolded me for calling outside of business hours and then stated she does not have time to answer customer calls. That is your business! Absolutely terrible people. Find another location. Do not trust your animals with these people.

By far the best place to board your dog. Staff and facilities are outstanding. The fees are more than reasonable. As far as I am concerned this is the only facility to board your a final!
