I just stumbled across Katz frozen pumpkin pie this year and bought it on a whim. What a delight! I’ve been gluten free for fifty years and dairy free for 45. This was delicious. The crust was nice and light, not like the “cardboard” ones I’ve made. Custard also great. I will be seeking these products out. I put this pie in the turned-off oven after a pizza bake and it warmed up perfectly in the residual heat.

After years of being a loyal customer, I recently had an issues with formula change on the donuts.. They shipped me 4 cases meant for Australia, wrong packaging, product is way different! Density is way off, size of donuts is huge, taste is different.. Even the printed weight is different.. Yet management acts like I am wrong and making up stuff.. I forward batch and best by dates and heard nothing, spoke to management today.. She seemed distracted, disagreed the donuts are different, required more pics, needs me to box up their product and drive it to the nearest Fedex drop off.. Don't waste your time with Katz, they'll just treat you like garbage when you have an issue!

When I was first diagnosed with Celiac Disease there was hardly anything tasty to eat in baked goods. My wife discovered Katz gluten free donuts and pastries in 2011 and I’ve been eating their products ever since. I love their variety of donuts, fritters, pies, etc. I haven’t tasted anything I don’t like from this company. Everything is delicious and they do a really good job with gluten free. I do wish they made gf biscuits. If they ever do I’m sure they’ll be delicious also!

Update: Was back at my usual grocery store and they had another item....Cranberry donuts on sale. I had to try. I preferred these over the gingerbread. Never would have thought a frozen donut could be this tasty!!!Picked up a box of these gingerbread cupcakes at a North Carolina grocery store because they were on sale and I have a relative that LOVES gingerbread. These cream cupcakes are small yet mighty in taste. My relative liked them and she is not easily impressed. I thought they were good. They come frozen and you have the option to defrost and thaw for 2 hours or microwave 10 seconds. I went the quick way.

I love their products. Having gluten allergies, it is amazing to find food I can eat that tastes good. However, I had a problem with my order and got absolutely no response even after sending two replies. One of those replies had the following picture of packaging straight from the factory of packaging that was not sealed. The entire box was full of cinnamon buns that were not sealed. I do not feel comfortable eating them. I wish they would get back to me because I truly enjoy their products.

Several years ago when my daughter was diagnosed with Celiac I discovered Katz GF Bakery and it was really a lifesaver. Their frozen breads and pastries are delicious! The best part of Katz is that they keep on expanding! When I first started using GF items they had a fraction of the variety they now have!Two years ago I made contact with the management and they graciously let my daughter and me visit the facility. With masks and hair coverings, they showed us the manufacturing process. My daughter's face was beaming seeing how "her" donuts are made!Thank you Katz!

Product arrived moldy and so far despite multiple attempts they will not stand behind their product. Customer service is a joke. Date on the unopened package is good until May 2025.

Wish I could make this up but you can see for yourself!!! I recieved a pastry that already had a bite in it. Not only that it was still packaged, sealed, and sent out to stores. This 1 item alone makes me weary for how many other items are being "tried" before they reach packaging. Highly dissappinted because I spend daily on this brand and have yet to encounter this but now it makes me weary if people lick the pastries. Youll never be able to see a lick compared to a bite and now im afraid I cant keep spending my money on something I KNOW IS COMING OUT OF AN UNSANITARY COMPANY!!! YOU HAVE LET DOWN THE WHOLE GF/DF COMMUNITY BY ALLOWING THIS FROM YOUR WORKERS. YOU CAN LITERALLY COUNT HOW MANY TEETH THERE IS! SO DISGUSTING!!

Because of food allergies (peanuts, tree nuts, and wheat) this is pretty much where I get all my guilty pleasure snacks.I haven't always had a wheat allergy so I'm very aware that a lot of gluten free products are subpar imitations. That said, everything I've bought from Katz has been both fantastic and allergy friendly.The cinnamon rolls and triple chocolate donuts are my personal favorites.It had been years since I had good cinnamon roll or donut and Katz never disappoints!They ensure that your products are shipped and packed to survive the trip and my snacks always arrive just as expected. The only problem is they're way too delicious to last very long. 😄

I’ll simply stick to buying Katz when I can find it in-store, and I’ll look for a more trustworthy competitor to give my money to for bill orders. Had an issue with shipping and emailed immediately to attempt to resolve. Emailed a second time after first one not replied to. No response whatsoever. Food is too expensive - everything is! - to waste any money on a company that couldn’t care less. None of them care but at least when I buy in-store I know I’ll receive my order.

I have been very happy with the items I've ordered. I am especially happy they have corn free options as well. And mostly, I am so happy for their grain free mini donuts, they are actually my favorite of all their offerings! LOVE the gluten-free mini strawberry donuts. Full of strawberry flavor. Great texture. Very affordable. Easy freezer to table. I microwaved 2 of them on a paper towel for 14 seconds and they were perfection. And they're grain-free. Can't wait to try the mini apple cinnamon and jelly minis in my freezer.

Buyer beware.Unfortunately, I had nothing but trouble with this company. They offer free shipping on orders over$49.00, however it took an order of $53.00 and a call to customer service to get it.The bread goes moldy after 3 days in a sealed package in a bread drawer.they refused to give me more than a $3.22 for any products. I also did not know that their products are filled with soy and corn which are highly inflammatory. They don't care to help a first time customer, so I am now a former, dissatisfied customer.

The products are excellent; however, the customer service is nonexistent. If you have a problem with your order, you simply get ignored. I have purchased quite a bit from them in the past, but having my emails go unanswered and ignored has proven to me that I am not a valued customer, so I will no longer be buying from them. I purchase the $60 box thru Amazon. They arrived in good shape.The chocolate glazed hole and the twinky like one were my favorites.The glazed donuts seemed to dry and the cinnamon ones too much cinnamon. My Neighbor who is helping me as taster liked them. . She agreed the glazed donut are a little too dry. I had hoped for apple pies. Her birthday came up and I didn't get any of the blueberry pies, and cream filled chocolate cup cakes. She said I would like them. All and all I was quite satisfied. Just placed an ore for the chocolate, vanilla creme filled and creme filled cup cakes thru Amazon. Still have a couple items to try.

Be careful ordering from Katz.I had ordered up around $70 in frozen treats a couple weeks ago, so not a huge order or anything like that. They said on their website that items were taking longer to ship due to the current Covid crisis (~10 days longer according to their website), which is understandable. The only problem is that I got no shipping confirmation from them, and the order was shipped the day after I placed the order. Because I had the order sent to my other house, I did not know to go see if it arrived yet, which meant the box was sitting outside in the sun for over two days before they updated the order page to show that item was actually shipped and delivered.Needless to say, everything was already spoiled. In summary, they might make decent GF treats, but there customer service and shipping is down right terrible.

My son loves the muffins and donut holes. He is a very picky eater. We highly recommend for anyone. He has celiac and very high cross contamination issues. Never has he had any problems with Katz's products.

Shared the challah bread with two teenage boys as the test testers (litmus test!). Both agreed it was the best gluten free bread. The gluten free pastries have that melt in the mouth feel-amazing. Was fortunate to try the seasonal ginger cinnamon donuts-excellent. Delicious baked goods.

I’m really excited to try this brand! FYI, this isn’t an establishment you can go into to physically buy the products. Maybe I’m the only one who wasn’t aware of this... but the location on the map is a warehouse. Not a store front. Not a big deal though. I was given a catalog and the place smelled super yummy!
