This is the first hotel in a long time that updated, clean and friendly. It was nice to see staff that actually spoke English. Great location from Letchworth State Park and their little Main Street which had some great food choices. Very good. Easy location to find. Close to Letchworth state park. Check in was friendly. Room as clean with no problems or missing/ broken items. There was an exercise room and an indoor pool/hot tub. Bathtub had lots of hot water (much hotter than the hot tub) and our sleep was quiet. Breakfast was included. A clean, serviceable room with lots of tables. Topped up and attended. Choices included coffee/tea/hot choc/juice/milk, hot/cold cereal, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles (etc). On a regular weekday in March 2024 our room was about $100 after taxes

RACIST!!! RACIST!!! RACIST!!!! I don't throw that word around lightly!! But I had thee worst experience in my life at a Hotel. Where Customer Service is a Big point of the job and dealing different people and different backgrounds and should be treated the same, well I wasn't. My sister, her 3 months old son, her 6 year old daughter and I stayed here 3 times and have spent up to $1000 with the company. To as a result of a bunch of charges on my card for no reason at all when I tried to find out why I was being charged for something that should have never of been charged to my card. The manager kicked me and my and her 2 kids out and said well I got my money I don't care what you try to do. He was so mean and nasty to me and he backed up his employee who I explained to him was charging me out of retaliation for going telling someone how she treated me. It was just so horrible and I had to sit there and explain to my 6 year old niece that some people don't like Auntie bc of what color she is. She was so scared thinking that the "mean man" was going to find us and have the cops take us away. There's so much more but I just want people to be aware of what they are doing and how people are getting mistreated at this Hotel. I get upset all over again just thinking about it.

NO STARS! NO STARS! This place was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! The worst customer service ever! They charged $200 for something we did not do and kicked me and my kids out because I disputed it! They are dirty and They are racist , that gave my sister all sorts of problems and was RUDE!Says it’s pet friendly but lied and it’s not but told the cops that they called on us that they aren’t pet friendly. YES CALLED THE COPS ON A MOTHER AND A COLORED WOMAN A 6 YEAR OLD AND 3 MONTH OLD!!! SCARED MY KIDS! This is the worst place ever, and still took my money. DO NOT STAY HERE, especially with kids! Worst experience I have ever had!

We spent Christmas here in Mt Morris to be close to family and opted to stay at CI&S. Place was nice. Comfy clean rooms. Can’t tell you anything about Breakfast or Pool bc we used neither one. Definitely will come back. I think we were like the only ones here and literally had the whole place to ourselves which was a real cool experience. If you’re a Letchworth Park enthusiast. This is the place to stay. The main entrance is literally right here. The only downfall to staying in Mt Morris is it’s lacking a nice place to eat which are slim pickings.Food & drinks: Restaurants in Mt Morris are not here. That’s a major pitfall

We recently stayed at the country Inn and suites at Mount Morris.We liked the breakfast selection. It was very busy at peak times, and the people who work there were moving around quickly to empty trash and keep things nice and clean.We also liked the pool area, awesome hot tub!When we were looking for places to eat at night, one of the team at the front desk - Samantha, went into her book and wrote down 5 reasonable places for us, with addresses based upon our comments.We found our room to be fresh and clean. Samantha and (ALL) of the staff we encountered were so nice and helpful! We would recommend this place, especially to travelers with families.

We stayed at this hotel the end of September 2023. We really enjoyed it, we wanted to hike letchworth. We got a jacuzzi room. Everything was very clean!But we will never stay here again. They hit us with a $200 smoking fee without an email or notification to warn us on our banking. We were accused of smoking pot. I called and asked how can we prove we didnt. They have no policy in place for checking whether we are innocent or whether maybe an employee or someone went in there later. We are very disturbed that they can just access our money for such a large extra charge.

We went to this hotel for a night in comfort during a long road trip. We paid 220 bucks for a double. Our toddler required a pack and play but that was on loan as they only had ONE in the whole hotel. We asked the receptionist where would be good to eat....she had no idea what was going on. The rooms were completely soleless. It was like staying in an office and the windows were all screwed shut (fire hazard?). Not worth the money. It looks nice from the outside but it's just a very average place to stay.

Our stay was great. We booked directly with the property and the lady was fantastic to work with. We originally was directed to a national reservation line and the lady barely spoke English and quoted me $236 for the room. I didn't think that was right. So I searched and called the property and she was pleasant and made our reservation and literally half the cost (which was the correct rate). We arrived and was checked in no problem. The property is clean , we had the room with 2 King size rooms and it was perfect for our family and very clean. We highly recommend this property for staying when traveling through this area.Hollingshead Family

The staff made me feel welcome as soon as I entered the building. The lady at the front desk had the most wonderful and heartwarming smile. The room was huge and the bedsheets felt so nice that we wanted to just stay in bed all day. They had a pool and a hot tub. It was my first time in a hot tub so it took some getting used to. The location was great as well. Everywhere we need to go was within a 10 minute drive. I wouldn’t mind spending a week here next time.

Stayed here on a business trip. Quiet, well maintained rooms, very clean and Comfortable . Staff is very friendly and helpful. They even went the extra step to find me some pain killers for my migraine! Breakfast was hot, great selections.Rooms: Plenty of space to settle in and move around, the king suite is almost like a mini apartmentNoteworthy details: Super clean rooms , especially the bathroom

My husband and I stayed 1 night passing through to go to Canada, and it was the cleanness hotel we've EVER stayed in. My husband left his watch and ring in the room. We came back 2 days later. The housekeeper Brittany gave my husband belongings to the front desk. I'm am very grateful and thankful! Samantha at the front desk was awesome !!Rooms: Our room was super clean and smelled clean! Best stay ever!

I've stayed in a lot of hotels but this is by far the best one I've ever stayed at thanks to the incredible staff. They are by far the most respectful hotel staff I have EVER encountered with. As soon as you walk in, your greeted with a smile and they never make you feel like a bother. The hotel itself is small but it's quiet and beautiful! The rooms have high ceilings and are big! There is also a hot breakfast buffet every morning. You can't beat the 12pm check-out!! Also, the pool is open from 6am- 11pm which gives people plenty of time to swim or enjoy the hot tub.Although the area surrounding is small and doesn't have much to do besides Letchworth park, it's quiet, peaceful, and from my experience-friendly people.

Easily the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Spacious, clean rooms. The Wi-Fi is a little slow but that's to be expected. Front desk staff is very helpful and informative. It really feels like a bed and breakfast but with hotel style rooms. Not to mention, it's right next to a Dollar General just in case you need snacks, food, or any miscellaneous items.Update in June of 2023:Still the same. Huge, clean rooms. Front desk staff was dealing with a few room issues but she was doing great given all of the obstacles she was facing especially with a fully booked hotel. Book in advance! Even on weeknights they will sell out!Rooms: Spacious, clean, private.Food & drinks: Continental breakfast included with stay.

Jessica, Jody, and Amy were the best hotel staff I've ever met, they were in fact more like friends then staff members by the time we left. The food was great, they helped tremendously in navigating our trip. It was one of the cleanest places I've ever stayed and will absolutely be my go to whenever I stay in Mount Morris

Everything about this hotel was outstanding! The staff were welcoming and helpful, the hallways were wide and the room was large, the bed and pillows were comfy+ and the breakfast had it all - omelets, sausage patties, homemade home fries, waffles, large bagels, generous servings of jams and peanut butter, hot, fresh coffee and cold juices...perfection! And all for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Country Inn & Suites in Mount Morris New York!

We liked this hotel. The parking was convenient and centrally located steps gave a faster way to get to the second floor, where our room was. Staff was helpful and polite. The room had a lot of shelves in the tv stand and between the beds, plenty of places to put our things besides just on the desk. It's not a newer hotel but we were happy with it and updates that had been done here and there. Breakfast was as you may expect with things like hot egg and cheese, cereal, waffle maker, some muffins, juices, and more. The location is excellent! It's right on the edge of town, close to Letchworth State Park.

Excellent hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Staff was really nice. Room was spacious and bathroom was clean. There is no housekeeping but you can get whatever you want from the front desk. 24 hours coffee in the lobby. Breakfast was good with variety. Waffle maker available. Pool and hot tub available. Laundry is available for a $1 for washer but dryer is free which is very good.Just a minute drive from letchworth state park .microwave and small fridge in the room.

We had a really nice stay at Country Inn. The staff was really friendly, and helpful. The manager, Brittany, helped me navigate a strange booking situation and was so nice about it. The rooms are newly renovated and clean. Mattresses looked brand new!The breakfast and coffee were delicious, and the location is right by Letchworth. I will be coming back to stay again!

Although things were clean, staff was good, our room on the second floor was in the process of being renovated, but not completed. So, the bedroom part had gray/beige walls with no pictures or anything. There were no curtains only a white comforter on bed, tucked in like a fitted sheet, and the furniture was also grey. Did not look like photos on website It was depressing to spend time in. I think they should either not put people in those rooms yet, or explain and let them decide.

First time I have seen non slip floors in the bathrooms.Very clean and safe.Nice swimming pool and hot.spa for six people. Also non slip floors it seems are used.My room was extra large.The Staff was warm and kind.Caitlin was the name of the person and was very sweet.Nearby EV charging within .8 Miles. Download the plug share app to find it. Staff allowed me to plug into wall. Very kind and sweet. Just for that I give them 5 stars.Beds and pillows are newer and better quality.Definitely worth every penny.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff is wonderful. Our room was clean. When we checked in, we didnt have any soap so when I asked and it was brought right to us! The pool was relaxing along with the hot tub. Pretty court yard and plenty of parking even with a sold out night. Breakfast was very delicious and had great choices. We brought our dog along and they are very accommodating with that! We stayed 2 night, house keeping didnt tighty up the room; so I wasn't sure if that is due to covid restrictions or not. Our garbage did get full. But I highly recommend coming here and will return! Thanks for thr great stay!
