I love going here and Nicole takes good care of my "belle". They don't keep her too long and she looks and smells amazing after her grooming appointment. My dog isn't the easiet to deal with and they are always understanding and positive which calms me down having to leave her.

First time and last time. On a recommendation we brought our boy for a grooming after moving out East labor day weekend . So I explained to the manager that he has very fine hair thin skin, our last groomer had badly cut him and hid the wound. They eventually paid the vet bill. So we waited a bit longer to groom him thinking we will find a new groomer when move to our new home. So pet palace we thought was the new place and they would take care of him, well the very nice groomer said he had a scab that must of fell off during shampooing. This was on the complete other side of him, not even close to the other wound that was months earlier. And that she showed it to the other groomer, instead of informing me about it and proceeded with the grooming,I proceeded to tip her anyway . So this took place the Friday before labor day and most vets were closed or overbooked, so I drove him to our vet where we used to live on Tuesday. Of course the vet attended to the wound on his leg and we paid the $103.00 Bill. So when I called pet palace they denied that they cut him and refused any help towards the bill and had the nerve to say I waited four days to tell them although it was a holiday weekend. I noticed good and bad reviews, my experience was disturbing and they lost a new customer. I guess they have enough business to not bother thinking twice about losing a new customers. I bought a couple of things also when I was there although the shelves were pretty empty , (also not good sign). I wish I could show the photo of the cut, but I know one thing for sure we surely will not be recommending or going back to them. 🐶😞

I have a large pit bull which a lot of groomers won't do or are afraid of because of the breed, Nicole took my dog like it was her own and did a amazing job. She was very comfortable with him as was my dog with her.. Recommend them 100%

I love it here, everyone is so genuinely sweet and caring to 1 & half year old Australian cattle dog. My pup is always so happy and relaxed when I pick her up. I would definitely recomend to anyone!

Love Nicole, and she did a great job on our long haired Chihuahua, but hate their business practices. Last fall my dog came back from a grooming infested with fleas. I called and left a voicemail about it. They never called back or acknowledged my call in any way. Another time when I and another customer were in the shop, Cathy the manager was screaming like an banshee at Nicole about who knows what, but that is no way to treat an employee nor how to act in front of customers. The final stray was when I made a business deal with Cathy the Owner. Part of the payment she owed me was for a free grooming. Before my next grooming appointment she called and reneged on the grooming. I DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH COMPANIES LIKE THIS, and now groom my dog myself. It takes the same amount of time it took my to drop my dog off and pick her up, now gets done at my convenience and saves me $60+ e/o month. Sorry to take the business away from Nicole, but this place has terrible business practices.

Found my new favorite place for my dog’s grooming. The owner is super nice and appointments are scheduled ahead so there’s never a need to stress because your don’t have an appointment.

I brought my daughters dog there for grooming and they were wonderful in making her comfortable and did a great job at a reasonable price. I'll be bringing her back there in August. :)

We bring our dogs there for nail cutting especially. The ladies are so good with our babies. The dogs love going there to see what's new on the shelves.

I have been coming to Pet Palace for many years, actually when they were in Manorville, the King Kullen Plaza. The service only got better. The staff make you feel like family and their also professional. My pets are like a family as well they are groomed with much love. I recommend any one to brig your treasures there.

These people are caring for your pets!I know that might sound corny but I like the way they treat the animals brought to them and how happy the dogs look after a hair cut. :-)
