Whenever we call they rarely pick up. They always send calls to voicemail. And if you leave a voicemail they rarely return phone calls. Terrible.

The electronic phone system is not accurate or acceptable. It does not give true information and is confusing and almost impossible to reach a live person to speak with. The pharmacist was very apologetic and asked me to contact the website to express my concerns as they are frequent from other customers.
