I recently went to pick up prescriptions and inquire how much I would have to pay out of pocket for another prescription. It was 3 mins before their lunch hour and the pharmacy tech informed me I would have to wait on the consultation line but they were closing for lunch. I returned and waited on the consultation line. The same male pharmacy tech attempted to work with another pharmacy tech to find my address/account on the computer. .She informed him that the computer went down and told him to go to the other computer to work on filling another prescription. She left to work the pharmacy cash register. I said "This is ridiculous, I was waiting patiently and now he's working on someone else's order?" As I walked away the tech working the register said "I told you the computer was down" and then laughed at me as I left the store.

Idiotic morons who don't understand how to count days let alone the amount of medication. They have made up "CVS policy on day 33 you can get on your knees and beg. But because of our "policy we are unable to fulfill your needs. GFYS cvs

Met the new manager and I must say he was pleasant and extremely helpful. There has been a fantastic change in the store since he's been here, the shelves are full and neat and easily accessible. I love my CVS and happy to see the big changes. Thank you new manager :-)

Pharmacist answered phone with a RUDE attitude! Answered with a snarky … talk to me… no hello, no introduction, just rude like I was bothering her.Told me she’s rude because she works too many hours. Didn’t know that was an excuse to be rude to a cancer patient with Covid. This pharmacy & pharmacy staff is the worse! Not first time issues with them. Wish we could go back in time when ppl were decent & respectful.

Samantha is the best worker and deserves a promotion! All the staff here is very solid but she really stands out with her professionalism and expertise. I’ve probably been to about 60 CVS’s in the country and this is my favorite!!!

Try to call for hours and hours that turn into day and days. And then when a miracle happens someone finally answers and they're either helpful or it's someone with attitude who sounds like they hate their job or they just hang up on you. CVS should look into restaffing their employees with people who ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS!!

I see a lot of people had problems with the pharmacy or whatever but just wanna shout out Zach he’s the best , stopped what he was doing and helped me take a passport photo last week. That boy needs a raise or promotion for sure.

Jack is by far the worst employee there. Sits on his a** doing nothing making people use the self check out. He is socially inept and rude to every customer that interacts with him. Don’t know why they would ever trust him in a manager role, dude has the worse attitude I’ve ever seen from a “manager”. I'll shop there again when he inevitably gets fired.

Very unprofessional and rude in the pharmacy. I am finally changing pharmacies . They are nasty and get annoyed if you ask a question. When you are waiting to pick up a prescription they make you wait for a while when noone is there. They don't even acknowledge you. How sad being in the Healthcare profession, they just don't care.

These two stars are for the pharmacist I just spoke to on the phone. Waited a bit on hold for someone to pick up; then a monotone voice answered. I said, "I'm just wondering if you carry a certain brand of birth control."He said "no, we don't."I said, "...you already know? I didn't even ask yet."And he said, "yes because I know what I carry."Might have been miscommunication, but either way it was unfriendly and unhelpful.

Went to the pharmacy at 8:20pm to pick up a prescription and the pharmacist was already going through the door. He suggested that I go to the other CVS pharmacy down the block but they could not help. If the pharmacy closes at 8:30pm, why are you close and out the door by 8:20pm. Those 10 minutes mean something to someone. Very disappointed. The other pharmacy was not helpful either.

Extremely rude ! I called 4 times because they weren’t answering and one of the times they hung up on me. I called again and I spoke with someone who hung up on me mid conversation. Hope this cvs shuts down no need for a pharmacy or pharmacist to be so rude

The pharmacy will call you and tell you to come in that your prescriptions are ready. When you travel there far and spend taxi fare to get there, they tell you that your prescriptions are not ready and to come back another day. Thus, taxi fare back home and then taxi fare again. They know how to waste your time.

I've used pharmacies from Riverhead to Ulster county this is by far the worst pharmacy ever I will NEVER go to CVS again
