been going here 5 years, only 1 time they thought I was getting too much meds so I had to call my doctor back and he had to confirm it, other than that they've been golden.

They pick up the phone just to hang it up, not a word. Went through corporate and they kind guy tried to direct wire me to them(he couldn't help answer my prescription questions) and they literally disconnected the phone. Horrible service and I will never trust them with my grandfather's life saving medications.

I just moved to the area and cannot believe how rude the two men who answered the phone are, with the understanding that Walmart records phone calls for "customer service purposes." I have never seen worse customer service skills from most of the staff at the Monticello location. Still, I was shocked by the hostility from individuals working in the healthcare industry. Walmart should be embarrassed. I will also write to the executive leadership to complain about three phone calls I made on June 23, 2023, from 11 to noon.

Love these guys. So kind and compassion. One lady took time out of lunch hour to help me track down meds for my sick dog and call around til she got it. Lovely staff. You saved the day for Daisy. Thank you!!!

Horrible experience at the pharmacy, wouldn’t fill my prescription from urgent care because there was only 5 minutes left to their shift. Also they did not inform me they’d be closed the following day so that 15 min i spent standing off to the side on the phone with crystal run trying to get this script there and then finally getting the on call doc to call it in was pointless and a waste of time when they advised me to do so just to turn around and say oh we close in 5 min we’re not gonna be able to fill that

I try to get my booster Covid shot today, the lady supervisor will not let me get one even though she saw on the record that I only got one so far, I was the one who told them that I got another one at another place, but I don’t have my vaccine passport anymore. Now you can get three 4 or five booster shots. Anyways, these people just want to give you a hard day and are dumb. Poor mindset.

i had to get my cousins scripts.i was told i was too late and if i waited to get to a window, his medicines would be held from him. well...his blood pressure shot so high shortly after we were virtually tossed aside, i had to rush him to the ER...part of that pharmacy order was his high blood pressure meds. My cousin is lucky to still be alive today...that was the head pharmacist...everyone else who works there is professional, polite & very helpful. I hope they WAKE UP and form a union...or join one...

Worst Walmart EVER. 2 cashiers working and over 35 people in line waiting. My mom cannot stand for too long. After nearly an hour, we pushed the cart aside and were forced to leave. We would rather drive to Middletown. Wish i could issue zero stars.

This pharmacy is horrible. They have no clue what they are doing. They make one mistake after another. There is zero communication with patients. I had to repeat information with the actual pharmacist over and over and even she could not comprehend simple things. Absolutely horrible. If you need a Walmart pharmacy go to Napanoch, they are wonderful. If you don't need Walmart, go to Shoprite right there, they aren't perfect but a whole lot better.

Called today, a male attendant answered the phone. I asked to check up on a prescription, I told him my last name, he tells me that he knows how to spell it, when no prescriptions came up and I told him that he probably misspelled it... he hung up on me.

Worst pharmacy in Sullivan county !! Period !The old lady with the short curly hair who Is terrible !! Rude ! I was told twice in one day by two employees 2 hours apart that my prescription wasn’t there ! The first time I called my dentist to check if they sent it over and they said they just spoke to them and to go see them again , but I had to go back to work so 2 hours later I go in again and of course Im told it’s not and there’s nothing there for me at all besides an old prescription from a year ago , I asked if there is anything else they can do and she said well you can PAY for it !! Now i thought you have been telling me it’s not there WTF so is it there or not ???????? Are you trying to pocket some money from me ????? I mean common ! It wasn’t until I sent my fiancé in that the other employee was able to tell him the issue was that my insurance was pending on covering the money . WOW well we called my insurance company and viola just like that problem solved , and the employee has the nerve to tell my fiancé “oh now you called the insurance company after all that” maybe if the first two employees would have told me that than I would have called them to begin with !!!!!!!! Never again . The dentist office even warned me of using Walmart as a pharmacy but there open late and I work late , oh well I’ll have to try rite aid .

Horrible very RUDE pharmacist. The female in charge is ok, but the other lady pharmacist should be fired. EXTREMELY rude on several occasions, then NEVER have it in stock. always a waiting game. Heart meds had to wait 5 days???? I might have died b4 then. Gross. go somewhere else!

Always a huge line, never have my meds, and one of the front line reps literally almost got into a fist fight with the customer in front of me. When I got to the counter, the rep mumbled something about needing a gun. Avoid at all costs.

I'm so over this place. Everytime my son get a new medication they never have it in stock or wont fill it because of health insurance issues. Then why can't you simple call and inform what is going on. Now have to sit here and wait and wait.

The pharmacists were extremely rude and ignored us when it was a medical emergency for us to receive medication for our newborn. They claimed it wasn't called in and simply refused to speak to our dr. Very unprofessional to say the least.

Probably the worst pharmacy in existence ever....the children that hang out in this department have no clue as to customer service....that is their job, CUSTOMER SERVICE...they are more concerned with their breaks and lunch, than helping customers...many years ago I was taught that people who walk into a drug store are sick...treat them that way...customers are not to be looked upon as a hinderance...that is why you're there...to help the customer...If possible, go to a different pharmacy...it can't be any worse than this place...and it certainly might be better...

This pharmacy is absolutely the worst experience I've ever had trying to get my medicine... These people have no clue how to treat their customers... I'll never return and hopefully they will get new staff members with the general idea of what the job consists of instead of the rude pharmacist and morans behind the counter that arent interested in anything but making you go away... Not kool... . Really disappointed in the inprofessional way I was treated and they must be stopped.. I'm thinking an investigation would be great.. Hopefully with results... Very sad to see people dealt with in the manner they chose... I'm suprized that Walmart would allow the abuse to happen ..im going to be shopping other places from now on..hopefully my review will deter you from giving them one penny of your money.. Take my advice... Definitely go anywhere else but Walmart Monticello pharmacy...THEY SUCK...

Great experience today at the Walmart pharmacy all the employees very helpful and they help to save 90% of the price of a prescription for a person who really need it thank you so much for all of you
