Scheduled a meeting with a kitchen designer online for 930 am. Arrived at 915 to find 3 kitchen designers, none of whom had logged in. They told us store policy has it that they don't do kitchen designing before 10. Yes, they are aware of the discrepancy with the online system. They didn't care. We didn't wait. Total waste of our time.

Buying a gas dryer....you need to purchase the conversion kit from a different source. Home Depot claims that they do not want to be liable for selling them but they rather be neglectful to customers as they do not make you aware of this and the gas parts you purchase along with the dryer is not a conversion kit. I was told to buy it from Amazon instead.

I had taken advantage of a great sale and got a new patio set just before Memorial Day. It was scheduled to be delivered that Saturday, so I stayed home while my family was camping to accept the delivery. I was very upset when I got an email saying that the delivery needed to be rescheduled because nobody was home to sign for it šŸ™„ (I was home)Fast forward to yesterday, the new delivery date. I rearranged my schedule to make sure that I would be home and got an email again saying it needed to be rescheduled with no explanation. Iļæ¼ called our local store to see if they knew what was going on, and they explained that they contract another company to do the deliveries and they canā€™t figure out why my delivery was canceled again but would look into it.A few hours later, a Toyota pick up truck pulled into my driveway and two Home Depot employees unloaded my patio set. It seems that the store manager sourced that set within the store and sent his employees out in their personal vehicle to make sure that it was delivered to me.ļæ¼Iā€™ll be honest, ļæ¼ I was furious the second time that the delivery was postponed, and I was getting ready to ask for a refund and find another set elsewhere. Our local employees went above and beyond and in turn I am a very happy customer. I called the store afterwards to make sure those people get the recognition they deserveļæ¼.Happy to say this work from home day is much more comfortable because of them!

I called in the morning for a tool rental and after receiving the standard Robot automated system, I said tool rental, the computer put me through to someone who could ā€œhelpā€ that gentleman forwarded me to a lady when I told him I wanted to speak with someone about renting a tool. The next person was a lady that didnā€™t even let me finish my sentence, cut me off, told me she would get me to someone who could help, then I spoke with a third person, a woman, who said ā€œsheā€™s here let me make a page,ā€ after I yet again asked about tool rental. I finally was out on brief hold a fourth time and then another woman told me all of the Auger snakes weā€™re currently out being rented. Before this I spoke with members at 2 other Home Depotā€™s and a Loweā€™s all of which didnā€™t have rental options. Matamoras PA in person, Middletown NY on the phone and Loweā€™s Middletown on the phone. National Conglomerate and they donā€™t even introduce themselves when they answer the phone. 2 of the 6 people I spoke with answered the phone in a professional and proper manner. Youā€™d expect a human could greet you politely and professionally at their place of employment.*Greeting of the day**Store name and Location**Employee name and position*ā€œHow may I help youā€

Usual Home Depot, asked for help and got directions politely. Some customers with and without masks. Not as clean as other stores, but acceptable. Check out takes forever. This visit very hard to find what I needed, help was of little help. But the product I needed was here, well stocked store if you look hard by yourself.

I love shopping at Home Depot! They have everything I need for my home improvement projects, from tools to building materials. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, and they go out of their way to help me find what I need. The prices are reasonable and the store is always well-stocked. Highly recommend! šŸ› ļøšŸ šŸ‘

This home depot is a JOKE. DO NOT order sheet rock from here for delivery. I payed the extra 20 dollar fee to have it delivered within a specific 4 hour time frame. Not only did it NOT get delivered at all but they even tried to claim that the driver attempted a delivery at 5 pm. The driver is supposed to call 30 minutes before the delivery. NO CALL was made.Mean while I waited at the house. for the delivery from 6 am to 7 pm. The customer service line lied about my delivery being first. Then I called the store and they said the first delivery they made at 10 30 am to someone else was on its way. I said that's nice because I payed the extra fees to have my delivery between the hours of 6 am thru 10 am. Then they said we refunded you the 20 dollars and transfered me to another line to avoid being called out.Then they tried to tell me that 2 drivers didnt show up for work. And I payed for this thru pay pal on the home depot website and the store was telling me I have to come in to get the refund and that pay pal wasn't a payment option. What a fawking JOKE !

This place is not as busy as Middletown one so youā€™ll be in and out, unless of course thereā€™s nothing on the shelf. My hubby can spend hours in the store looking for stuff and going back and forth. We also rented the tiller and snake from them and had no issues.

I had an issue here in the garden center, ' A big sign reading " 50% off selected tree plants" was displayed. Plenty of trees on display there yet no sign which said which ones were 50% off. Went to the cashier to inquire, she was clueless and called a sales associate after 5 minutes the associate came and we scanned 40 tress NOT ONE came up 50% off! Wasted another 15 minutes more, why put up the sign if nothing is there? Went back to the cashier asked for a supervisor another 10 minutes more wasted off my day waiting for him. Finally I told him the whole story I'm writing now he was scratching his head, he then said take whichever you want I will honor the 50% off. He did the right thing in the end! Lost a lot of time here though....Now hopefully the trees won't die!!!!

I wanted to thank the staff at this location. I had an issue with a delivery from the Harriman location and was getting no where after a week of phone calls this guys corrected it in five minutes. I also rented a few items and all three rental employees I delt with were friendly and helpful. They got me what I needed helped me load and unload and were conversive and all around pleasant I wish I had gotten there names to give them a shout out but it was a young lady and two guys with beards one very young all working this past Sunday. Thanks again

I went in to get a new hose for my new washer dryer, the woman in that department was brand new and alone, she was so very nice and helpful taking her time and checking to make sure that i had the rubber washers that are needed with the hoses. There was another couple waiting but she really put a lot of time into getting the information. I love Home Depot the employees are always nice, and very helpful.

Went here for roofing since my shacks fell through from the last storm...customer service was as garbage as my insulation and no-one knew what they were doing! I spent a total of 6 hours in store, 3 of which was spent waiting for the man who offered help! Used the excuse of getting a jacket and left me to wander around the lighting and whatnot...all I wanted was the chance to repristinate my home and I can't even have that. Going to a different location tomorrow with better hopes of finding what I need or the help I deserve!

I really could not thank Bev at customer service enough. I was dealing with a roof renovation project and none of the roofing materials got delivered in the middle of a rainy day due to a truck issue so we had to drive 2.5 hours to pick it up. Bev was patient, considerate, communicative, and efficient (omg and also so funny). There were plenty of customers that were dealing with a similar truck problem and Bev was quickly and seamlessly taking care of all of us and and dealing with damage control. I hope to never have to deal with this kind of headache again but if I did, Iā€™m looking for Bev. Thanks Bev! ā¤ļø

After using this store for everything from dryers to refrigerators, carpet, drywall, paint and much, much more over the past decade I will no longer be giving them any business. Not one more dollar from me. There are other stores, and online ordering is a real thing. Tom, the "manager" is the reason for all this. I'm a reasonable person, but Home Depot has lost me as a customer.

She was knowledgeable, fast and went above and beyond assisting me with what I needed help with. Not only did she help me but at the same time she helped multiple people and got the job done! Made a large order of windows and doors, still waiting on a missing piece for the door on a first order, and the 2 order that was placed at the same time back in June was not yet delivered, this is an urgent order but thereā€™s no one to talk to. No manager can get to the phone and no email addresses for the department that answeres the phone. Agent doesnā€™t reply to emails and installations team donā€™t know weā€™re it stands. A very unprofessional team and very high cost which I was sure Iā€™m paying overpriced but at least I should get some level of service but apparently I donā€™t deserve that.

Home depot is just too too big with too too many shoppers and it takes forever to find what your looking for,In the end chances are you found what you needed and probably stuff you didnt need and most of all you did not spend too much as prices are very low at home depot compared to other hard ware stores.....

I got to this home depot 3-4 times a week. It's horrible. No carts for lumber ever. Managers ignore customer complaints and on top of everything else they are rude with no cashiers. Everything is an hour wait at this home depot. Would rather drive 23 miles in to opposite direction then shop at this home depot.

Asked for help to get a sump pump at customer service 3x's ,asked every employee walking by (6)for help to unlock the pump and needs a ladder to get it...45 minutes later still waiting!! Guy finally shows up without the ladder so he leaves again... finally get the pump and there was only one extension in the whole store...oh and I needed 2 pumps but they were out of the bigger one I needed... So my house is flooded again with all the rain....

Worst home Depot by far. Minus a few select employees. Never any lumber carts, store cluttered, can't find things. Half of the employees are clueless and forget about the rude store manager, you will get no where with him. It's honestly disgusting when you own a business and have to wait hours for a customer to come out and follow them to their car just to get a cart.
