We have been using Rock Ridge for nearly a year now. The facilities are clean, the staff is friendly and efficient. We get phone call reminders on our appointments, (which I love). Our dog seems comfortable going there which makes me comfortable leaving her there.

Always friendly, and accommodating. Maggie is always happy and though she mostly keeps to herself she is well cared for. I highly recommend this Kennel. In addition they also offer bathing, nail cutting and other services..

Extremely friendly people. I have recommended them to my friends for grooming. All 5 of our family dogs have stayed at their kennel s & had a great time. They don't mind a phone call or 2 to check up on them. They r definitely dog lovers. They also have a friendly cat in the office to greet everyone.

I have been using them for a while. Started with 1 dog now I'm up to 4. The staff is great always friendly and my dogs love them. They are always willing to help with drop off and pick up. Had my 2 female German shepherds groomed this time. They did an amazing job. Highly recommended

The wonderful people at this kennel looked after our dog and three cats while we went away. They were very attentive to the individual needs of each pet because why would we be lucky enough to have calm, carefree cats and dog? We were only gone a few days but they took excellent care of everyone. It's a relief to know we found a place to have them loved and cared for when we take our next trip. I can't thank them enough.

This was the first time boarding my dog here. I was lucky they had a spot for her because they filled up fast. Staff was very friendly and understanding with my dogs needs. I will definitely recommend them and board my dog here again.

This place is a godsend. We have a 135 pound Great Pyrenees Diesel" who can be aggressive at times. We tried other places only to be told "we don't take dogs that large", "we don't deal with aggressive dogs" and a couple of places that did board him once told us "not to bring him back". We had all but given up hope of boarding him until we found Rock Ridge Kennels. Their service is excellent, friendly, professional and more than able to deal with Diesel's issues. Whats more, the rates are very reasonable. WOOF!!!

I've used rock ridge kennels since Ellen and gene owned it. 1991 to be exact. Kevin and Robin are extremely wonderful and skip is wonderful also. I took all my pets there for grooming and now my children bring there children's pets there. Nala (golden retriever granddog is there as we speak for boarding) I give 5 plus stars. Rock Ridge Kennels is the best around. Our three dogs always are excited to be dropped off and always happy and healthy when we pick them up. The owners care deeply about their work and always go the extra mile to take care of our pets. The grooming service is top notch too! I have used Rock Ridge Kennels for my dogs over the years. The staff is very friendly, the kennel is very clean, the prices are extremely reasonable and my dogs seem to be very happy to join in the fun. When I bring them , they go right in, even my one dog who is shy, seems to really enjoy her time there. I always recommend Rock Ridge when people ask for a place to board their dogs.

I was very surprised to read a negative review of Rock Ridge along with the 5-star positive reviews. I have boarded Lou (a retriever-bulldog mix) at Rock Ridge ever since I adopted him from the local shelter. When I drive to Rock Ridge, Lou opens the screen door himself to enter and obviously enjoys the company of Kip, Robin, and Kevin and his canine and feline pals. He always returns healthy and well-cared for and happy to see me, but hardly in a mood to escape from the kennel. The prices are reasonable and the staff is warm and friendly. Lou and I can recommend the kennel enthusiastically.

I've never boarded my dog before, I was terrified and extremely worried how my boy would handle the separation (I was gone for a week) and him being around strangers as he is very 'aloof' with new people. Well... the staff at Rockridge kennel made me feel so much better! They took their time with Rue, allowing him to get to know them as he was very stand off-ish at first. They took time out of their day to give me detailed updates on him when I'd call from my trip (and encouraged me to do so) I felt so comfortable having him there, and he even seemed to enjoy himself! I will absolutely be using their services again when we go away. The staff was amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better experience

Everyone is so nice and professional, I am willing to wait two months rather than take my dog somewhere else to get groomed. I think the fact that they are that booked says something about their quality of service.

Can you really find a better place in the region to take your pet? Kip and his staff are over the top great, been going to them for decades. Clean, warm, safe, friendly, accomodating above & beyond expectations. Highly recommend Rock Ridge!

It was my dogs first time being kenneled and they made sure he had everything he needed to get through the 5 days he was there.You can call and check in on your pet which is really nice! They have indoor and outdoor access! They also have pet grooming available!

This place is our PATRICK & ROCKY'S HOME AWAY FROM HOME. Patrick, a Grate Dane and Rocky, a Golden Retriever are always happy and looking good every time we pick them up. Always a great experience with them...very professional and caring...what I like the best is that they are very open to showing where your pet will stay. I went to other kennels and was told I can't go in the back...we walked right out. THANKS ROCK RIDGE

Rock Ridge.is the only place I'd leave my dogs. Great staff and my dogs ways come home exhausted, which tells me they get plenty of "fun time" while there. Priced right and very in tune to what you (& your pet) need. Great local business.

Brought our miniature poodle puppy in for his first grooming. Robin, the groomer, discussed the options, was very clear about what she would do and took the time do that we could decide on the cut. She did a beautiful job and Ralph was happy enough that he was in no rush to leave.
