Finally Monticello has a store (mall) again! It might be one store but it’s a mall in my eyes 🤣 So far it’s nice and the service was good. The lady at the register was quiet and didn’t say much but “have a nice day.” The restroom only had one working stall though and the flush was way too long!

I was there 2x this week. Found the perfect gift for my son's fiancee, something unexpected fue My daughter and a beautiful dress on my first visit. Today I went back to see if the blouse I was admiring on the first trip. To my delight the blouse was waiting for me 😁

This is a recently opened store in a relatively busy strip mall. It is well stocked and very clean. The staff is really friendly and helpful. I've been there a few times now and always feel like I got a deal on something.

Always love shopping at Marshall’s for anything we need at home like new blankets or pots and pans or new plates or cups. I love that they have a very large variety of clothing for people with all types of styles. And luggage’s and bags for vacation time 😎☀️🏝️. If this store stays like this, this might just be my favorite in Monticello.

My wife goes to Marshall’s whenever I need to stop at Home Depot or vice versa. It really works out for couples with different interests! They share a parking lot. Hard to beat this magic combo!

Marshall's is my place to kill time before an appt. I pick up things I like then put them back where I found them, don't need any more "stuff". But sometimes there is something I just must have. Thru the years everything has been the same.

So glad I found this Marshall’s while visiting Kartrite Water Park. I found great deals and the ladies at the register are very polite and friendly. The store is very organized as well!

I am just so happy that you can shop some place closer then Middletown! My retail therapy is satisfied!!!! (The employees are extremely friendly and helpful.) I love it there and have given GCs for Christmas as well!!!!!!

Desiree was so nice, patient and helpful. She folded the clothes quickly but nicely, and just perfect customer service from her. As per the store, really good variety of clothing with good pricing. Store needs more staff/cashiers but it's understandable.

Absolutely terrible service from the staff, condescending and rude. Shopped today 9/27 with a person with a disability using a cart from another store (with permission) and Marshall’s employee advised us to leave and the outside cart was a liability. Advised we had authorization, and took it further. We were allowed to access store with cart borrowed, but only after asking to see their policy and them acknowledging they were not handicap accessible. Shameful!

The store is very clean and the staff are lovely. However I've never been a fan of marshalls because of the way the clothing racks are organized..or unorganized I should say. If you find a clothing item that you like but it is the wrong size, you will probably never find it in the correct size unless you are willing to search up and down every other rack in the store.

This store is a newer location that was built last year I believe. For the few times I've been there, I like it. Like any other Marshall's, they have a variety of things you can find. Like luggage, clothing, shoes, makeup, etc..I like it overall, the staff are kind. I haven't had much problems there yet.

Very Clean but not enough merchandise yet.I feel confident that things will improve over time. After all, it's a new business establishment and refreshing to finally see some alternatives to Walmart. Bringing more stores to Monticello means less trips to Middletown.Seeing Staples leave was a big negative.How about another food establishment like Panera . Maybe I'll check into this and inquire about franchise requirements.

Marshalls seems to be down sizing their supplies as at one time the stores carried a much more wider range of items as opposed to today and this may be due to pandemic and fuel costs but outside of clothing the stores are now lacking many of the household products we used to get for cheap and it also appears that the shoe department has shrunken as well with almost no clearance isles and half the supplies they once offered....
