Went to family today the store was generally clean and had everything I needed. It wasn't until I checked out that a problem arose, the cashier wasnt wearing gloves or a mask. When I made the comment that she could at least be wearing a mask I was ignored for a few moments and when she did put her mask on which was after she handled my items she had to rub her nose a touch her face before she donned her mask then finished ringing me up. If every one is required to wear a mask why arent employees and why isn't the management enforcing this rule

The cashiers are wonderful but the management is anything but. Store manager stands outside chain smoking or hiding in an aisle on her phone while the employees struggle to do everything. The (white) manager "raps" along to the music playing from her phone putting special emphasis on the "n" word and speaks in a blaccent to POC...trash!!!

The store itself is usually in good order, shelves stocked or in the process of being stocked and of course the prices are great. I do have issue with some of the staff. Most of the staff are kind and helpful and are always pleasant, especially the store managers, Nancy and Art, however some are completely unprofessional, rude and unwilling or incapable of appearing to be helpful in any way. I said to the young woman/cashier, "Hello...how are you today?" SILENCE... Tried to make small talk... NADA... not even an eye raise to acknowledge my presence... I said thank you so much and smiled at her hoping to get some interaction... failed miserably. I'll never understand how some people work with the public and it's so apparent that they hate what they do. There's nothing worse than being made to feel like I've inconvenienced you to do your job. I'm willing to give her the benefit of the doubt...maybe she had a bad morning...maybe shes sick or her car broke down??? Uhhhh noooooo.... she's like that every time I visit... no home training at all...ugggh... damn shame.... 😕😕😕😕😕

Staff not overly friendly but do try to be helpful. Store very crowded, difficult to move around in and find what you're looking for. Prices are reasonable - cheap to moderate. Carries pre-paid cellphones in addition to storage containers, housewares, toiletries, feminine hygiene products, prepackaged and processed food items, candies, inexpensive melamine dishes, bowls and cups, paper goods, limited cards for various occasions, wrapping paper. Carries some gift cards. Also carries a limited amount of automotive products/needs.

I use this place for years. But I'm not happy.there's signs up and policies that you have to wear a mask the staff refuses to wear them. When I said something about it I was told if I don't like it I can leave. Clearly the management is not enforcing regulation or public or company policy.its not an easy store to work in ,that said the aggressive attitude towards clients because the staff is not compliant with public policy us outrageous.

For a dollar store they have everything you would expect, although the number of items that actually cost $1 is a lot lower than you would expect. They generally have one item at a $1 and then a few name brands at their usual prices. Never the less, it is very convenient. Sometimes they'll be stocking shelves at very inconvenient times and have blockages in the isles. They're also a bit understaffed and I have had to go fetch a cashier on a handful of occasions.

Baught a doggie brush and walked out with out it when went inside and asked to get anothwr cause mine wasnt in the bag was told not her problem and i couldnt get another well the brush was on the counter but point is i paid for an item i should have been able to replace the one i didn't walk out with and paid for think the service could be better

I asked the cashier if they had any more Rubin alcohol and she said no but she took the las 2 butlers for her self an she is in the bad mood the second lady is really nice the pregnant one 12:00 pm may 2

I happen to like family dollar. The employees are nice and friendly and they usually ask "did you find everything you needed? ". Which I think is great!

All of the staff was friendly and ourtious. While they were in the middle of sets and stocking they still had everything I needed.
