I went to Aldi after a long time and I was so happy to find 2 lb bags of peaches and plums.I also purchased some beef and lamb.The peaches and plums were cold and not very ripe but I thought they would ripen either in my fridge or in my window.That is not what happened.All the peaches started getting mold from inside where the seed is and it made the whole fruit tasing bad and nasty.The plums were so sour even the ripe ones .I purchased 6 bags of 2 lb peaches and 3 lb plums and I have to throw them out.I seemed to have lost my receipt so I couldn't return them.The butterflied leg of lamb I purchased ,when I opened up the bag to portion it into smaller servings for the freezer it was stinking like farts.I rinsed it and it no longer stank so much but I might have to throw it out if it smells when I cook it.I will never ever shop at Aldi's again!!! Food is so expensive these days that I can't afford to throw it out because their produce or meat is nasty and rotten from the inside out.

I Absolutely love Aldi. Their Prices are Unbeatable. They Always have Amazing Fresh Fruit and Vegetables and did I Mention the Prices are Unbeatable.. If you are a Cheese Connoisseur you Need to check out Aldi's vast assortment of Cheese... And once again The PRICES WILL BLOW YOU AWAY!!! {For Ex: A 4oz. Log of Goat Cheese is Under $3} This isn't old cheese that's going to Expire in a week.. Also their Brand is way Better than Any Goat Cheese I've had other Stores. For now Aldi's Goat Cheese Holds the Title For Creamiest, Best Tasting, and Best Price😍

We really like Aldi. Well laid out, easy to find most items, shelves are not overcrowded, checkout is fast, really fast. (Very unlike wallymart) prices are good, selection is perfect, produce is very good quality.

Aldi is a very different shopping experience opposed to your bigger supermarkets,The stores are much smaller and compact with serving foods and other products for much cheaper prices then the larger supermarkets,You can find many of your needs at Aldi with most of the specilazed foods and products being best purchased at your local bigger supermarkets,Prices are way lower at Aldi and then again remember you get what you pay for....

They have some good buys. Too crowded these days..rude summer patrons. The first time I had to return something ...sweet potato chips, the date was good but the chips were chewy, not crunchy. No problem returning. It is the only place around here that I can find them.

Very clean, well stocked, so walkable and now a good variety a fresh meats and fish. Their Benton brand cookies are the absolute best. Especially the peanut butter patties and thin chocolate sandwich cookies. Prepared chicken salads delicious. Dark German coffee Superior. Prices very fair and less than most groceries. Bring your own bags.

A wonderful place for all grocery shopping, and many interesting items that change every week. Many people don't know how great Aldi is in the States, but in Germany it is one of the top grocery stores. They are everywhere over there, almost always in walking distance from apartment buildings in even smaller towns. Make sure you have a quarter ready to unlock your shopping cart, and then see how easy it fills up with all the enticing products you'll find. Yesterday only made it down the second aisle and left before I bought too much! Oh and you get your quarter back as soon as you return the cart to the store, you will never see Aldi shopping carts all over their parking lot because of this German ingenuity!

Usually good prices on produce, better than a typical grocery. Many good knock offs at terrific prices. They have a wide variety of products. Many have kosher certification. Shopping bags are not included, but they sell sturdy reusable, large bags for about eight cents. The workers are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

Prices are great! I do like their organic coffee beans. The few employees were doing what they could when they could. It was busy today. I didn't see any customers w/o masks. However, social distancing at the register lines was lacking by a few customers. Most other customers followed the guidelines.

This store is amazing, always very stocked, and super clean. I would give it five stars if that is all that mattered. The employees were incredibly rude and did not help. There was a line to check out that wrapped around the store, and no one came to open up a second lane.

Carries a variety of grocery, household, personal and lawn/garden (when in season). Also carries organic items. Some are name brand but most are their own brand. Check out takes a bit when busy. Must bring your own bag(s) , purchase bags or use boxes from the store to transport your items from the cart (takes a quarter which you get back after returning it) to your vehicle. Their items carry a double back guarantee which I had no problem with obtaining the one time I needed to use it. Meats are previously frozen, not fresh but decent quality. Fruits and vegetables are decent most of the time. Prices comparative to other stores in the area. Household/lawn&garden items once gone don't usually get restocked.

There was an extremely rude cashier on 12/24/18. I arrived at 3:58pm, they were due to close at 4pm and all I needed was a jug of orange juice, and since she had about 5 or 6 other customers you would think it wouldnt have been an issue but it was she got in my face and yelled at me saying you need to leave I'm closing. Don't think I'll be returning woman was nasty.

Good products for a very reasonable price. My Mom shops there all the time because they have a lot of organic food and stuff that doesn't have too much sugar. Just remember you need a quarter to get the cart unchained.

The people who work there deserve much credit. The company should put more cashiers on since they are people and not machines. I sincerely appreciate the non-meat and non-dairy options; in addition to the lower prices. I wish the Monticello store was as nice as the Middletown store. Parking, floor space, and selection are significantly better in Middletown than in Monticello.

We love Aldi and if we stop by Dollar Tree we usually step into Aldi as well. The prices are amazing and we can always find something that we need or forgot to add to grocery list. I did notice that the $1 salad is not there anymore or I keep missing it every time?! In Walmart that mixed salad is $1.48 or so. Hey, in these times, every penny saved is a good thing! Make sure to keep your reusable bags in the car so you don’t have to buy from them. I’ve purchased at least one every time 🤣 but they get reused. If you want to eat better during the holidays, don’t go here because those Christmas cookies smell too good to not put in your cart. But seriously, go here if you wish to save some money. You’re getting the same stuff, same ingredients, minus the fancy brand names.
