This grocery has the worst service ever. I came in this morning to buy a milk. The self check out registers were closed. There was no one by the other registers.The last 2 registers were processing big orders. This is ridiculous. Especially in the morning when you are in a rush. What a shame. There was no manager to talk to. Your customer service sucks.

Was there once and i was at all not impressed (by the service and products),I went again and my experience was awful,The shelves where basically empty and by the cashier it was all not better, not the best service.(The bakery stuff are 👍).So if you are looking for a grocery where to shop I would not recommend them.

Self-checkout stations and central location make this well-stocked Kosher supermarket stand out- it's truly outstanding! While socializing in crowded stores is generally not recommended, this establishment does pride themselves in being "The Place to Meat".

Recently renovated, they really have upped their game. The store is pleasant to shop at, with spacious aisles. The produce is fresh and good quality. The staff are helpful and accommodating. They are well stocked but if they do not have some product are very welcoming of the advice to stock additional items.The meat however is their forté! They have the best quality and freshest meat around, along with a deli counter with wide variety of prepared meat. The in-house bakery is also very enticing and delicious!

Wonderful experience! The updated and expanded store is well done, and enhances the shopping experience. Freshest, and the highest quality meat in town. Really helpful customer service, and great selection of products. Plus, very good prices. I plan to always shop there!

The store is well-stocked and is nice clean and organized. The staff are very helpful and courteous. In the busiest time right before Passover you'd expect there to be issues but there wasn't any. I recommend shopping at Monsey Glatt for all your Pesach needs!!!

It's a great place to shop. The meat is of great quality in terms of koshruth and taste. The products are almost always strictly kosher as well.Nice big parking lot in the front and side.I miss the pizza store (Jerusalem Pizza RIP) now it's a socks store over there.

Selection of various items is adequate for this strictly kosher supermarket. There are other kosher supermarkets with a larger variety and selection. The prices are average for this area. Parking can be a little bit difficult at times.. Store has been recently renovated to keep up with the competition...

It was the neighborhood grocery since I grew up. I always loved shopping there. They have friendly customer service and great deli and produce. Now that they expanded to a nice spacious supermarket more people are benefiting from this great place!!!

Never again. No one wearing mask. Saw employee sneezing into his hands and co tinge to put items on the shelf. Did. Not bother to sanitize or. Wash hands. Rude cashiers. Rude customers. No concept of customer service anywhere. Ppl. Unpinned you with cart. Never. Other to say excuse me. ..no thanks you’d. No greeting overpriced items.

Being both a foodie and organic-food person, I tend to do my main grocery shopping at the nearby alternative-food market and health-food stores. But I also keep kosher and therefore rely on the kosher supermarkets to buy meat and poultry, as well as certain other grocery items that can only be found in the kosher grocery stores. Of all the kosher stores in the area, one stands out: Monsey Glatt. While it is a small store and therefore limited in the size of its inventory, it actually happens to have one of the best meat and poultry displays, as well as the nicest staff of all stores in the surrounding area. For example, as a single person, I do not need the large family packs of meat and poultry that are on display, and the staff at Monsey Glatt is happy to repack items for me to suit my needs. They also make themselves readily available to answer questions regarding their products, from storage to cooking.The staff in the other departments are similarly helpful and friendly, especially in the produce department, where I am always greeted with a hello and a smile. I also find the people who work in the office wonderful – there were several occasions when I needed assistance, and despite being very busy, these people took the time out to help me and did not rush me. They also agreed to look into the possibility of carrying some of my other food staples, as it is easier and much more convenient to shop in a smaller store and I would love to give them more of my business.

Excellent. Has all Kosher groceries. Reasonable prices. The Butcher section is exceptional, a little more expensive but the cuts are outstanding. Fresh Kosher deli. Overall great sopping experience. Try it.

Monsey Glatt Kosher is of the best Supermarkets and shopping experience you can get around the Monsey Area, it was recently renovated and expanded, it has wide isles, easy to find things and just a neat and fun shopping experience. There's also lots of parking and it is situated in a great location.

It's a great kosher supermarket with a big selection of items. The aisles are a little narrow and there are always workers running around putting together grocery orders.
