This store is overrated. They have TERRIBLE costumer service. And the employees are TERRIBLE salespeople with BAD attitude towards the customers. I bought something for a few hundred dollars. I got home and realized it's the wrong size. The next day they didn't let me exchange it for a different size. I spent a few hundred dollars and I stayed with something that doesn't fit my baby. They do not care if their costumers are happy or not. All they are doing is chasing away their customers. Do not go shop there, it's a waste of time and money. I definitely will not go back to this store.

This is the most ridiculous store ever! The most awful service I have ever experienced! Before you buy something there I suggest you check online because all their prices are higher than any other store. So the combination of bad service, high prices, awful attitude, and clostophobic store makes me say I'll never be backPs- if you wanna buy someone a gift do them a huge favor and don't buy it here as you are not gifting the mom you are just making things harder for them- their gifting/return policy is the worst iv ever experienced, and I shop a lot

During my recent visit to your store, I purchased a coat. However, I was disappointed to find out that it was being sold for over $100 cheaper online. The cashier did not inform me that the purchase was final sale, and I did not receive a printed receipt. When I returned to the store to discuss the issue, I was met with unhelpful and dismissive customer service. I hope the store can address this matter and find a resolution.

Horrible customer service. I had bought 3 items from their online shop and one of them was unavailable and two of them were wrong items. I have been trying to reach them but they have never replied. They don’t care about customers. I will report about this shop to the brands they deal with.

I would like to give more than five stars if I could! The experience to shop was really awesome. Friendly and helpful service was provided, which defintely made my day 👍🏻 And they have lots of good selections as well, I am sure you will also love them.

Bagging for our business but returning terrible service, don't start up with this people and their crazy return policies, random items not on sale are being sold on "final sale".... And what ever you need to give back you only have 2 (!) Day's to do so and even then you only get store credit (🙄), one of those 2 days there was snow and we couldn't make it to the store so we came back on day 3 but there was no one to talk to, this owners are rude and should have never own a store.

Horrible customer service!!!! Do your selves a favor and stay away from a store that doesn’t care about its customers and doesn’t appreciate business. I called seven times today, was on hold for over 30 minutes and no one answered at no point. I reached out on WhatsApp as they suggested and on Instagram in the morning and I was never helped (someone responded once and disappeared). You can be sure that you lost me as a customer. Unbelievable!!!!

This shop is for more then just baby! They have stylish European gorgeous clothes from birth to age 4. As my husband pointed out it is like having the best of each boutique in NYC all in a one stop shopping experience. The owner has a magical eye and makes dressing your child for a special event or for every day a breeze. Make an appointment because it can get very busy! If you want compliments on your kids clothes this is the pace to go!
