If I could understand it wouldn’t bother me. This target is always not in full operation with this Starbucks. Why is it that they are closing early all the time. The people that work there act like they don’t want to work there make it make sense.Someone need to give the community answers. This store never has product. Who is in charge here!! Some of the associates are good so it’s not them, this is the management top leadership. Bad JOB!!!

Management is a joke here! THE BALD HEAD GUY WITH THE LONG BEARD has been told plenty of times to do this garbage and refill the sanitizing station. “He says ok I’ll get on it ???? When next year. Get it together start managing this target.

This store is quite disorganized, no music playing in the morning typically. The store used to be better back in 2018-2021. Also when i would go in the morning in 2023 no one would be at the cash registers in the morning, that was disappointing also since you have to go to self checkout only.

This the only Target I've ever visited that had no music playing. That may be the key problem as to why it has a lazy, depressing vibe inside. I watched a customer ask an associate for help making a purchase in electronics. The associate made the customer wait while he continued to stock some items.It took me way to long to find what I was looking for in men's clothing because items were very disorganized. Size XLs were buried under size Ls because someone decided to just fill from the back instead of making individual rows for each size.Then the registers were completely clogged because self checkout only had a few working and associates stood around instead of hopping on the regular registers.Completely frustrating experience all around. I'll go to any other store nearby when I'm in the area from now on.

This is not a clean Target. The shelves are empty in alot of spots and the shelves are not conditioned. There are many areas of the store that are hazardous. Unattended stock, shelves are in disarray. There are no team members on the floor to help you, and only self checkout. I was on vacation in the area and visited this store several times. None of the checkouts with a cashier were ever open. Only self checkout. Items on the floor on my first visit were still on the floor a week later. This is a disgrace to Target. I have never been in store this disorganized. I hope Target Corporate sees this post. In the mean time I posted pictures on Google Maps for this location.

Stopped by to grab some goods. Came across some really good deals half price at the entrance. Also different bin sizes that couldn't believe prices! Bought few of them. Excellent purchased 👌

No one in any dept is answering any calls. Iv tried the front desk a dozen times in 20 minutes nothing. I tried electronics, food, clothing, Human Resources all multiple times. It’s 130 on a Tuesday ? How can no one answer a single call in that entire store ? I don’t wana drive down to tell me they can’t refund the advent calendar I bought for my son was soemehow half eaten and meticulously put back? I grabbed one in the back to like how ? Just wana ask if I can get a new one

Love Target but definitely preferred it before they closed all of the registers. They should at least open more self checkout lanes if they intend to never re-open and use the regular lanes.

Store is severely understaffed.Went to buy a remote for Roku.Could not find the clerk for the Electronics dept. After wandering the store for over 5 minutes, I found a store employee. As he was not assigned to electronics, he needed to go to the front of the store for the key to unlock the cabinet. That took another 5 minutes. And…he had the wrong key😖. Needless to say, I left the store at that point.

The wait just to checkout is way too long! They only have 1-2 cashiers available on a daily basis. They have a self checkout section which always has a line going half way through the store. Even if your just picking up a 1-2 items, expect to be on line for 20-30min. Crazy thing is it’s been like this for months and for some reason still hasn’t changed. The store definitely needs more staff or better management.

I love the drive-up service. However, the pick-up service is a little problematic. There is no signage to direct where to pick up your order when you first walk in. You have to go to the Returns counter to pick up your order (not the first place I thought to look). There was only one associate at the desk and she needed help. I felt bad for her, and it was hard for her to find the orders. Eventually it all worked out, just needs a little more signage and maybe more associates to help out.

This used to be a great store. Now it is understaffed, messy and filthy. The garbage pail outside is always overflowing and blowing all over the parking lot, the aisles look like merch was just dumped and the bathrooms are disgusted and never have soap or tp. Not to mention there is never a register open except for customer service. This store has spiraled downhill quickly. So sad.

Most items do not have prices specifically the toys and everyone I go the price scanner never works. The self checkout line is always way too long and the place is understaffed. How can a huge corporate store afford to be understaffed?

Super easy to shop online and then go to the store only for pick-up; as it saves considerable time. Only a couple issues with products in stock, as there is high variability into what is available for each Target store vs online.

Whether it's to buy casual wear clothes, specific grocery items not sold in other stores, or select organizing products/ furniture, this one-stop shopping oftentimes does not disappoint. I especially appreciate the quality standards of my choice options.

This target was great until several target associates were bad talking their customers in front of other customers accusing them of doing things that never happened. I also overheard them calling someone drunk, while in fact that person has a medical condition which prevents them from acting normal. As a fellow retail worker, it is disgusting to hear associates talk badly about their customers right in front of other customers.

The last time I did a pick up order someone named Ryan helped me and he was wonderful! And the person who brought our order out today was great as well. It makes shopping during this time so much less stressful to have curb side pick up with such an organized process and helpful store associates.

The Target near Woodberry Commons, was clean and well stocked in their bullseye section. I really just came in to get a drink from Starbucks, but I also brought two items. I used the self checkout, and wish there was some kind of order because while using it other's online was standing too close, I am glad I use the tap and go with my card, I am sure they could see my card information.

Update 5/3/2022: Went here yesterday to pick out some new bathing suits as the old ones i had didn't fit. They are right in the front of the store. They had lots of bathing suits to choose from - from 2 pieces to 1 pieces, and they had a bunch of colors too. aisles were clean. Even went to the fitting room to try some of the bathing suits on as i grabbed a bunch of sizes for everything. The fitting rooms were clean. As for the fitting rooms, they have 2 family size fitting rooms, and the rest are single fitting rooms. i used the smaller one, as it was just me who was trying on clothes. Did a good job finding things that fit. Went on my merry way to the cash register, and there were only 2 open. i didn't have to wait too long on line tho, but still. Also, i had sensors to remove, so i had to go to a cashier instead of the self checkout. Purchased 2 2 piece bathing suits, and underwear. total was $116.00! However, i wanted to get bathing suits while they still have plenty so, that's okay! Will be back!Been here before pre and post pandemic, they sell lots of things, including cds, dvds, electronics, decor items, bedding items, bathroom items, as well as groceries, and clothes for women, men, kids and juniors. always enjoyed shopping here as people are friendly. never been to the starbucks, but they have been there for a while.visited yesterday because i went to pick up my new prescription at target's cvs pharmacy location. everyone is nice there, and had a pleasant experience. Since i was there, i browsed the dvd section and found the Scream movie on DVD. i immediately picked it up, and ironically just seen the newest one in theatres. (so i was thinking about purchasing the movie on DVD) only thing is that it might be a misprint in the code because as i rang it up, it said it was Scream 2 (lol!) Meanwhile, there was all of them out on the shelf. I also brought new jeans for work, as i like their jeans. Went to the self checkout line, took care of everything, and was off to my day.

This store is so bad with Drive up/ Pick up Orders, Sometimes take 2-3 Hours are more. It's absolutely ridiculous. I've been to several Target and this is by far the worst. The management team needs to get this under control. Theres no way a small order should take this long. I definitely miss the Poughkeepsie store since I moved here. That store is sooo efficient.

Had an excellent experience today looking for hand sanitizer. The woman who stocks the shelves was very pleasant when she told me the shelves of sanitizer were empty but that she would bring more up for me. I waited for about 20 minutes and she brought up a new batch, letting me choose how many I wanted before restocking the shelves. To my surprise, they only cost $2 apiece. No price gouging. Nice job Target.
