Big fan of this retail store, shopping in differents locations for years. Went several time in this one, it s quiet and nice. But last Friday, had a very bad experience, bought 3 dresses for a prom a day before, and had to return them. The superviser, a lady with glasses, was unkind and unfair, first she was searching stains, I told her, dresses are brand new, also only 1 day out of the shop. Unfortunately, and it happened before, when they did take off the tag, price ticket fell off, I had the purchase ticket. As unprofessional as she was, she couldn't find the price, she didn't try hard too. She told me to go in another shop. Awkward .... I kept my class and left, will not return in this location, customer service is bad.....

As usual in TJ Max stores you find a lot of stuff to buy but in this store there's a friendly , and nice person working in cashier. i went to buy coats for my big family of fur babies.

No longer shopping here it’s not enough to be kept waiting while this girl behind the counter took her time cleaning! Cleaning while you have a line??? That can waittttt but no let’s leave the customers waiting!!! The last straw was when She rang me up and then had nerve to imply I was stealing like they didn’t mark the prices literally in front of her!! I feel that this was purposely done as I am a pic and will definitely not shop here again. You know your employees and what they are doing I don’t appreciate it and am so freaking livid!

I could spend hours here. Great selection for women and housewares. Men's section isn't so great, but I go for myself and this place makes me happy. Friendly associates too!

The employees take all the hello kitty items and hide them in place is only for them to find it or they hide them in the stockroom so no customers get one and management allows it to happen CUSTOMERS COME FIRST meanwhile management lies that they never have hello kitty but some very honest associate will tell the customers with the job is really doing with them

I spend alot of money in this chain of stores in general. It is extremely frustrating to see some of the employees allow certain people to make returns after a long period of time while others cannot do so. They are so bold to do it in front customers as well. I recently purchased at least six or seven sets of earrings and two boxes of the earrings had the posts come right off. I did not bother to do return because I know I would have beenharassed and hassled even though the merchandise was clearly defective. Treat all customers the same in accordance with your policy.

Extremely rude employees . One of the cashiers actually sighed when they saw me on line as the store was closing in 10 mins. We still had 10 full minutes, and I was next on line to leave. I wasn’t shopping around or anything. Decent enough selections to give this a 2, but I have no desire to go to this particular TJ Maxx. Surprising as TJ Maxx normally has very good customer service.

Today found man’s coat, It looked like used, nooo very used, inside fur was thinned from laundry, brand Oakley. I checked with one consultant and she said yeah might returned! 🙄 commoooooon If I would buy used never pay 50$ for very used coat. Please be careful with clients. Minus 2 clients from today 😒

Went to TJ and staff was super nice, however Shari was very rude. She was super nice to a customer ahead of me but as soon as I got to the register, Shari barely spoke to me and when she did she was very rude and was giving me rude looks. I don’t know why she works there. Very bad customer service from her—wouldn’t recommend her. 0/10.

I was not happy with the visit at the TJ Maxx in Harriman New York three of the items that I went in there for I could not find and the shelves were pretty bare most of the clothes are made of polyester and spandex the socks are all polyester spandex no cotton socks or even cotton blend

Extremely clean!!! Each cart was sanitized everyone was very well spaced out and actually followed the arrows in walking directions. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Clearly the worst TJ maxx I ever been to, it's super sad, the management has no knowledge of their own policy. Becky, J has no business in the customer service field. Will never shop, nor recommend this location, the Ramsey location has friendly employees and they're well aware of their policies.

A great store with so many brands at lowest prices. They even have cosmetics at discounted prices. The food section has great gourmet food selection. The holiday gifts packages are amazing!!

So I bought this shirt in TJ max cause I had gotten sunburnt and my mom wanted me to be careful wear something that covered my torso my shoulders and I tried on a couple things and also but a black romper but the one thing I hated was the rude employee she had a bad stank attitude in the fitting room without sayingAnything managers need to do a better job at training their employees
