My dog Simba went for a groom. They did a good job. Not entirely the puppy cut I wanted for my Cavapoo but close. More expensive than my other groomer who is booked. Thank you, though, I know the groomers work very hard.

Horrible grooming, please please please do not use Kristina to groom your dog, she shaved off all of his hair and injured my dog , my dog was terrified , I'm literally in tears. I walked and my dog was literally crying out for me, I knew immediately something was wrong... poor dog is traumatized. I can't speak on the other groomers but you decide to go there do not ignore this.

I've been to this particular PetSmart twice, and they are always very friendly. The store isn't as busy as the one closest to my home, which, personally, I prefer. I price matched with the PetSmart website, which was great and saved me money, so don't forget to check online and ask them to do it.

Appointment made For a certain time did not Honor the time. The woman put a leash around my dog's neck and was choking him till his eyes were Bloodshot red And he was choking As I was still in the store. They called me to come get him because he would not get in the kennel The woman brought him back out to me. With the leash wrapped around her hand and tightly around the dog's neck. Till I had release the leash from his neck, Monroe location

It was grate like always I was greeted at the door and I ask for what I needed and and she pointed it out for me. I was ready to buy one I came out buying two they have a beautiful collection of clothing for dogs. Two lovely Sweaters for my fur baby. Actually I came out happy from the store. Got home and my baby was so happy she does not want to take it off.

After I read the great reviews, I decided to take my boy here even though I have a PetSmart closer by. Marissa always does a fantastic job and I'm always satisfied! The staff are fantastic and this PetSmart usually has great deals as well.

Great service and great selection! Two employees in particular are great and super friendly, Kathleen and Anthony, they definitely deserve a raise. Anthony is a dog trainer there and has been a great trainer for my insane and rambunctious puppy. Great family place and great friendly people!

disappointed. took my dog in who gets anxious. After dropping my dog they called me 5 minutes later to come pick him up. they can't handle a small dog? I will be heading to another pet smart.

Great store. Friendly and helpful staff. My favorite groomer is Marissa. She's very sweet and nice to Lily. I trust her with my little one. Never had any problem. The store manager is excellent and always willing to help with any questions.

Very friendly, professional staff. Knowledgeable and always makes my shopping experience easy. When I have a question or want a suggestion the staff Jennifer, Dianna, Ryan and the rest of the crew are always willing to help and are very patient.The salon groomers are always so sweet and super friendly. My dogs are received with great energy by the usual girls Marissa and Christina.

Wow! I wasn't sure what to expect with a big store as far as grooming, but I was so happy with the service my dog received. The groomers were so attentive and gave me great tips and information. My dog is scared of her own shadow...literally, but everyone was so good with her. We are very happy with PetSmart!

The growing sallon not so good because i have 12 years old sippo and she doesn't like she face cut , we all working all day and only time to cut saturday!!!! Only weekdays!!!! Beacuse no time for old d9g tu cut hair is weekdays!!! 4 year we bring there and now no take in on Saturday!!! Bad worse time never goo the back 4 years long was good but now no!!! Crazy team!!!!Bad team !!!!!!

I was able to get the cat food was looking for but this PetSmart doesn't seem to understand that when I purchase my items on line to pickup on the store, I don't want to wait on a checkout line. It ended up taking a lot more time than it takes for any other PetSmart to get my purchase and I spent over 10 minutes on a checkout line. Not a positive experience at all and it makes me less likely to purchase from this location again.

wish I could leave 0 stars for the groomer Kristina G, no matter what you do, Do NOT let her cut your dogs hair! she just tries to upsale services and she doesn't care about what you want done on your dog, she shaved my golden doodle without my permission! she didn't even show any remorse when I tried to talk to her when I was upset about how she messed up my dog, she just didn't care.... however!!! the store has a great manager, he took full responsibility for what happened and really tried to fix the issue even if there wasn't really much to be done on a bald dog lol so he and the store are great! just be aware of that groomer!

I am more than pleased with my experience at PetSmart! What a great job, Dana, was able to do with our dog! The whole staff made the entire process easy and helped ease my dog through the entire grooming process. We will definitely be going back! Thanks again, Dana!

The groomer is inexpensive, does a great job, and is super organized. They call me right in time whenever Reily needs a haircut. That’s great for me. One less thing to worry about. I like places that call and remind. Cris is amazing.

Costumer service was amazing here and they have a wide variety of animals and breeds. The downside I had was the hamsters were all females. FYI The short haired Syrian hamsters are friendly if your looking.

The 1st time bringing in my puppy Bella Rose she jumped out basket. The staff hurried to assist. I was so overwhelmed but everyone made me feel so comfortable and Bella was given a great 1st time grooming experience.

Good place....How ever......there's a FEMALE Manager that could use a personality adjustment. When ever there's a request for her attention to a matter, she comes into the situation with a sour puss face. No smile, no greeting, nothing but an expression like... " I'm not having a good day, so this better be good"!!!!then she sticks strictly to the rules,, no professional courtesy, no I'm sorry wish I could help you, just.....Next??? This occurred several times. So it's not about just having ONE bad day.

The trainer Diana is horrible, missed one class and never called back to reschuelde. Funny thing is that she would call my sister every day for her to sign up to training. She only calls back and is persistent when someone is interested. Other wise good luck getting in touch with her. Felt like training could of been better.

I’ve taken my 2 year old Labrador to a Petco groomers a few times but when I moved, and there was only a Petsmart around I decided to try it out. I came during the weekend, a very busy time for the grooming department. I dropped off my lab with no problems. They showed me who would be grooming her that day and he made an effort to show me that my dog was comfortable with him before I left. When I got home I got a call saying that I needed to pick my dog up because she “attacked” the groomer. I was shocked because my dog has never had issues in the past and she seemed to like the groomer before I left ( licking him and wagging her her tail) . Of course I came right away. But when I got there they didn’t have and explanation to how she attacked the groomer.... he wasn’t even there to tell me. He left to go on his lunch break that they said would be an hour long until he came back. They made me come to the back to grab her, another groomer opened the cage with no issues. They gave me a full refund and asked if I’d like to reschedule..... why would they want that if my dog had been aggressive to one of there groomers. I think this man was done for the day and didn’t feel like Grooming my dog. And on top of everything else I had an allergic reaction due to other animal hair from going back into the kennel area to retrieve my dog. Just seems odd.
