I was there on 02-22-2014I bought a lot of stuff. This old white blond lady cashier was too rude. She had no manners and had no idea how to talk to customer. She kept slamming stuff on the counter looking at me angry making angry faces. Shouting yelling at me saying is that what you will give me when I give her wrong amount my accident. Never ever will take any my family to this place. I was about to start fight but avoided.

Went here for the 1st time on Monday April 15th 2024 to see if i could get a gift for my mom for mother's day. They have lots of things here from clothing for kids, women, and men, as well as homegoods like decor, and suitcases, and jewelry and gift ideas.They also sell coats. was cool seeing some stuff from forever 21 at this burlington! Also was looking at a candle and wine glass gift set for my mom, and it was only $7.00. Store was very clean and organized. Didn't end up getting the candle and wine glass gift set though, but had fun looking around! Highly recommend looking in this store for a gift!

Today I'm traveling out of the country and realized I left my coat! In a panic I stopped here hoping for a plus sized coat! Daisy helped me try on different sizes until I found what I needed. She's a gem! Ty girl.

Finally opened; they are stacked with everything you need from everyday wear gifts to seasonal items. Busy location with full staff and many registers and the line moves very quick. Easy to find items. However, space between racks is for 1 person only. I even saw snow boots for men ( even other retailers dont have much menswear!!

They do have good brands for inexpensive prices but customer service is bad and you can’t look through the stuff because it’s piled up on the rack . Bathrooms are disgusting and stuff piled up in the middle of the aisle blocking people from getting through . But the main deterrent in this location is the rude employees.

Bought quite a few items from this store, kitchen mat & household essentials, I spent forty something dollars and the cashier didn’t even bother to bag anything so she just hands our things to us, meanwhile I see every other customer with their items in shopping bags after they checked out! I’m sorry I didn’t open my mouth to get a dam bag, that’s not how you treat customers especially with several items & money spent in there! Will never shop in this store again, you ain’t missing anything, not too much of a selection with things thrown around!

Aiden was awesome! He was really friendly and kind. He help me find what I needed. It’s really nice to have good customer service. Now days stores employee lack of that and when they are working they look miserable and are rude. Its like it hurts them to work. But not Aiden . He was great and very helpful. I would come again and have him help me in the future!

I’ve shopped here a handful of times . You need patience to shop the overstocked aisles, but they have a huge selection of almost everything!I also most recently had a great experience with their employee Aiden, who I called in the morning requesting empty boxes for an upcoming move & he told me to come in later that afternoon. I showed up with my two youngsters, he had so many boxes set aside for me in the back, helped me to car & was so personable! Thank you Aiden!

The women working at the register tonight 8:30pm on a Tuesday with thick braid/loc’s, tall, and ghetto clothing was extremely rude and unprofessional.Thankfully the manager Trish was there and she made up for the other women’s terrible attitude.

This store is stocked with everything that you need and more. Exactly what this town needed. There’s a beautiful lady at the register named Alyssa who checked me out. Very polite and well spoken. Great day at Burlington!!

The store itself looks very depressing. The merchandise they have in stock is all junk. Very disorganized and messy. Store feels congested. Definitely not recommended.
