Thank you to Jacob and Brian in the tire center for all their help. They provided excellent service and great customer care. I had to come to this center after terrible customer service at the Newburgh location. I would definitely return to BJs in Monroe for any tire repairs/maintenance. Great service.

Quite a large store. They have clothes and books too (not all BJ's do). The meat section is not so great compared to others. The produce section is great - lots of good choices. Even though there were quite a few people there, its so huge it doesn't feel crowded. Looks like masks are optional. Pick up a discount book at the front. One of the coupons didn't scan and my cashier (Monica i think?) put it in manually. So so sweet of her

There is one man working at the tire center? My appointment was at 1:30 I arrived 20 minutes early it is now 2:15? My car still isn’t in the garage. This isn’t how you treat an employee or run a business. Do better BJS

I bought a pound of roast beef two days ago. I opened it for a very first time today in it was nasty!! Grey and radioactive looking. It was put in the refrigerator very quickly after purchase and my refrigerator works without any problems. $10 down the drain !!!

Great experience at BJ's! The service was excellent, and the variety of products exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere was welcoming, making it an enjoyable shopping trip. Will definitely be back!

Tire service area is horrible & slow, they literally have one person do everything. He’ll check you in, charge you, go get your tires & then install them. Plan to be there all day smh.

The cashier was extremely rude and disrespectful, also high as a kite. He double charged me for several items, argued with me when I asked him to fix it and when I asked another store member to come over and help fix the situation, the cashier looked at me, clicked his tongue and said "bro, what are you even complaining for." He continued to be disrespectful throughout the entire transaction. Management didn't care that he was being disrespectful and just told me to pay and bring the receipt to the front counter for a refund of whatever was improperly charged.

The worst service you could possibly receive. Very unprofessional and manager was very disrespectful not once but many multiple times. This service center should be closed and shut down. I ordered 4 tires December 15th 2022 they scheduled me for December 21th 2022. I drove 30 minutes to be told that the tires never came. The least that they could’ve done was give me a call instead they wasted time and had me show up for no reason just to get the run around. It is now January 3rd 2023 I am still with no tires. The workers are all incompetent. They say one thing and do the other. This is for my safety and there seems to be no sense of urgency with this place. This has been the worst experience I’ve received from any company.

I specifically want to compliment Ms. Kermshley Jean-Baptiste! She and the bakery staff offer extraordinary service! I wanted to honor my late uncle with a family celebration this Memorial Day which is also his birthday- Ms Jean-Baptiste took the time to help me design his cake with his specific branch of service, which I didn’t even know was possible! So comforting to have that warm attention to detail during such an emotional time. Thank you Kermshley!

I just signed up for a membership today. John was super helpful and friendly. He told me about a promotional rate and saved me money. Then gave me an extra restaurant coupon as well. The cashier was polite and happy to help. Most cashiers don’t look happy to be at work, but she did. The store was stocked and well organized. Had a great first time experience.

This place is Great but when it comes to cashier they care very little about their customers wait time and the manager pass right by you and dont care! Only 1 cashier open!

If I could give this place a zero star I would. Staff is rude, especially one staff who is ambivalent and will not hesitate to insult you if they deem it necessary. Their bakery is horrible, old and stale goods. Perishable food often sold close to their expiration date. Even kinetic sand was old and rock hard solid.

BJ's now has an auto renew on your membership when you make a purchase on the self check out. It is super deceitful and it wastes your time with a phone number to call to cancel and it wastes your time with an AI responder designed to get you to give & them after 5 minutes of having your put in all your information it tell you it does not match their records - It then puts you on hold for another 10 minutes only to put you through to a call center over seas with people that don't understand English. Beware of BJ's newest tactic to overcharge you on your renewal automatically without your consent. i for one am actually think that for all the aggravation and wasting of my time , I am thinking of turning in my membership early and asking for a full refund

I would give them 10 stars if I could. Best Bj’s Store ever been at. Very organized, clean, amazing customer service. The General Manager Jorge, Stacy and Mike, the produce guy, Sasha, Joe, Justin, Liza are amazing. I come here every other weekend and I love it. Lines are small and I feel the best of all is that they never run out of items, except Goodnight’s size L/XL. Meats are always fresh, they have a good variety of beers but wine is quiet limited. JORGE and Stacy are very accommodating. Happy to give them my business.

When is this Bjs going to get staff that wants to do their job and being respectful while doing so? Had a cashier walk over to me excuse me began scanning my groceries stops mid way and walkes of so now I should guess what you scanned seriously... then the lady that supposedly checking your receipt is midway outside deep in conversation so I kept walking she said oh is this your 1st time? Because here we check receipts ... and I said to her if you were at your post I would have seen you she kept on mumbling some BS. I didn't come there to spend my whole day there!

I love this place! My wife and I shop here almost every weekend. The store is always clean, the shelves are always well stocked, and the staff is extremely courteous and helpful! We receive the monthly BJ's coupon book and rarely use less than 10 coupons. Great saving on top of what we're already saving.The meat and produce selections are amazing, many times it's better than what you'd find in a regular market. Everything is fresh. We love many of the BJ's brand, Berkley & Jensen. They're just as good as the name brands, at a fraction of the cost.

BE CAREFUL!! My wife just bought a brand new pair of ipod headphones for $250 and the box was empty when she opened it. BJs refused to offer refund. No manager on site. Wife now in tears. Thanks for nothing, literally.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. 1. They don’t enforce customers wearing masks and when I as a former employee complained to several managers they told me someone else would handle the transactions. No one should have to risk their health and safety for a customer refusing to follow BASIC RULES. 2. Some managers here are wonderful but others are absolutely horrendous and treat employees horribly. Don’t work here unless you want to be treated like garbage and not listened to.

Great service and big selection of groceries, frozen, meat and dairy products. Prices are reasonable. Like Supermarket you have to know your prices. The monthly coupon book helps you save more. The food demos help you decide if you like the product before buying it.

we wanted to open an wholesale account at this location, we applied in person and i wasted almost 3 hours there! we finally applied, the lady who took care of us couldn't even spell right, after a long while she told us that we are approved for an wholesale account, we tried to use the card making a purchase but it didnt worked properly, we went back next time, they told us that we have to start our process all over again!!! very disappointing, and the manager was very nasty and unhelpful, therefore we have cancelled our membership

I am 30 weeks pregnant and was on the self check out line. The staff came over quickly to help me so I didn't have to lift anything. They were very kind. I love shopping here for the deals and the fact that you can stack coupons, but this just made it an even better experience.

It’s my second or third time that lately I get to a register n there are no cashiers, 1st time with a mattress that was an issue waiting for help then the employee looks like if you’re stupid or that you r bothering them … I prefer to just not shop there . Now I’ll just go to Walmart , or Shoprite Supermarket the prices r the same or better n they still have cashiers for when u need them .. Hope they bring back some cashiers

Zero customer service. Get a receipt for annual renewal cuz the girl at the desk tells you one thing then charges you something else. Check your curbside order carefully. They will not fulfill it correctly. Then you have to pick your order yourself to get it right while everything melts and thaws in the vehicle outside.

Horrible place to shop. All the employees we encountered were rude and useless. They only have self checkout and it breaks numerous times while scanning. Very long wait to get out because they check receipts and only have 1 person doing it. Will never go back to this dump

Always clean and well stocked. I had one of their cashiers try to hide and give attitude when you I got online with an over filled cart. When you spend good money there you expect better help getting you out of the store.

I was in the BJs store in Monroe NY on 5/18/20. As I was walking down the aisle I noticed a Hasidic man with 2 young children, 1 about 5 or 6 and the other in a shopping cart maybe age 1.5 to 2 years old. I was shocked that they were freely walking down the aisle with no mask and the little girl was touching things as she walked up and down the aisle. The man seemed oblivious to my reaction and just stood there in the middle of the aisle without a care. When I questioned one of the employees as to why there are other customers in the store without masks, she appeared anxious and stated: I don’t know sir! I am very disappointed in the BJs management for allowing this to happen and as a result this will be my last time shopping in this store. Additionally there is an employee at the front entrance handing out paper towels with sanitizer sprayed on them to wipe down your cart. So I can only assume that the man was allowed to freely walk into the store with his young children without being confronted about not having the required protection. Shame on you BJs of Monroe NY!!
