During the week beginning noon till early evening the store is busy. Associates are busy stocking items and can be difficult to find when needed. Overall, their prices are reasonable. I just wish it were a Super Walmart

Had a great visit to Walmart. Mostly to pass a little time between timed events. The Valentines displays were engaging but not overwhelming, there were some fun new fashions in several departments. The staff seemed friendly and self checkout was smooth and speedy. No photos this trip, sorry. Oh, the bathrooms were in decent shape.

No speak English :(- I asked one of the workers here for help and her responce “sorry, no speak english”. I shouldnt have to learn another language to talk to someone. Every person in this country is taught engligh in school. It may not be the “official” language but it is the language everyone speaks. Especially when you work in customer service

Please put more people on manned registers. Not everyone wants to use self checkout. And go through the hassle of being watched and accused of stealing. There's no reason that you should have 4 people in the self. Checkout area monitoring it and only one cash register is open. And tell the people in the self checkout or monitoring to monitor everybody, not just black people!¡!!

Absolutely love the way they interact with my little girl! Danielle and Jessica are incredible as well as the rest of the staff. I’ve been in multiple times to replace glasses that were broken/ losses or to just get a back up pair and every experience is better than the last. My daughter likes to bring little gifts for the staff when she comes such as giving Dani flowers she picked earlier that day! Love love love!

Open/used body spray delivered from the store. Ongoing problem as many of the cans on the shelf are like this. This is why I wanted it shipped and NOT delivered from a store. This is disgusting, who knows whose hands have been on these cans and sprayed on who know what body parts as they hide from cameras. Took them back to the store and asked for a manager who basically said there was nothing they could do to stop people from doing it. What a disgrace!!!

This Walmart is good. We drive 20 miles to shop here thus the 3 star rating. Bought sneakers for my Mom, also left with a stool. The employees aren't very knowledgeable about whats in the store but the shelves are usually kept well stocked depending on the product. Prices are low, the parking lot was busy and store was very busy. Every register was open so no wait in line. Whats actually stocked on the shelves sometimes differs in quantity from what the website shows, sometimes nothing left stocked at all. Remember, you get what you pay for.

Good experience coming here as usual. Usually always have lots of things in stock, not an issue finding employees who help when looking for an item or when I need an item that’s locked up.

I really wish this was a Walmart Supercenter but apart from that, it’s a good store in a good location. I love the nursery and garden center here. I’ve had several pick-up orders canceled without explanation except that all the items were out of stock. It seems unlikely but I just go to the store now to get what I need.

Not a super walmart. The grocery section is limited to dry goods and drinks, with no fresh produce or meats. Pallets are frequently in the middle of the main aisles for stocking, or there are displays in the middle of the aisle, reducing your walking area. Otherwise, the store is clean and well stocked.

We live in missouri, my husband's app was hacked and someone tried to place an order in new york, I tried several times to talk to someone after 20 minutes of it ringing nobody answered in grocery pick up, electronics and bakery. This is ridiculous.

The Worst Walmart I have ever been to. Most of the employees are lazy. They just walk around the store looking like they are working.When you leave you are looked at like a criminal. They need your receipt. Even though you went through a check out register from an employee.

We came to this Walmart and were completely disappointed. I was waiting in line in electronics and a Latino couple in front of me we spoken to in a demeaning tone. Tina the team lead was so rude and showed no respect to the Latino couple that were obviously confused as to where they needed to return an item. Then on our way out the man at the door stepped in front of us to check our receipt but, did not ask for the white man behind us. He did not check his reciept and waved him to go past us and even told him to have a great day. While we were just told we were good. Walmart in Mohegan lake NY is racist.

Customer service department is absolutely atrocious. I am on my train home from work and called to see if an item is in stock. Multiple calls were made and it rang for five minutes each time before disconnecting. Then I called the pharmacy to transfer me and customer service picked up and hung up without a single word being exchanged between us. That last one happened twice.

I had to wait a half an hour just to get some facial cream. I pressed the button that doesn’t work. I asked a worker can they call someone that didn’t work I had to wait so long and it is ridiculous just to get some facial cream that having the cream behind the glass is not working, I’m not the only one

This place has gone so downhill. It's filled with rude silverbacks especially in the electronics section who are mad at the world because they ruined their own life and people that just don't want to do their job. It's always overcrowded and a total mess. Unless you get there at 6 in the morning its just complete chaos. I call to file a complaint and they never pick up the phone.
