My sister and I were able to purchase a large array of plants and other decorative items to add to our flower selection. We found all that we had been looking for, and I would have to say that Home Depot has one of the largest and most beautiful selections that you could choose from ❤️ !! Give them a try, and you won't be disappointed.

The layout of the aisles in this location is super confusing apart from the first sequential aisles when you first enter. The floors are often crowded with products and many aisles get blocked due to pallets of products blocking the way. They do have a great selection of items that are usually in stock and the nursery is pretty impressive.

I got a grill delivered today, installed incorrectly and delivered incorrectly - they were supposed to bring it down two flights of steps but they left before I could even go outside to greet them. When I called the store manager, he did not have a solution in mind and connected me with the garden center. Then, the manager told me they'd have to replace the grill entirely and did not give me any timeline for when that would be completed.

Stock has increased and security measures as well. Store has been cleaned up and organized better than I've seen it in a long time! Good work Home Depot keep it up!

I love this Home Depot. Everyone is helpful there, big, lots of parking, doesn’t feel as crowded/busy as Hawthorne location.

I ordered a product through customer service and was having issues with the company being used to deliver it. I called and spoke with the manager at the Home Depot and she arranged for one of her employees to personally deliver it to me. Above and beyond service from everyone I spoke to at the Cortlandt Home Depot.

We enjoy attending the Saturday KIDS workshops to build crafts. It is a great opportunity to allow your child to hammer, screw and paint. The store has improved the spacing of tables and distribution of materials. We are close to a dozen badges.

Had everything I needed. Salesman were nice and helpful.In my last visit Galo sales associate was outstandingly nice and helpful. He helped me find the items I needed and when there where only 2 there and I needed an additional 4 he checked the inventory of another Home Depot store nearby to verify that they had the items I needed in stock. Thanks Galo for your help, kindness and care.

This home depot is like any other one. It seemed like there were less employees available to help then I remember in my past visits to home depot. It was labor day so I would think there would be more people to help then usual. But other than that it was a good location and it was clean and well organized.

I ordered a bbq grill for delivery, for my father’s birthday. They deliver the wrong grill, the picker was Carmela, according to an attached slip.They were then supposed to deliver the correct grill the next day. They picked up the wrong one but failed to deliver the right one. The drivers didn’t know anything and were not helpful. I called customer service at this location, Christina told me deliveries and pickups were done separately. When the grill failed to come that day and I spoke to another customer service person (Michelle), she said that was incorrect there was no work order for my correct grill and that the same truck should have dropped off when they picked up the wrong one. We scheduled the delivery for that Friday: on Thursday they called me to tell me it was now coming Saturday.In short, Home Depot of Mohegan Lake screwed up my order four consecutive times.I was happy to finally get it, but I would have been happier if the tank support had not been installed inside out. Really?

I was MILES away from home running errands. I stopped by this Home Depot to look for plumbing supply regarding my kitchen faucet. I needed PVC pipe and some primer to install my new faucet. I wasn’t too sure about the measurements for the pipes. But luckily a Home Depot employee from the plumbing section appears, And spends time doing his best to assist me with ALL materials needed. He proceeds to explain EVERY detail and any questions or concerns I had. I wish I got his name, But he was a slim, knowledgeable young man I’m assuming in his 20’s. Overall the employees at this Home Depot are SO welcoming, friendly and helpful. I’d recommend 100%

I ordered a tool box for Father's day. They said it would be in 2 days later. When I went to get it, they told me that it wasn't there yet. They said that they would ship it to me Tuesday, then I got an email saying that it would be delivered on Thursday . Between 6am, and 8pm. It arrived at 7:50. When I went out to speak with the delivery guys, they had already left, and they left the tool box at the end of my driveway. The box weighed around 400 lbs. I had a really hard time getting into my garage. I had to call a friend to help me uncrate it, and set it up. I was very angry.

Poor customer service & curbside service. Waited more than 30 minutes for curbside - then more than 5 waiting for customer service to answer the phone. Finally walked in to get my items after 45+ minutes of waiting.

The only reason I am giving a five star review is because of one person- Aaron K. This employee went above and beyond in the customer care department to make sure we were taken care of. Also, even though the computer was “acting up” he make sure we received our military discount. I had asked two other employees for help and after telling me, “ give me a minute “ , they never came back to help me. Thank you Aaron K for your professionalism and for all your patience.

I am currently on my 4th order for Hardwood Floor delivery and they somehow can't get it right. The first order was delivered 2 weeks late and half the boards were unusable. Every box was re-sealed so I assume those were rejects returned from another job/contractor. The second order arrived super fast but it was the wrong item entirely. The third order was apparently cancelled the very same day they placed it. but they didn't bother to notify me, so I've just been sitting around waiting on a late delivery that would never actually arrive. I just tried to place my 4th order and they couldn't figure out where to order it from and "are going to have to call me back". I've spoken with managers after every misstep and they've been friendly enough (after being transferred 4x on the phone), but in the end they haven't solved the problem. WHAT'S THE DEAL? If you don't have the material, that's fine, NBD. Just let me know and I'll get it somewhere else. I've been waiting a month to finish this project. I'm officially done with Home Depot.

This place has terrible delivery. Will stand you up an entire day while you wait for your delivery. I was at my house waiting by my door from 7am until 9pm and no one came with my flooring. Called, got a text at 2pm saying it’s on its way. Never received my delivery. Mind you they delivered the wrong flooring and had to pick it up 2 days prior. They really need to get it together. I am never getting anything from this place again.

What makes Home Depot great are wonderful employees like Ray, who greets you from his wheelchair when you enter the store and in his very pleasant and personable way tries to help you with whatever you need. He made some creative suggestions that helped me to complete my purchase. And there was Michelle in the customer service area who spent a lot of time with me to make sure my order was completed in the best possible way. How nice to deal with people who have such great personalities. Thanks so much you two! And thanks to Supervisor Camila.

Highest rating I would ever give home depot and only because a really nice guy was able to give me a hand. They never have what you need and employees usually hide from customers here, really has fallen off unless you know what you need and where it is. Went to buy spraypaint and there's more empty slots than filled ones. In all fairness could be a supply chain issue.

I was at Home Depot @ Raceway store#8465 and Hilary in millwork was not only polite and professional, she showed no exasperation with the volume of requests and over my last 3 visits, has proven to be a wealth of knowledge in the millwork department, finding everything that I could not.Kudos to Hilary and to home depot for hiring this amazing asset!Happy to Shop here!Tony

Good luck trying to get help. Never missed a credit card payment and for some reason they took my credit card away??? Thanks for being so convenient. Whatever I need I'll put on my Mastercard and go to Lowe's. At least at Lowe's people know what they're talkin about and are very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable no more Home Depot for me

He also informed us of other ads ons that we also need for the home project. Pawan was there to direct and guide us in to making the best choices for our project. He left a good impression on us. Always miserable, like any Home Depot experience, but as they have driven most everyone else out of business, what choice do you have? It seems more and more store work is done at the busiest times: Very annoying. Staff helpful, occasionally exceptionally good, some REALLY seem to care ; but others often uninformed. Most annoying, HD now pretty much expects you to work for free as their no-benefits checkout staff/cashiers, while your 'supervisor' tries to train you on the job (wait just a second? I thought I was the customer? When did I start working here: why aren't I getting paid?). Citizens need to band together & fight this trend. What next? We start to "just go out back and get your purchases off our trucks." I like their big competitor better because they don't seem to do this yet -or I've not noticed it- but only slightly better and they are several miles further away on crowded roadways.
