It's pretty much like your typical supermarket. Nothing special. Decent prices, but as others have said, what is shown on sale doesn't always ring up on sale, so pay attention. Staff is hit or miss. The deli and butcher staff are usually helpful and friendly. Up front, it's a miss, especially at the self checkout.

For years I was verbally attacked by the door guard. The flower woman when it was A&P used to enjoy hanging out with me her bf didn’t like it, the door guard told me since they were both Italian he was taking side for no other reason then them both being Italian. He flipped a table over knocked a female coworker to the floor punched a customer four times, threw coffee on a customer, and on march 1 had to be held back from punching me and told me I’m dead he’s going to kill me and bury me all on camera and they still brought him back to work the following day. The store is willing to break the law over and over and now that I have it on video the store manager is also not in a good light as he is seen holding the employee back from hitting me and is in the video as the employee is telling me he will kill me. I plan to post these videos on pages should my issue not be resolved

Always well stocked. Great for online curbside pick-up. It is fast filling orders. Prices are okay, but rewards are good. I shop sales and always make out really well‼️

I placed my first delivery order last week and was definitely impressed with the service. A substituted item recommended to me by the manager, Thomas Dalton, was even better than what I originally ordered. The items arrived on time and in excellent condition. Food was fresh with good dates. I would definitely order from them again! A+

There’s a huge sign stating a dozen roses for $9.99 and both of the rude florist women claimed the only roses they sell are $20 and above... Maybe someone should take down this sign?Eventually a nice man helped me by splitting a dozen roses into 2 halves for me and the arrangements were beautiful. Way nicer than the cheaper flower arrangements that were already there

Had a wonderful Drive Up and Go experience thanks to Thomas Dalton! I am very picky when it comes to my produce, so I was worried about having someone else pick it for me. Every item I received was fresh and delicious! As for the few items that needed substitutions, Tom did a wonderful job selecting the closest matches. Tom also did a great job packing-having things sorted by produce, meat, etc. It is evident that Tom puts his best effort into his job and takes pride in what he does. At pick up he was friendly as well. Thank you for a great job, Thomas! Thanks to you, I will surely return to Acme!

I have had a great experience with Drive Up & Go orders- the staff’s choices are good, they are courteous and very quick. The new manager Thomas is so nice and diligent! I highly recommend Acme’s online order/pick up!

I personally when ACME opened up in Mohegan Lake I wasn't a big fan. Over the years it has improved tremendously. My wife primarily shopped at ShopRite. Now we have found a grocery store in ACME that is neat, clean and stocked. We recently had an experience with the online ordering system that didn't go well. Surprisingly I got a phone call from a Thomas Dalton who is the new manager of the pickup area. He said to me that he will make things right and we will never have a problem again. Well Thomas is a man of his word. He has taken care of our grocery pickups and we are very pleased. He does a great job and is very dedicated to making his customers happy. I am grateful for Thomas and I look forward to many, many more great experiences while we continue to go to ACME. Keep up the good work Thomas. We wish you continued success at the Mohegan Lake ACME. Thank you!

I enjoy my online shopping with ACME. ACME always offers great, quality, fresh variety choice of food are reasonably priced. My food are carefully packaged and quick delivery always maintained. Shopping at Acme has been a wonderful experience for me thanks to Tom Dalton. It is very apparent how dedicated Tom is to his job. He has introduced me to many new products at the store due to his expertise substitutions. He also picks the freshest produce items for me. He has been a life saver with drive up and go services. Acme is our go to store thanks to its wonderful pick up service with Tom.

I like the store and it has the basics but recently I have bought vegetables and cheese and found once I open up the container they are not fresh. Annoying when you buy spinach and as soon as you open it you find some is bad or cheese with mold on it. They take the product back but it shouldn't be on the shelf in the first place. I think they can do better.

Been going there for several years and their sale price and digital coupons have an increasing amount of error. Almost every time items that are marked on sale or have a digital coupon sale, do not ring up with the sale price. I totally understand this can happen at times, but this happens way too often to be just a random error.To exaggerate my displeasure, their customer service rep is by far one of the rudest person I have encountered in a long time ( I have been around for awhile).Really !!?? This is who you have representing your business and interacting with your customers? How is this possible ? All the other employees are friendly and helpful. Why choose this employee for this task ? Relative of the owner maybe ?

Favorite Acme Market in this area! The store is modern and clean and there is a wide variety of products. While prices are generally a bit higher than some other supermarkets in Peekskill, the quality is much better. The bakery and floral section are my favorite parts of the store! I love all the fresh bagels they have and cakes and cookies. It’s an easy stop to grab a cake or tart for any occasion. The Signature Select brand is just as good as the major brands especially for some of the more expensive items like meat and dairy. $2.99 for a 64oz carton of unsweetened almond milk is as cheap as you’d get it any where else and tastes just as good as the big brands like Silk or Blue Diamond. The sales are usually good and I do love the rewards system as well as the app that allows you to scan products to see their prices and whether there are any deals.

This store is mostly well stocked. The staff there are a bunch of disassociate zombies. They don't know where anything is. They will watch you unload your cart at the seld check out, standing three deep staring at their phones, they will watch you struggle with scanning items and then berate you or chastise you for not scanning things correctly or weighing them correctly. They rarely if ever respond verbally at the register to things like, can I have a bag?They are operating as if it's still 2020. The staff is completely mailing it in every single day. The only notable exceptions are the dairy department and the butcher. Good morning, how are you, can I help you are ideas those departments are familiar with.The manager A Sakelos looks at you with contempt when you approach him.I mostly stopped going their when Umcle Giuseppes opened. I went once last weekend and spent 200$ cause I just didn't want to drive two more miles to UGs.I won't be going there ever again. What a dump.

Extremely expensive. Cashier's don't bag....they just stand there and watch. Then they start ringing up the best customer before you're done bagging. How nice that they get paid the same amount of money to do less. Next time, I'm going to fill my cart to the brim, check out and if they refuse to bag or at least help bag, I'll walk out leaving them to cancel the order and put it back. It's not bad enough that we go to self check-outs and work for free, now they don't even bag. I think I'll start a "thing" on social media called "food store revolution day" by doing what I've described above.

Every sign was wrong. This store is over priced and they falsely advertise prizes to trick you into purchasing. Make sure you check your bill as every item was incorrect.

The older blonde lady at self checkout has no idea what she's doing , dosent check IDS and has no idea how to do a coupon , why hire people that don't know how to work

I frequent this place often everything is amazing the prices everything but whenever I encounter the deli counter I have issues. The gentlemen that work there are great the 2 older women are amazing but there is a younger female who works in the deli who always wears the full face covering ski mask type mask is the absolute worse her service is horrendous. I even told the managers at the service desk and looks like nothing has been done. She stares at you while you are waiting to be served she doesn't address you she continues to do whatever she is doing. On several occasions another employee would have to come help me. She seems to be lost and confused, she is also rude. I asked her one morning if she was open and she yells loudly yes we open when the store opens meanwhile I was standing at the counter over 5 minutes while she cut up meat and cheese.

A lot of remodeling recently has led to an exceptional produce section (at least for this part of the country/state). Historically, produce had been the one REALLY, REALLY week spot at this otherwise very good store. They NOW HAVE A DECENT ORGANIC selection. Good meat section and good frozen fish. Across store, in general, not as bad with out of date/past sale expiration goods as other local stores, but still far beyond acceptable anywhere outside of Westchester, which doesn't seem to enforce such things.

This place has prices that are almost too good to be true. They also have a great selection of peripheral stuff that you might not expect to see in a grocery store, like fitness supplements. They make their own tortilla chips on site, and you don't need a card to take advantage of the sales. I strongly endorse ACME markets.

Acme Markets has excellent shopping with great customer service and all questions and concerns are answered by knowledgeble workers and managers. There are variety of high quality of of foods, such as great bakery, meat and fish items that are made daily. Parking is excellent. Great shopping hours. Acme Market is always kept clean, neat and very organized.
