These folks deserve more than a 5 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've been using this little pharmacy since 2015 and they have been nothing short of professional, hard working and resilient during the worst of times!! And to that they remain the "Best pharmacy" here in this little town. Over the years as I have gotten very ill, they have worked hard at making sure my meds are available and if not their at work being sure their on the way!! I've come to know many that work at Hannaford pharmacy and I treat them like a respectful family. Their job isn't easy and while you wait on line please remember that each person they encounter they try to treat like family as well. Be patient and kind, especially to those that work very hard at help you!! Giving a smile and gratitude goes a long way!!! Thanks to all those who work tirelessly behind that counter!! Staff is great and I have not had issues with my prescriptions.My main concern is with there not being multiple registers open (only one is available).I can visibly see how this puts strain not only on the staff, but also the customer.At this point, I know to pick up my prescription when I am not in a rush, otherwise, I will be waiting for at least half an hour.Again, I feel bad for the staff, because they have such limited resources, at least at this pharmacy site. I do hope the company provides what is necessary for them to excel in their job requirements.

Idk what all of these bad reviews are for! I’ve been using this pharmacy for a year now they always have my script ready in like an hour. I haven’t had any bad experiences with any staff there and they’re very patient and explain anything I’ve needed help/understanding with!

Service is very bad, when dr calls in scripts you have to wait 24 to 48 hours to pick them up. This pharmacy needs two pharmacist at all times. The guy with red beard is rude and nasty. Always gives an attitude. I am going to pull all scripts for my family. CVS here we come.

Good pharmacy. The red bearded guy behind the counter is always grumpy and acts like know body but him does anything. Sad. He needs a vacation or something. Tim and jill are always great as well as all the others

The guy who works the registers here is an absolute nightmare; rude, cranky, and unhelpful. Treats people like they’re a massive pain in his backside. No joke: I transferred pharmacies just so I wouldn’t have to deal with him - that’s how bad he is!There is a young woman with long hair who I’ve spoken to a few times and she is fantastic. But it’s not worth the risk of ending up having to interact with that horrible guy.All of the pharmacy staff at the Hannaford on Ulster Ave in Kingston have been wonderful.

- I use the Hannaford pharmacy in Highland NY. It is run by its manager, Ray, who is a very special pharmacist. It's amazing that this very busy pharmacy has time to give personal attention to all it's clients. Ray is always available and appears when any difficult situation arises. All its personnel are attentive and helpful.

The woman who works here in the evenings is very nice and professional but the guy who works here during the day is so unfriendly and provides terrible customer service. He is impossible to deal with. Better to use the Hannaford pharmacy on Ulster Ave in Kingston, they are much friendlier.

Horrible service. Never has any prescriptions ready. Disorganized very messy behind pharmacy counter. Excessive long lines only 1 person doing check outs. Do yourself a favor and find a better pharmacy. This place sucks

The man who works at the pharmacy has a horrible disposition. He is very rude and I almost stopped going to the Modena pharmacy because of him!
