Our Little Guy of 7 years, was diagnosed with intestinal cancer and it spread so quickly. We went to a specialist vet who wanted to do a surgery that was not guaranteed to save him. He went here regularly to All animal for his check ups and occasional issues and they always took great care of him. For his end of life care, we took him back to All animal, and they were very quick and sympathetic, also the cremation and memorial they provided were very comforting in our time of loss. From start to finish they treated Grimm very well. I would definitely suggest using them for any pet needs/care. If I ever have another dog, I'll definitely bring him or her there.

We took my son's cat here for shots and to check on another issue. Everyone was friendly, hospitable& knowledgeable. New patients get a welcome package with toys treats & information. Cost is reasonable.

My dog although very friendly, is very anxious. I love coming here because all the staff are so nice and you can genuinely see and feel the love and passion that they have for what they do. When I walk in, I feel as though it’s a family environment. Me and my partner currently thinking about moving an hour and 15 minutes away in even with that drive we would be willing to commute just because of the amazing care we get every time we come.

Prices are reasonable and having used several other vets in the past as well as this vet, we've come back to All Animal Veterinary Services. Hopefully we continue to be satisfied. So far, so good. UPDATE: We're very happy with having Dr. Ackworth as our veterinarian. She and her staff really care about their patients and don't price gouge as we've experienced in the past with other vets. Unfortunately for us, both our young Pit Bulls have developed mast cell tumors. Dr. Ackworth operated on both my dogs to remove the tumors and communicates with all the specialty vets these dogs needed to go to. But all in all, having a caring veterinarian who makes it affordable to give our pets the help they need really means the world to us! Thank you so much!!! Update: BEST VETERINARY CARE EVER!!! They deserve more than 5 stars. We are so grateful for the care our pets have gotten!!!

They are the only reasonable Vet in the area. They love what they do and they dont overcharge. Vet's dont understand that people would go more often if they were not afraid of having to enter a payment plan to visit even annually. Simple business sense and this place has it.

I went to upstate spay and neutering clinic in Highland on January 26. I had both cats done that day. I received both back. While Lucipurr was ok, eating and trying to climb stuff.Elvira was in pain shivering and purring. She would not move from the center of the tent erected for her. I called a friend who knows animals she suggested Benadryl to at least to help my cat to sleep. I emailed and called the next morning. The vet would not prescribe an anti inflammatory ibuprofen or naproxen or aspirin to help my cat. No option to bring my cat in for an office visit. The difference between taking her to the emergency vet is primary vet 15 minutes away at most. Emergency vet is a half hour or more to drive and more urgent animal will be seen first. I did not want to put my animal through that and stressing her out. I think the least she (the vet)could have done was prescribe something since she was Elvira ‘s primary care physician.Yes ladies and gents I called upstate spay and neuter clinic. Still waiting to hear from them. There letter was a lot harsher than this. I would seek service’s elsewhere

I'm grateful for the team at All Animal Veterinary Services. I took my senior cat to get seen recently (it developed an allergy, was over-grooming and wouldn't let me check his wounds), and Dr. Turner and her team successfully checked Felix, drew blood and also made excellent recommendations for making Felix's transition into a new home easier. He's wearing a cone until next Wednesday to allow for its wounds to heal but it will be back to its old self once we remove it. I'll be bringing Felix to Dr. Turner for his yearly check ups. Thanks for taking good care of him in spite of his feisty demeanor 😫😉🤗.

I called and asked for an appointment for two chicks that hatched on my property to get vaccinated for Mareks disease. They gave me an appointment that was two weeks ago so I packed up my hen and chicks.(not easy) drove over for my appointment sat in the waiting room for 10 minutes just to have someone come out and say we don’t do that vaccination. There must be an easier way for people to get this information. This place needs to train the people who answer the phone better.

Recently had my dog’s urine tested. After spoke with the doctor over the phone briefly, I went to the hospital to see the results. While I was talking to the doctor standing next to her office door, a front desk staff passed me, walked into the office, cut off the conversation, pointed the meds that I needed, and shut the door, in front of me. So, I did not had the chance to see the test results neither had a chance to ask what the possible causes were, but a reminder: read the instructions on the bottle. That was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Very disappointed.
