I love this store. They have work boots, clothes, cat food, cat litter, and so much more. I love my clothes a got here. They still looking new and I get them a year ago. I always wear them Great quality. Employees are very helpful and knowledgeable.

This is my favorite Tractor Supply store! Finn was stocking at the end of the aisle and quickly noticed that I was looking for an item that I couldn't find - he was right on it, looked up the item and found it for me. He then helped me find another item and was super cheerful about it. The staff at this store is very attentive and always really friendly! Thanks, Finn, for your help today! :)

In small town NY everything closes early. Our toilet seal busted at 745pm! We called TSC and asked if they had one and would stay open long enough for us to run out and buy it (we got there at 8pm and left at 805). They had it ready to go when we got there!They have always been super helpful, but this was above and beyond!

This place has great stuff, but when I tried to return a single item with the receipt of less than two weeks old they would not refund my money. The reason was because I didn't have a flat piece of cardboard it came with. Even though their sign states whatever it takes to make the customer happy. Needless to say I called head quarters and they made it right.

Twice now I've purchased a belt from the Hamilton TSC. Both times the belt broke in the adjusting mechanism after only wearing 3 times or less. They would not return or exchange the belt. It was a few days over 30 since purchase. So I basically paid $60 for 2 belts to wear a total of 5 times. Never purchasing from TSC again! Also manager was rude and acted like how dare I come to her for help.

received 3 pr of ridge cut dungarees i got the wrong size. I got 40 needed 42 or44 which ever you had in stock. I brought them in to the hamilton ny store. The mgr was nasty and said i could not exchange without a sale slip. I explained i got as a gift and did not have sales receipt. I only wanted a different size in your house brand of pants. I buy 1000s of dollars of stuff at this store every year. The mgr treated me like i stole the pants! You spend so much money advertizing to get new customers, well you lost a old customer! UPDATE after calling main office they took care of my problem.

All your basic needs for farm and landscape needs. Went in with a list and staff made it a quick trip found everything we needed and made sure we where completely set to complete our task. Always have quality chickens in the spring and knowledgeable about the care of raising the different types of birds. Quality farm store that's hard to find these days.

I bought a 3 pt hitch 40gal tank sprayer in August 2018. Used it once!!!! Winterized it put it in my barn and today i went to use it again and it leaks all over the place. The tank is too thin and on the bottom inside there are 4 dimples for what i don’t know but that’s where it leaks. I guess i should have looked around for a better one. It’s a flambo tank

Nice store and staff. Too bad TSC's regional distribution is so wonky. Often there are empty shelves because trucks haven't come. Wish they were not phasing out their own line of clothing.

Just wanted to give a million thumbs up to everyone , especially Chris Menis, at the Hamilton NY store. After terrible customer service and being sold an already-been-returned for not working US King pellet stove at the Wilkes Barre location (a 2 hour drive there) we called the Hamilton location and were treated like the only people in the building upon arriving. Just amazing customer service and super friendly people. Thank you so much!!! You should definitely give Chris Menis a raise (hell, promote him to manager!)

Just bought wood pellets at Tractor Supply. Way over priced. Just payed 250+ per ton. Girl loading trailer had no clue how to operate a fork lift. Last ton hanging off back of trailer. Runnings in Rome 214 per ton.Go to Runnings!!!!!

I loved the experience there. It also helps out animals in many ways and sometimes sells dogs and chickens. Many items for pets, decorations, etc.
