The new manager Steve is very rude and rotten to the customers. Yells at the employees in front of customers as well. Very poor management. Employees seem to be miserable. Theres been multiple incidents I've encountered with him raising his voice and belittling the employees in front of me. What took the cake is the way he made my husband's grandmother feel when she accidentally spilled detergent. Instead of walking away she informed him and he treated her like she was mindless and incompetent. Raised his voice at her. How is this great customer service!?
