Great product selection, great prices and awesome customer service! They have anything you may need at this Dollar General. It’s usually not too busy so you can get in and out relatively quick. There is plenty of parking space as well.

Well on many occasions I have seen freight on the floor but never on the shelves. There is a angry looking lady, I think the store manager outside almost every time I visited smoking. It was the only time you really see her. The couple times she does cash you out it is with an attitude. I also heard things I probably shouldn’t have like having workers going outside to make false surveys to make her score look better. I mean it’s not like they hide what they talk about and almost seem proud about it.Then the workers are never at the register. You would think okay well at least then they are stocking freight but NO! I caught them shopping or just talking trash about other workers or customers. I’m really shocked that anyone goes here. I mean if you want you constantly be judged by the workers and wait in lines only to be giving attitude then this is your place. I instead would go to Galway or Ballston Spa location. They have better stock, well any stock is more then what they have. They also have more friendly staff and no loud music. Oh and they are closed often with no explanation.

This location is a joke but it ain’t funny. You’d think with the amount of time the staff are smoking or just MIA that the shelves would be fully stocked - nah. Dirty, cluttered store. Weird, rude, or dead-eyed staff. No semblance of management or pride in the store. Shame.

Deb is an awesome associate she does not hesitate to go above and beyond her job duties to make my shopping trip easier she is quick to notice if my painlessly is more severe than normal and quickly and efficiently does everything she can to insure that my bags are packed light i don't have to lift heavy items to the counter and even rang my single bottle of water first so I could drink it. Every time I have been in the store she greets me by name is pleasant and genuinely inquires after me and my family all while continuing to carry out her job duties as she does with other customers, she truly makes shopping there a pleasant experience and is knowledgeable about the store the services it offers and is often multitasking, she is also quick to help other associates when asked. Dollar General is lucky to have a personable, hardworking and reliable employee especially during this "new normal ".

Shelves are usually always empty. I've worked in retail all my life and there are too many truck crates, products on the floor where customers can not get around, through the aisles. This is unacceptable especially if a customer got hurt. These crates should not be out on the floor during shopping hours . Store is a mess, clutter in every aisle. Very dissatisfied with this store these days.

Two stores we went to today. I asked for items I couldnt find, but was listed as in stock on the DG website. They refused to go in back and get the items I wanted. Also wanted to purchase items that were on the carts in the store. Store manager wouldnt let me do that either. Then deliberately moved the cart to the store room. Very poor customer service. You have people willing to spend money and you wont provide the product. All this does is drive customers to your competition.

Not to friendly, very moody people. Shouldn't have to wait at register to be checked out. Plus been watching a item that all other DG STORES HAVE . But this store never seems to have it. It sells so quick as the employee says but that's BS. So they finally got the item and nobody is buying it. To funny. Employee lied . so disrespectful.

Staff is almost always friendly, only had an issue once. And that was only because I think they were frazzled. Items are kept stocked and store is usually clean, organized and aisles clear.

Cashier was rude and refused to return my small fan I purchased. I had the receipt and it was less then a week. Also nothing wrong with the fan. She refused to return even for store credit and refused to get me a manager or even call one!

This place is a lifesaver especially for last minute things as there really isn't much else in the area. My only issue is the place is often understaffed which reflects on the shelf stocking, to no fault of the employees.

The usual disarray of aisles blocked by pallets of merchandise to be stocked and not a soul in sight. No option for Google pay is pretty lame too.

Went in 2 purchase an item & altho the store was crowded with inventory I was happy 2 find wut I went in 4 & was able 2 purchase it rite away with a friendly cashier assisting me.

Cash register isn't always tended to, have to wait for someone to appear. I think they have not enough people to staff properly.

One of the staff members was VERY rude and condescending to not only myself but others before me . She REFUSED to wear a mask and stated that NO ONE was going to make her. When i walk in now and see her , i walk right back out. No one deserves to deal with someone so miserable

Are used to always snub general dollar but had to go in there and a pinch one day and found out that they have almost everything that Walmart does in a tiny tiny little store there pretty amazing employees are always very nice

Regardless of Covid-19 shortages, DG has great selections and prices. Do not forget to use the DG app for extra discount savings.
