I’ve been bringing my cats here for a few years now, and every time I arrive, everyone is so sweet and helpful with anything that I need. They help me to take care of my elderly cat, as well as my newest family members and are always so accommodating and kind. I adopted my sweet girl, Luna, from here and have recommended this establishment to many friends and family. Thank you so much for everything! <3

We continue to be impressed and comforted by Dr. Goldman, Dr. Tubbs, and the entire staff at Millwood Animal Hospital! They are kind, compassionate, helpful, and understanding. We have never had a problem getting our dogs in on a moment’s notice when something happened, and they’re so caring and always follow up with us, too. The techs and front desk staff are all wonderful, too. We are pretty experienced dog owners and completely trust this vet with anything and everything!

I am a “doggie grandma” who wanted reassurance about our daughter’s newly adopted dog (a foster-to-adopt terrier mix who had just become part of the family.) Dr. Goldman quickly analyzed health concerns and gave helpful advice (and she didn’t mind repeating herself to the dog’s actual owners by phone during the appointment either.) Very warm and kind treatment!

First I want to thank doctor Tubbs for taking us in last minute , I know you guys were about to close. I took my dachshund today as an emergency because he hurt his leg and wasn’t able to stand on it , Doctor Tubbs and his assistant were so nice , caring and gentle to my dog Riley , honestly doctor Tubb has magical hands I don’t know what went on inside the examination room but my dog was walking again within 15 min from leaving the hospital. Thank you so much !! You guys are the best!!!

HUGE THANK YOU! I am so grateful for your genuine care and excellent service. The moment Taco and I stepped in, we knew we were in good hands. Dr. Goldman was very easy to talk to. She presented all the options and made me a part of the decision making process. I have zero knowledge with cats as this is my first time to have a pet. Her team made me feel comfortable and made sure my questions were addressed. They were very friendly, warm, kind and nice. The total bill was very reasonable, not overcharged. The hospital was well maintained, clean and spacious. I had a great experience and would highly recommend Millwood Animal Hospital to my friends. More power to you guys!

When you have very old and sick dog and they tell you “if he gets worse or anything happens- call us! We’ll see him, we are here for you”- in reality: “we can see you in 2 days! You can go somewhere else”They were ok before…

Time and time again, Millwood Animal Hospital has shown nothing but exceptional care. I grew up with 3 dogs and They have saved all of our dogs at some point in their life with emergency surgeries. 2 have passed away but even our new pup who recently had an accident was treated right away and after following Dr. Tubbs orders, he’s back to his normal self. They are reliable, and knowledgeable, and explain everything so easily. They take you in especially when it’s in emergency, and it’s so convenient they have their own pharmacy and don’t have to make any additional stops.

I am extremely disappointed- to the point that we changed vets. We have been going there for 8 years and when we had an emergency with our cat they were1- not compassionate- and after deeming that our cat was fine (he isnt and is undergoing further testing at another vet) they gave him the rabies shot without consulting me2- extremely unprofessional- we had one follow up question and they told us we had to book another appt and bring the cat in (we had just spent 900$ at the appt and had one question)3-rude when we called to explain that we were disappointed in the service after years of going there - and no one even called us back to apologize (after we were told the vet would)Totally disappointed- we have since changed vets, and are so grateful we did. This place has completely gone downhill- would not recommend

Always happy with Dr.Tubbs and his staff. They've taken care of 3 of my dogs in the past and some of my neighbors go there also. We all like them or we wouldn't go there. We love our pets and feel like they do too

I was in a bit of an emergency and was able to get an appointment within the next hour. I called so many other vets and none of them were able to, but this one was a godsend. Everyone there was really sweet and the vet herself seemed very knowledgeable and caring. Kitty is back to his normal self now. :)

Millwood is wonderful. Their staff is always very friendly, the doctors are patient and pay full attention to your animal while they're in the room, and they often have availability within a day of your call. I trust them with my animals and appreciate the care I see them give to all pets.

I really like this vet office. They treat my elderly dog very well. I live in the city now and still drive up here because of how much better they are than the other vets in the area.

We adopted a rescue dog from them to go along with the one we already had. The staff and both Vets are extremely warm and caring. We now are going to use them for both our dogs. The boarding there is great since the dogs have freedom to be outside to play. We don't live that close but it is worth the trip!

I was nervous about my kitten and they were very quick to get a appointment, kind calm and courteous. They reviewed everything with me and proper medicine. Highly recommend doctor Jeremy was wonderful along with everyone else there. They are my new forever vet. Thanks again .

This post is in response to the administrations response to my original post.Giving me the hours that were staff was there does not change the fact that my dogs were not fed the food I provided.As I stated in my original post all of the food that I provided came back with the dogs. When I ask about that fact I was told by the staff that they fed my dogs the food I provided. I was told by the staff that they don’t provide food to their boarding dogs it must come from the owner. If that is the case, then you did not feed my dogs.I dropped them off on Friday at about 5:30 PM and picked them up Sunday at about the same time. They had been fed at home on Friday, they were not Fed at your business on Saturday nor were they fed on Sunday before we picked them up. You can tell me that you reviewed the security tape but you’re lying when you say they were fed according to protocol. Because protocol does not include feeding a dog invisible food!

The animal hospital is very detail oriented and they are really kind with your pets, they can help you with any kind of problem you might have with your pet. Most important you can tell they really love their jobs! Animals can tell and that is why you see them coming in and out happily. If you go on a holiday they can take care of your pet which is very convenient.

We are so fortunate to have Millwood animal hospital as our dogs' caretakers. Our 14 year old Golden, "Emma The Dog" has been struggling with kidney problems for a while. the doctors took her in to get her on IV fluids and they got her kidney numbers to normal range and she is a happy old girl. Bottom line, they are experts, treat us and our dogs right, explain things fully and partner to make care easy. In our minds its like having relatives in the animal hospital business. We love them!!

Just a wonderful practice. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, and they can always fit you in if you need to come on short notice. For after-hours emergencies, their call service will patch you through to the on-call vet’s home/cell phone no matter what time it is. Highly recommended.
