Tall guy with a tattoo behind the neck. I don't know if he is the owner or what but he is scum over charged me for my food when I went back to despite the charge because that was not the amount i paid for the same ORDER two days before. All he did was give me a dirty look and refused to give me the difference. Will never be going back there again.

I go here for lunch mainly when I'm in the area. The place is usually clean and well maintained. The pizza is very good(can be inconsistent though) the staff is very helpful and friendly. Couple negatives I would say that whoever handles the money/register doesnt wear gloves or washes hands before grabbing your food. Overall good pizza in the area. Prices are alittle high in somethings. Will continue to go back

Don’t bother with this overpriced subpar pizza, ordered on app left one request of parm cheese on the pasta dish (why have opinions if they are ignored?) called 50 minutes later to check on order and was snapped at by the rude person on phone that they just got order!! I think they meant to say they just saw the order, it did show up 20 minutes later (I am 1/8 mile away) lolBut whatever, I tried to support a local business but next time I will order someplace else and they can use there rude attitude on someone else

I just picked up a takeout order, a simple order of a large pie and 2 speciality slices. I was told 15-20minutes. I got there in 15 minutes and I was given an ice cold large pie. How could that be? It obviously previously made. That’s poor business. The other 2 slices were awful. Never again!

I always wondered why this pizza place looked empty and found out the day I ordered from there.This place is expensive and the counter guy is kinda rude. There is also a 20$ minimum to use your card and they are kinda sketchy when they ring you up because they cover the total cost so you don’t know how much or what he is ringing up. Super sketchThere are several pizza restaurants in the area that provide better service and better food. Pizza is a dime a dozen so there’s no reason to come here.

I've gone there a few times and the food is decent . I really like the chicken ceaser wrap. However I was always really put off by the can't be bothered rude attitude of the counter staff. But I kind of just ignored it, that is until today.. Today I called to order for pick up and after an exasperated sigh from the guy on the phone , he says to me "name" with a real attitude .No please, "hello, how can I help you ?" ; nothing except that rude comment. I got so annoyed that I said "thank you " and hung up. Do they realize it's not that hard to get pizza in NY? Don't worry brother I won't be bothering you any more with my business. Here is a customer service tip, a please, thank you, go a long way. Get new counter help.and I may be back.

We tried Malitos Pizza and it was so good!! The sauce was fresh and tasted authentic, toppings were great and the service was good too!! We will be making this spot our weekly Pizza night place. Try it! The Owner was Italian from Italy too, I think that added to the experience!!Dietary restrictions: Fresh veggies for toppings

Overpriced pizza for what you get. Do not come here if you’re expecting any flavorful food. The grandma slice is basically stewed tomatoes straight out of a can with no spices added. No flavor in the grandma slice is more disappointing when it’s considered a “premium” slice and you’re paying $5.60 for something so subpar. The staff seemed disappointed when we came in to give them business. They definitely had an attitude. This place used to have great pizza several years ago. I’m assuming it’s new owners who have no clue what authentic italian food should be.

I can’t wait to go back. The most friendly and helpful service I’ve ever had and great pizza made for an amazing experience. We have two kids who had been in the car all day. One was carsick and the other was just wild but the staff was so gentle and patient with us. The pizza I ordered a slice of hadn’t been made and rather than deny me what I wanted they specially made an 8” round in exchange. Pizza was so good, perfectly cooked and well flavored. It helped everyone relax and have a great time despite the crazy kiddos. At the end of our meal they brought out some delicious donut things that were just awesome, on the house. I’ve seriously never seen a group of people do so much to ensure you enjoyed your meal.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Henry is always so rude and after the third time ordering food from them and getting an attitude- I will no longer give them chances. The pizza is okay, but the actual "Italian" food is horrible. So salty and somehow still tasteless. I am fed up with subpar food, service and paying above normal prices. What a disgrace.

What horrible service!!Thinking it would be easier I placed an order online for pickup. Prices seemed outrageous but location was convenient for pick up. When I placed the order thought it was the wrong pizzeria so I canceled the order through the app. When I called the owner about the mixup he said it was the right place and that he would make the order and charge me the same price as online. I figured ok. I picked up the order and originally it was $81.24 he then charged me without realizing it $84.11. When I looked at his menu the total price of the items should have been $58.00!! There is a markup of 30% which I believe business are not allowed to do. When I called him about it after I was home he told me order was never cancel, which is a lie and that’s why he charged me that price. He also said well people ordering through the app don’t care about money. He then said “ listen honey if you want the money you can come get it or just tell me and I will give you 15% off next time” needless to say I will never go back! I am not one to usually write reviews but I was so offended by his behavior and his rudeness!

I still love the food here, except I refuse to pay what I paid for six wings. If you are going to charge the same price you used to charge for 10-12 wings, then you should be very clear on the menu.Old REVIEW:The pizza is good, but several times this year the pizza never showed up, very late, or after I called two hours after I ordered (because the babysitter sent me a text their food never arrived). And now I noticed a delivery charge (find out it is GrubHub adding more service fees) on top of everything else.

I’ve been going to Pizza 238 for a few months now and might I say it is two levels above the rest. The staff treats me like family and they are so helpful. The owner is always wanting the best for the customers. The food is delicious and the pizza has a nice crisp and a good ratio of sauce to cheese. I love this place and will continue to go there.

Love the pizza, cauliflower pizza (amazing), calzone, Stromboli, and pasta dishes. This has been a staple for us since before the pandemic one of the few restraints we even order from (mainly because we stopped eating out). I highly recommend the cauliflower pizza if on keto or you want a heathy choice of pizzas.

Just stopped by for dinner with a buddy. A VERY nice young lady took our order.I had a pear slice and I took home the second.My buddy had a chicken wrap and loved it.She gave us cups with ice for our drinks which was a totally unexpected and nice touch. On a hot night like tonight was very much appreciated.Will definitely come back to visit.

I have eaten here through 3 iterations of this pizzeria. The current experience is sub par. Recommend another restaurant.Ordered side of meatballs, sausage and broccoli rabe. 3 small meatballs, 2 pieces of sausage and a portion of rabe for 30 dollars.Not worth the price.Sorry if you paid to much to buy the restaurant but prices should match food quality and quantity.

Absolutely love this pizzaria, my experience in here was a great one and I most certainly wouldn’t mind making another trip over to this place!! The Pizza is delicious and I love the new management, he appears to be so much more friendly than the previous one and he makes sure to always put his customers first. He always makes sure that his customers are happy and without a doubt, I do leave extremely happy and satisfied!!

Now this is what pizza should be. Maybe 20 or so years ago, Westchester county was brilliant with top notch legitimate pizzerias. Then they all sold out to folks wanting to step into a well established business. The talent was gone, the flavor forgotten, and the love for great pizza lost to the ages. Pizza 238 changes that current drab trend. Fantastic pies, loyalty to the craft, and amazing authenticity, Pizza 238 is a staple for locals, and a must-have for visitors.
