Wonderful, caring staff. From the minute you walk into TigerLily’s you are surrounded by Puppy Love 🐶🐕🐕‍ ❤️ There are so many yummy treats and toys to enhance your pets life are available here. My grand dog is very anxious about being groomed and when I dropped him off he was shaking. When I picked him up he was calm. To me that speaks volumes to the kindness and gentleness they treat all the fur babies that are left in their care.

I took my pooch here for 1st time. they took care of her quick, less than 1 hour. she has very short hair. I got the basic bath, which includes ears cleaned, nails cut, and brush out. I love that they have an extension selection of natural dog treats for sale. I'm talking about the protein animal parts treats, not the grain/sugar and artificial coloring donuts and cookies they sell... dont go for those! I took off 1 star due to these bakery style offerings that are NOT animal healthy treats.

Dawn is the best groomer I've ever had the pleasure of bringing my pups to. Not only is she a dog owner and dog lover, but she also takes great care in grooming difficult dogs and treating them like they are her own. I've been bringing my Katie to her for years! Roxy also does an amazing job on my very senior dog, Molly...complete with a beautiful bow every time we leave.

Always a good experience for my two dogs. One dog can knot up a bit, but they’ve managed that better than any other groomer I’ve dealt with. My boys always look good for a fair price! I’ll definitely be going here for years to come!

They love your dog as much as you do. I've been going here for 7 years. My Golden always comes out looking handsome and smelling good. For the amount of work they do, the tender loving care they give, they are worth the money. The only draw back is you need to schedule way in advance, but that simply tells you how many people trust them with their pets.

Took my 4 month old Havanese puppy Charlie to Tigerlilly’s for his first grooming! As soon as I walked in I saw the place was clean and decorated very nicely! My pup was groomed by Roxie who was amazing! She asked me what I wanted and did it perfectly.A dogs first grooming is very important in regards to setting a dog up for success for future appointments. She took her time with him and made him look great! (See photo!)The fact that I walked in when he was done and his tail was wagging and gave the groomer thank you kisses means that they did something special! I look forward to using this groomer as my #1!

We’ve been coming here for about 2 years and have sent our friends/family their way. However, the past year things have gone down hill. I think they have overbooked themselves with way too many clients. I can’t get another appointment until late fall and this past time when I tried to make an appointment, they said they simply just couldn’t because they didn’t have the time that day to go through their Appt book! They took my number and said they would call me back but I’ve heard nothing.It went from a friendly feel/vibe to a factory feel with them trying squeeze in as many pups as possible and rushing through their jobs missing spots. My groomer was also great but now she just constantly appears stressed and not happy.We were able to book our pups next appointment at a different highly rated groomer with no problem. I think we are going to move on from Tigerlilly for a bit until they can have better control over their client load.

This is a wonderful grooming shop. Dawn the owner, does a FANTASTIC job with styling my little dog's hair and makes her look BEAUTIFUL. She's great with honoring requests for a specific cut. Laura grooms my large dog and she must show her a lot of love because my girl can't wait to jump out of the car when we arrive and drag me into the shop. If Laura doesn't greet her right away, she barks for Laura to come get her. It gives me great comfort to know I'm bringing my babies to a place that might love animals as much as I do. That's a lot. ;-)

I was also fundraising for One Love Dog Rescue, Inc & she graciously donated several bags of high quality treats. I will continue to recommend her to all my clients.

I misunderstood that having my dog groomed didn’t include bathing. My dog was returned without being bathed and nails not manicured. I would not recommend this groomer for any special or detailed cuts.

Love this place their great my dogs both love coming here as well I get their nails cut and where in-and-out the girls a great my dogs do not squeal or anything they sit for the girls they do not cry the other groomers and I've used in the past my dogs would cry to get their nails cut there was always a problem my dogs love these girls so I will continue to come to them as long as they are here great prices and they just too awesome job After Dogs get their nails cut from here there likes so happy Highly recommend this place I've told quite a few people about this place and to go there that they are great they're wonderful they know what They're doing and they do a great job
