The workers are very friendly a shout out to the gentleman who was working in the produce department went the extra mile and took a grapefruit in the back cut it open to make sure it was a red grapefruit wrapped it and put it on the counter where the other grapefruits were to make sure that people realize it was a red grapefruit everybody's very friendly very nice well stocked shelves great variety and enough registers open

Such a disappointment the last few times I’ve been hereOn two occasions Amy from the florist was so rudeIt’s like we were bothering her to make up an arrangement. She has such a bad attitude. Then another gentleman came behind the counter who worked there and she started whispering to him and he looked over at us.She rang us up and handed us the flowers and walked away without saying a word.I will never come there again.And now today I’m at the deli counter, and have never experienced such a rude deli clerk. Her name was DonnaShe complained the whole time. She apparently started her shift at 5. She was rude to the employees along with the customers.Your front end staff the one that walks around like she’s mad at the world I think her name is GeriShe has numerous times talked to the staff like garbage especially the younger kids.I would think in this town you would really look into who you are hiring.

This supermarket is right off Rte 25A in Miller Place and is huge. Plenty of parking spaces and other specialty shops are available in this shopping center. There's a bottle/can return room right by the front entrance, a choice of large or small shopping carts, available restrooms, and an abundance of choices for your shopping list. The produce department is one of the best in the area, and meats are plentiful. I rate this one a notch better than the one in Rocky Point, but they are both geared for customer satisfaction.

The store itself is fine. Typical of what you expect from stop & shop. Nice clean and a little expensive.THE PARKING LOT IS A DISASTER IT HAS MOST POORLY LAID OUT PARKING PLAN I'VE SEEN. JUST A FENDER BENDER WAITING TO HAPPEN.I go to the rocky point store.

I go here every week for the past 4 years. I bought ham from the deli yesterday. I open it today, its hard and stale. Apparently you have lazy workers in your deli. $12 down the drain. I want my money back! Stop selling stale and expired food!!

❤️ this store. It's well organized, the produce is fresh, the deli has prepared food, pre-sliced cold cuts, or you can order to you specifications. The set up of the store makes sense and the spaces are well marked. Also and outstanding bakery 🎂.

I love shopping here. These days items are harder to find and this busy store seems to run out of stock fast. But if you go early you have a better chance to find what you are looking for. Very friendly staff.

This location is well stocked and you can regularly find very good deals on sale items. The store is well maintained and clean.The biggest annoyance is that the entire area around the store is a dead zone for data signals on the phone. They offer guest wifi for shoppers, but it's still an added frustration.

This location is mishandling their dairy products. Me and several members of my family got severe food poisoning after eating yogurt from this store. The product itself wasn’t expired, but it must have been kept at an unsafe or inconsistent temperature that allowed bacteria to grow. This store must be held accountable for their negligence towards food safety.

The store is always clean, and there are plenty of registers open for checkout. The cashiers are nice, and the self checkout always has someone to help if the station starts flashing. I am still getting used to the new layout, and have been able to find the organic products on the shelves labeled "Free From and Organic". Produce is typically very good. Milk display is well stocked.

This Stop & Shop is a large size supermarket. Their prices are good and consistent with the area.The produce section is big enough to get lost in and everything always looks great. The deli has such a large variety of what you would expect in a deli and specialties that you wouldn't expect. Be careful not to go there when you're hungry - you've been warned! This supermarket has just about anything you could be looking for. To be perfectly honest there is more here than I could explain.The store is clean and the shelves are well stocked. Be sure to get a Stop & Shop card this will enable you to get your own pricing gun so you can scan each item you buy and put it directly into your bag (it also shows you the price of the item and gives you a running total). The best part is no lines and all your food is already in your bags. You just go to a checkout machine, use your scan gun to check out, pay the machine and you're out the door. BTW they do sell beer & other items with a similar alcohol content as beer. And you do get points for a discount on gasoline.

Have been shopping here for years and loved the store and the easy check-out until the change up that recently occurred. Since then there seems to be no organic produce / fruit. Also the shelf shuffle just does not make sense. Good for meeting people because everyone has the same frustration on their faces. The new store in Port Jefferson station I hear is good and will give them a try. Oh well.......

Very nice and clean, had to pick up a cheese grater since I lost mine in the abyss. The men's bathroom is a different story. It's like you tried to clean title floors that haven't been clean in months, then you give you half way through. Also it smells like fish.

The deli department could not be worse at packaging cheese if they tried. Anywhere else in the state or country, they have mastered the art of using wax paper to enable consumers to separate the slices easily but sadly... no matter how many times i ask... this simple task escapes them.

Do NOT use the self scanner in this store! On checkout the light blinks and an employee performs " an audit" to make sure you did not steal anything. They make you feel like a thief! More times than not they screw up the bill overcharging you only to tell you go to the customer service counter. On top of that I do not want the grungy employee to touch my items and then squash my items in the bag. Stay away and go to another supermarket.

Elizabeth Iannotto (Customer Service Manager) is phenomenal. She really cares about her employees, and continuously goes out of her way to help them. She’s willing to help her employees regardless of whether she is at work or at home, whether it involves providing professional or personal advice, or even if she doesn’t work at that particular store with them anymore. She routinely demonstrates an unwavering devotion to the success of whatever store is lucky to have her, and the employees there too. She is truly one of the best managers I have ever worked with and a absolute blessing!!

Always check the expiration dates. I have found items well over 6 months past expired. The person in charge of dairy purchasing should be fired. About 85% of the time they are out of organic milk. The sale items in dairy are always out of stock. Unfortunately they are the only supermarket around.

Clean store, helpful associates, and good inventory, improving since March 2020. Always find something on sale. Lots of natural and organic items in every aisle. Try the Nature's Promise organic stuffed shells or ravioli with your favorite sauce for an easy dinner!

I don't like the layout of this store. I am usually shopping after work, 5-6pm. The produce dept. is always full of workers with huge carts filling the shelves. There's gotta be a better time to do that...And who lets the fried chicken run out at dinner time?

I have been using Peapod since the stay at home orders were put in place. Tonight was the first time I actually went into the store myself to pick up a few things. I checked the website before I left and found the estimated crowd graph to be accurate, and there were only a handful of people shopping. Everyone was wearing a mask, followed the directional arrows on the floor, and respected the 6ft social distancing rules. The security guards posted at the entrances were pleasant. Good visit.

Don't shop here if you're a person of color cause they're probably gonna profile you. I was shopping with my family like everyone else there and they had an employee follow me around watching me as if I was about to steal. Mind you I was shopping normally like everyone else there, not saying it 100% was because of my race but it's happened to me too many times to say that isn't the most probable cause, especially in an area like Miller place which isn't very welcoming to people with dark skin. Also the store is dirty and the layout is god-awful. Never shopping here again
