I had an appointment at 3pm! 3:30 pm I am still waiting. The nurse disappeared and now called someone else who was behind me! Such poor service. What can you expect, it’s CVS in Suffolk county

This pharmacy is terrible. Delayed my prescription for a week telling me they needed more info from Dr. in order to complete prescription. I contacted my Dr. who told me he had given CVS everything they requested to fill script. They then text me me script will be ready for pick up at 3:00pm one week after they received. I went to pick up script and was told that they didn’t stock the medication and I’d have to have my Dr send prescription to a different pharmacy! Lol. What a joke! Terrible! Steer clear of these morons. This unfortunately wasn’t the first time this type of scenario has taken place. It will be the last.
