Went to pick up my prescription through the drive-thru. I waited in line for 10 minutes and when I get up to the window it is 1:28 PM The girl asks for my name birthdate and says, are you aware how much your prescription cost I said no it should be going through insurance and her response was I don’t mean to rush you but I have to close for lunch right now and hang up the phone that she is talking to me through. Baffled at how rude she was.

The CVS representative who checked out my order was very courteous and helpful. I was purchasing a large number of gift cards for several family birthdays and the clerk went "above and beyond" to secure them in a few envelopes and bag so that I would not drop them. I very much appreciated her extra care. Excellent customer service!

It’s mind blowing how rude they are, really at all locations but definitely this one. When you call, they act like you’re ruining their lives. Why work there if you hate it that much?Edited to add, since they have been so unhelpful, I switched over to Costco Pharmacy. When Costco called CVS to get my prescription transferred over, CVS told them they’re too busy to help them. Costco had to call my Dr directly for my prescription. They have bent over backwards to help me, and that is what TRUE customer service is about, unlike CVS.

As a regular customer, I can honestly say that everyone is always helpful and courteous. From picking up prescriptions to the photo department to needing a fragrance. Never had a problem .

CVS is my “go to” drugstore. As a beauty blogger and ExtraCare card member, I get phenomenal coupons from CVS. I like that they carry high end items along with the budget friendly brands. The associates are always helpful and courteous. The beauty freebies every month (depending on your total purchases) shows that they care about their customers and willing to give something back which is a virtue these days.

The pharmacy is just fine if you use the CVS APP to coordinate everything. Everything from transfers, orders, etc. I’ve been coming here for some time now and I’ve never had one problem despite having multiple prescriptions. Meanwhile the nearby Walgreens literally put the wrong type of pills in the bottle and I didn’t discover it till I got home. There are so many terrible reviews for this CVS of issues that could be easily resolved if people would just use the pharmacy app. The pharmacy is short staffed — and it’s not their fault. Give them a break.

Sonny in the pharmacy Extremely unprofessional hung up the phone on me very rude she also refused to give her name when i asked for it 2 times Then put me on hold with a horrible attitude Hung up on me twice stated the system is down and she couldn’t give me any information she told me my prescriptions were not filled after I already got a text message stating that they were . Being that she had all my information you would think common courtesy for her to call me back which I asked her to do so I didn’t make a trip unnecessary it’s not the first time that staff has been rude in this location. Very bad for business in such a nice neighborhood poor choice of staffing

Cashiers habitually say the name of your medication out loud at the counter while ringing you up. Makes no sense. Give the first letter of the drug or say nothing. Basic HIPAA compliance and common courtesy.

Terrible experience here. I asked a pharmacist to transfer prescription to CVS. She said we don’t do transfer… I asked her for the reason. She said it takes long time. Meaningless pharmacy… The pharmacist is incompetent. After that, I went to walgreens, they accepted it and they said will do and call you back once it’s done. I will never come back to this CVS.

Terrible management, never adequately staffed.they have always been more expensive especially in this area for such a huge chain of stores, they are no doubt price gouging well beyond our inflation rate.I use Amazon Prime for a fraction of the cost.

It is always a hassle to deal with the pharmacy. Its never just pick-up your medicine. You have to call your doctor 6 times have them call in and send the prescription 3 more times and all the while the pharmacy staff gives you profound attitude and generally rude service. Have been going here about 10 years and it has gotten progressively worse. I'm not sure why I haven't changed yet.

Only giving one star cause I had to. This cvs along with most I’ve dealt with will hang up on you and give you the run around. Told me my insurance wouldn’t cover a medication so I would get another brand when it turns out it did cover it at another pharmacy. Basically made me not have my medication for a couple days due to this lie. They will no longer get any of my business in any way. Support local mom and pop pharmacy’s that actually care and want to help. Thanks for lying and basically trying to manipulate my situation in the end causing stress and loss of medication when needed.

People on the floor did not greet, i was on self checkout waiting for assistance and the only cashier ringing was doing both jobs but the other worker walked away from the register without “caring or noticing what was going on.

I did not get her name, but it was at 3:30 PM on Tuesday July 13th. I hope that she sees this review. She deserves to be praised.

One of the reps at the pharmacy is extremely rude. I was talking to her on the phone and said, “How are you?” She responded by hanging up on me. I called back and she answered. I told her it was rather rude of her to hang up the phone on anyone. She did not answer. This is not the first time she has done this. If she does not want to be there or interact with customers, then she’s in the wrong profession. I do not have the time to waste by calling CVS other than for a specific issue than to have a rude and unprofessional rep hang up the phone on me. CVS should train SOME of their staff, as the other staff members are very polite.

Every time I come to pick up prescriptions at the drive through there is always a line and it take about 30 min plus to service 4 cars . This CVS has terrible pharmacy window service always . They need improvement . It shouldn’t take this long each time . And covid staff shortages isn’t a excuse for this …… improve or the public will choose other locations

Absolutely horrible experience nearly every time I go, but today’s warrants a review. Knowing that, due to Covid 19, the pharmacy has cut its hours, I called ahead of going to confirm what time they close. I was told 6 pm, so, living one minute away, I head out at 5:30 to grab my son’s prescription at the drive-thru. After sitting on line for almost 20 minutes, I have one car ahead of me, and some kid comes up to my window to tell me that it’s closed now. It was 5:48. I said, “I thought the pharmacy closes at 6.” He says, “The drive-thru closes at 5:45. You can drive to the 24-hour in PJS; they will do transfer.” Seriously?! You can’t finish servicing the people waiting one car back?! I have never seen such a ridiculously incompetent, unprofessional display of customer service in my life. Disgrace.

Twice I’ve had to interact with the pharmacy at this location. Twice a horrible experience. Not even in the store, you have an attitude over the phone when you can hide your facial expressions and just act like you’re not a miserable human being. I guess I should have looked on here for the reviews because the horrid reviews you see fit their customer service.

I spent 7 hours today trying to reach the pharmacy to no avail..as a last resort I called back and asked to speak with the store manager ..this was my 6th attempt and after listening to the entire lengthy tape it says it cannot put me through tothe pharmacy at this time...steve(manager?) indicates there is no phone service all day. I then asked if I was a physician would I get through to pharmacy he said they would not get through either....he never asked if he should or could walk over to the pharmacy and leave them a message .His solution was come on in and speak to them.ive been inconvenienced for 7 hours already today.. It seems absurd to me that a physician cannot contact a pharmacy and speak with a pharmacist or staff member in the pharmacy for information on a patient or to prescribe a drug, or indicate a serious situation to the phamacy on any type of an emergency situation...total lack of confidence with management at this pharmacy...your 3 stars are a gift from those who may have been marginally satisfied....

I went for a Covid booster shot and flu shot. I booked it a week in advanced, when I got there the check in system was broken, and they didn’t have Covid booster. Complete waste of time.

All I can say is the pharmacy sucks, dr called in 2 prescriptions Fri, as of Sun they still don't have them. I guess they don't pick up drs messages, when my doc called again on Mon, there was no recording and no one picked up the phone! She wanted to speak to someone directly, stay away! Very poor service!
