Charged me 40 cents when I provided a Free Small Slurpee Coupon I had just received from SCPD for my son having met them. They said the coupon was old & that the prices for slurpees just went up. I wonder if all locations are like this… just seemed to defeat the point of having free slurpee coupons that haven’t expired yet.

Awful management. The coffee is never restocked and remade. I have gone in several times at 5pm and the empty coffee jugs are sitting there with water. I even asked if they could make a fresh pot and they told me no! I have seen most other 711 locations making new coffee quite often. If management doesn’t care either does the employees.

I come here all the time. Just today I went in for some energy drinks and let the register person know I had some money on my app to use. She tried to do it and it failed. I was using my phone to pay & I guess it was too close to the terminal that was then ready for me to pay. It didn't go through and she then snapped at me for going too fast. I saw a line was forming so I said forget it after she practically yelled at me to scan my app. This is only maybe the 3rd time I've seen the older lady with white hair behind the counter, but last time I saw her, she was being rude to someone else. If this location intends to have good customer service, then that lady is undermining them.

Please ask the man who works Friday nights to be more pleasant. I realize he's working Friday nights at a 711 and is in his 40s but I didn't make his life decisions and he has no reason to be unpleasant to me.

The woman in this store is a old and miserable woman and kicked me out after yelling at me for having my service dog in the store bc he barked once and I stopped him but then she was yelling at me so he kept barking to protect me as he does bc thats what one of his jobs is to do and she kicked me and my dog out and refused service to me, if I could rate negative stars I would.

This place is a complete a joke. I literally felt like I was in the twilight zone tonight. They have no customer service skills. The lady Liz is so miserable it’s a shame that she’s able to work a customer service job. Rizi the manager also shouldn’t have a job (shame on him for how he treats his customers). I would never give that business another penny. Hopefully you do the same and go else where. Where you are treated with kindness and respect.

The cashier after charging me for a bag. Stuffs everything I have into it. I point it out that she ripped bag and she goes nothing I can do about that of course walk out door and bag rips fully dropping my items. Go back ask for another bag she tells me no I have to pay for it

ALLOWING PEOPLE WITH NO FACE MASK inside store. When questioned by customers, Spanish lady behind counter responded with "Not my problem. They dont listen LIKE YOU!"SHUT THIS 711 DOWN NOW!!!!!!!!!!! They are allowing people to get SICK and not sanitizing!!!! NOT ENFORCING ANY RULES !!!!!!!!!!

Last night I bought a hot chocolate and a cream cheese bagle I was up all last night throwing up and had Diarra they leave the bagels out for a long long time they do not get them cold I just got out of the hospital and they diagnose me with food poison I just call the manager but she was not in she said I have to call back on Monday that is to far away I will never go back there they sell bad food thats been out for hours I am giving this 711 in miller place a bad review beacause of the bad food that they sell and the whole place is so so filthy very very dirty
