Best vet and staff!! Although Clover doesn’t super love it here, I do! They always fit me in if something comes up, and they are very very thorough. My cat used to get frequent ear infections and now he doesn’t anymore because they gave me something that works for him to give him occasionally to prevent them. We have two cats, and we (and they) have had ver positive experiences with Dr. Morin and her staff. Last winter our newly adopted cat, Ugo, nearly died, probably from an overdose of anesthesia at the shelter where he'd been adopted and neutered. Our other cat, Homer, has just been diagnosed with hyperthyroidism. She and her excellent staff inspire my confidence every time our cats need attention. Also, during this pandemic, everyone there is following protective measures; additionally we humans remain in our cars while our pets are taken in and out for examination and/or treatment. All questions are answered and other information freely given; mutual respect is the reliable order of the day. In Homer's case, the tests that were run, the meaning of the various readings, and treatment to be undertaken were all fully explained when Dr. Morin phoned me with the results. I wish all doctors for humans were as responsive and dedicated as Dr. Morin, who studied veterinary medicine at McGill University in Montreal.

All of the folks here are thoughtful, kind, and helpful. Dr Morin is a terrific Vet AND a great manager. She has selected an excellent staff. Of course it is hard these days to be unable to accompany one's furbaby indoors but they all make it smooth, safe and gentle. They have even provided me with the name of their associate vet, Dr. Annie Viana, who can provide my sweet 17 year old dog. Cozy with in-home euthanasia when that time comes. I highly recommend this practice-made-perfect.

Dr Pedevillano is so calm and understanding! She took care of our Japanese chin with such love! And now the trauma I am going through with my beagle being sick she is so supportive and calm!! She has a way of handling the animals but even more with their humans!! Love that woman!!!

Dr. Morin is the most kind, compassionate vet we've ever met. She and her staff are very knowledgeable, attentive and loving to our four legged friends! We have been bringing our pets to her for several years now and there is never a hurry in and out. Whatever issues are happening with our pets, she takes the time to assess, discuss and provide information for us to make decisions. Country Comfort is not the closest vet for us...there are many others closer...but the difference in care is worth the extra miles!

Dr. Moran is the only vet I will ever take my pets to. Her knowledge of animals and their illnesses is incredible and she explains everything in an easy to understand and thorough manner. She never does anything unnecessary. In addition she is very loving and caring with your pet. Her staff is top notch as are her techs. They all love animals. The facility is modern and super clean. There are closer places to bring my pets, but I'd drive an hour to see Dr. Moran, she's the only vet who I have 100% faith in. If only I could find a doctor for myself like Dr. Moran.

Dr. Morin is an extraordinary vet; so knowledgeable and entirely up to date on changes and trends in care, her staff is excellent, and the office is run in an efficient and organized way. What a wonderful staff! They took the time to read my dog’s medical record(it was a huge record). Dr. Morin came out (COVID restrictions) after 2 of her techs had spoken to me and listened to my concerns, she took notes prior to coming out and during our talk. She gave me advice which I appreciated and took. Jojo was very comfortable with her and the staff. At the end of the visit I literally stopped the tech that bought Jojo out to me and said “Thank you and your coworkers for taking the time to speak to me about his condition and not rushing me”. He started feeling better within hours of seeing her and taking his medication. My little old man is finally in great hands

Dr. Morin and her staff are professional and caring individuals who will make whatever your pet and your experience is as positive as it can be. We, now, have 2 cats and 1 dog but recently lost the oldest of our cats. Dr. Morin and her staff made this experience easier on us. Unlike other animal hospitals, the pet's health and quality of life is first. Dr. Morin cares first and foremost for the health, quality of life and well-being of your pet. I have never felt pressured to try unnecessary procedures and/or medications, like I did when I have gone to more corporate type veterinarian practices.Also, I greatly appreciate how the staff takes care of my pets and how honest, kind and professional they all are. This is not a corporate environment at all, rather a local business with your pet's life and happiness in mind. I drive out of my way to go to Country Comfort (about 25-30 minutes, one way), when I could easily go to closer animal hospitals, but nowhere is as good and as caring as they are.
