( Roll camera)🎥🗣️ (quite on the set) 🗣️(I said action!)🎬 Well it's Walmart why even bother let's just get this going as a kid the first time entering a Walmart was not what's it's like now a days.... I mean you got clothes, food, games, toys, auto supplies, health and beauty 😍. I mean the list can go on and on 🙃🙂🤯... Hence the name super center... Let's just blame it on wu-tang 👐... For me heading into a Walmart is like time travel it must be the burst of cold air in the summer when u walk in or that blast of heat from the front door in the winter but I need one thing and it should take 5 min then 4 hours later I walk out and wonder what happened 🤔 where did the time go 🤨. Just saying may only be me but Walmart is like a mini vacation especially when you have money to spend 💸.... Now my Walmart has a subway in it pharmacy and UPS store along with salon it's super like super super 😆. Only thing I wish it had was a movie theater 🎭.

Went to buy a few things and look for a bicycle helmet. Prices are still good and are renovating for the New updated store look. Can't wait, hope it really looks like the pictures they have up

I shopped at Walmart for years the place is clean but bathroom need work long lines during weekend the price are great Walmart had lot options forShipping online pickup and have ur items delivered. To your house to check out the app for Walmart pay and also Walmart plus and many ways u can save

Placed a curbside pickup order, checked in and waited almost an hour for an associate to bring it out, they never did, called both the order pickup and main operator departments, no one answered the phone in either department, cancelled the order and left. To say this is absolute unacceptable customer service would be a huge understatement! This isn’t the first time this has happened at this store either, so the busy holiday season is no excuse. The only reason I gave a one star review is because it wouldn’t let me give it zero.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST STORE LOCATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ! MySon sat in the parking lot and hour and a half to get my pick up order and I was on the phone trying to call to the store and nobody answers the phone. I am still calling. I have it on speakerphone. It just keeps ringing until it disconnects you. I called Walmart main office and they can’t do anything more than I can do. I need my order my son left after an hour and a half of waiting in the parking lot and this is not done! They are awful!

The wireless provider employee services were horrible I've been here about a hour plus. The electronic associate told me I had to speak to a man in a black shirt. When he popped up he was helping someone and the electronic associate told him I needed help. He started helping a second person. That took at least thirty minutes. Then another guy approached him. I went to his podium to make sure I didn't get skipped again. I told him I needed a phone. He acted like he didn't hear me. I said it again and he was like sorry I tried to get to you earlier. I replied ok can I but this phone. He gave me a phone that was opened and sent me to get rung up at the front. I realized there wasn't a charger inside. So I went back to electronics and asked did he have any new ones. He handed me a new one. I went back up front and paid for my stuff and the phone wouldn't ring up. The associate at self checkout said he wasn't suppose to give me the phone. A manager tried to ring me up because he is missing. It rung up for $200 instead of the $150 that is advertised. The electronic associate stated that he would need to fix the error. Long story short the man is still missing.

1 huge issue with this location, and I assume all others? Some items are hehind lock and key. Yes, that is unfortunate. However, that is what businesses are forced to do. I'm ok with that. IM NOT OK WITH ASKING HAVING ASK 5 DIFFERENT EMPLOYEES HOW CAN I GET AN ITEM THAT I NEED AND A BASIC HOUSE OR HYGIENIC NEED ITEM AND ALL I GET IS AN .... " I DONT KNOW" ... I GET A MANAGER AT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WAS TOLD "ONLY 1 KEY, IM A MANAGER, BUT I DONT HAVE ONE...... FIX THIS PLEASE

I went to pick up my order but when I got to the designated parking area for curbside pick up, all the spots were taken by shoppers. Their cars were parked in the numbered spots and no one was sitting inside the car. Shame on them.

Helpful associates, had two approach me at different times in the electronics to help me find what I needed, I never once needed to track anyone down for help. However, removing a star because Walmart has removed all forms of Tap to Pay except for Walmart Pay. You can't use Apple pay, Samsung pay, Android pay, whatever pay, you can use cash, card or Walmart pay so if you forgot your wallet,like i did, you can't purchase anything using your tap to pay features on your watch or phone. 😢

At 5:30 in the morning I had a wonderful experience at the 24 hour Walmart in Middletown New York the porter name Lloyd helped tremendously considering I couldn't find what I was looking for but he came thru fir me👊🏾 Now the sad part is I'm from Long Island New York and all of our Walmart's close at 10 o'clock which makes no sense to me, I'm a truck driver my time is very limited so sometimes I can only shop after hours so I experience only a few 24 hour stores the last one I went to was in Utica New York near Rome I use a visit that 24 hour Walmart frequently

The "Bare Shelf Biden" effect is happening at this local Walmart and its really bad. I couldn't find nearly half the stuff I was looking for. Even the cashiers were missing.

Horrible customer service, went in for an oil change, arrived just in time but because of a wait line, I was late and lost my spot, manager handled it well, cashier was dismissive and rude, was told to come in the next day and given a $25 off promo code, now next day, used in store shopping on Walmart app to use said promo code while I wait for oil change which took 2 hours ( they are understaff so I guess I understand) and now I have to wait 3 hours for curbside because I have to wait for the items that I PICKED ALREADY, to then be picked by an associate for curbside because of a “different system” that they cannot override, the customer services staff in the front by registers don’t know how to do their job and front end manager is incompetent. Horrible store. Clueless employees that are also rude, except auto with the exception of the older blonde women who was rude, the guy was working by himself and still doing a great job.

The bathrooms always have more pee on the floor than in the urinal.. does it matter if you go there when they first open or halfway through the day there's always poop on the stalls it's just gross

no cashiers all self check out. if I wanted to work I'd fill out an application. then security wants to check your receipts like you stole something. don't trust male to pay for my items ? then bring back the cashiers.

In my last visit, I asked an employee where an item was. She brought me to an aisle that I told her I checked. When we got there, she kept repeating "sauce". I was looking for soy sauce. I said, "I don't see it". She looked at me and shrugged. Another lady in the aisle we were now in asked her a question. The employee just pointed to the aisles in front of her and walked away. At that point, the other lady with a question and I looked at each other and came to the conclusion that the employee didn't speak English. I went to customer service and found what I was looking for after wasting 5 minutes staring at ketchup and mustard. If I hadn't run into the original employee, Walmart would get 5 stars. Unfortunately, she wasted everyone's time instead of starting off with "no English" or something of the sorts. This Walmart is usually stocked up on everything, but you're bound to run into at least 1 issue, be it big or small. It's inevitable for some reason.

The deli guy had me waiting for an hour just to get some cold cuts. Got there at 7am and he tells me that the deli opens at 8am. Needed my cold cuts so, I waited. Smh

The employees are helpful but my two issues is they dont get provided walkie-talkies to communicate and help customers. They use their own cell phones to help people and they allow the employees to park in front of the store taking all the spots closest to the entrance which would make it harder for senior citizens

I've tried to contact this location for weeks, I've contacted each department, NO ONE EVER ANSEERS THE PHONE! This seems very unprofessional! I will write 100 more reviews like this, until someone answers the phone... day 1 of trying to figure out how to contact ANYONE from this location, via reviews.

Relatively clean but have had a few bad experiences with online grocery. Between multiple items not being available several times and items missing when we pick up. Most of the time items aren't in stock even in store or worse yet things are out of place everywhere. Associates aren't wearing their name badge and are constantly making it difficult to navigate around cause they're constantly bringing out pallets making the isles even narrower. Not too mention the number of trip hazards left out. A great disappointment.
