Want to thank immensely the help, understanding, and courtesy from the staff while traveling from Maine to Florida and had trailer issues. The staff great care and compassion they showed would make any member proud to be on their team. Keeping in mind the current covid situation we were treated like a family member and a friend. Sharge our cashier even made sure we had all we needed before they closed for the day. If ever our travels lead us back here I would not hesitate to stop in again. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Tractor supply Co. Is a company that stands up for our rights and freedoms, particularly our 2nd amendment rights. They have signs posted stating that patrons with pistol carry permits are allowed inside the establishment.It is a dog friendly store. They will greet you and your 4-legged friend and even offer a treat for your pup. With the high egg prices steadily increase its great to know you can purchase your very own chicks, ducks, turkeys, guinea fowl in store, or online purchases that will deliver straight to your local post office.The employees are always available to greet, assist, and help you with your questions. It's my go-to store, for my pets,needs, and food for my feathery flock of birds and livestock.

So I normally go into the store to grab horse feed but sometimes I just order it and have it brought out to me an this is definitely the last time I do curbside due to the stupidity that happened today. Not only did it take forever but the guy who brought my stuff out didn't think it was me I even showed him my order and reference number he decid3d that I was someone else because another order had my last name and wanst ne or my husband who was with me. So he preceded to go back inside to get a manager to confirm I wasn't this other person for another order. And just turned into a circus and now I don't even want to deal with that store anymore. All I wanted was my horse feed .

Recently I purchased 6 baby chicks from this location. Within 12 hours 3 of them were dead. I called and explained I am not new to raising chickens, I've had them for many years and I have never lost 3 at once within 12 hours of purchase. I asked if they would return my money or replace the chicks. I was told NO. I am not happy at all with the service. I know company policy leaves it up to the individual store manager which I think is ridiculous but, when 3 chicks die within 12 hours of purchase, something should be done. The girl I spoke to, didn't seem to know anything about chickens and certainly didn't know what to do about replacement or refund, she was very hesitant about each word she said. No refund, no replacement was very clear.

I went to customer service to pickup my pellet stove on 11/15/22 around 6:15pm and there was 6 employees hanging out at customer service. I told them I was here for my online order and they looked at each like I was bothering their conversation. One guy point me to the front where my stove was and when I looked at it. It had scratches and dings so I ask for a different one and was offered a worst one ( dented). He told my that was the only 2 options and if I didn't pick it up they would put mine back for sale in 2 days. Who would pay full price for a damaged product? I used to like this store but hired people with terrible customer service.

I am sorry to say that I went to the store to buy a green works lawn mower and although I did ask for help no one came. I waited 20minutes or more so began ordering online. A young woman finally asked if I needed help and I answered that I did but one has come. She said well we are kinda all over the place and I have to do something else and.....I told her don't bother I am ordering the $600 lawn mower online. Then I went to pay for something and the line was to the back of the store. I want to love this store but you need to hire help. Sorry wish I could rate better.

Clean store. Employees are always kind and helpful. They always will go in the back to look for inventory that is not on the shelves. They always help me out to my car. But the inventory is awful! Seldom do they have the tractor supply brand of dog food that I need. The STANDLEE products that I feed my horses are either very low inventory or just empty. I have to end up going to a different nearby tractor supply. It’s pretty frustrating. Especially when this location is so much more convenient.

This place is top of the line no one can beat the prices they have and they carry all kinds of pet food and they also carry work clothes a little bit on the expensive but you know that you getting good quality clothing have also carry tools I mean this place is a One stop shop they got it all and I will definitely recommend this establishment to my friends and family great place

Tractor supply is so fun and have friendly staff always helping and have a lot of knowledge about pets as well. Everything is clean, organized and reasonably priced. I will be coming back again I mean baby chicks and ducks I was sold.

We had a horrible interaction with the manager of this store. We needed to fill our house propane tanks, which are 14 gal each. First she was nasty and argued that our tank size doesn't exist. When she came out to check, she practically screamed at me as I pointed out what size they are. She said "I don't need your business." I said, "We don't need you either." Never again. Hello, Heritage Feed Supply on 17K. Awesome people, worth the lovely drive.

I really like Tractor Supply. I buy food for my dogs there. Their 4Health dog food is great and reasonably priced! I buy most of the dogs snacks and toys from there also. I buy bird seed and bird suet there- again their prices are really good compared to other local places. The cashiers are always very friendly and helpful! They also hold low cost vaccine clinics for pets and allow local animal rescues to host adoption days there.

Great all around supply store. Plenty to choose from A little of everything. Things you don't even know you are looking for. Great selection and prices on pet food . Small but great selection of work clothes for men and women. Not enough customer help on floor. Long lines. Well worth the visit.

My first time here looking for ice melt. I expected something like Lowe's but it was not; from a quick walkaround I saw mostly clothing and knick-knacks instead of tools and supplies. I suppose if those are the kinds of items you are shopping for it is worth a look, but I would suggest browsing their inventory online before making the trip if you need hardware.

I purchased a cub cadet 28 3x snow blower from here, 3 weeks later when the first snow came, I went to use it and it was not assembled correctly. I called on a Sunday and was followed up by Derek the GM of the Middletown store. He ask me when my next day off was, and I told him Tuesday. I received a call from Derek Tuesday morning and he said someone would be at my house at 130 pm if that worked. I agreed and at 125pm he was in my driveway with the store manager. They dropped off a brand new replacement and took the defective machine.I will say I was shocked to receive such great customer service. I will continue to tell everyone I know about this story and recommend this store and company. Great job Derek you took a bad situation and made it a great one. Thank you so much and God Bless!

Be careful with refilling propane, they now approximate and charge you before fill up. So if you only need a small amount they will overcharge you. Seems like a lot of employees walking around and only one on the register, long lines, a lot of upset customers.

Went in and found exactly what i was looking for. I was asked by two different staff members if i needed any assistance. The store itself is reversed to what i am used to but still a very nice layout. They jave a wide variety of products.

Beautiful clean and brand new Tractor Supply Co. Has a large selection of Animal husbandry products including medicines, branding equipment and more. Also has a large outdoors area with fence building supplies. Huge clothing area, with fitting rooms. very impressive

This is twice now that I have had to make a return to the Middletown NY tractor supply and both times I have been met with a line of questioning that makes me feel like a criminal. The tall blonde female manager is just itching for a reason to deny a return. It is incredibly obvious. They act like I’m stealing out of their own pocket by returning an unused, unopened, and unneeded item. Twice now, interrogated by the cashier, then the manager acts like it’s the end of the world and their store is going to crumble if an item is returned. Last time this same manager was the one that started interrogating me about my return WHILE I was waiting online. I had not even reached the cashier yet. I literally felt like If she didn’t ease up I was inches away from have an actual altercation with the manager the way that she hovered over me and bombarded me with questions. She jumped right on my case the moment I pushed my cart in and took my position in line. They ask questions before even taking the time to read my receipt. It’s clear as day that they are just waiting for a reason to tell you no. I drive completely out of my way to the Chester NY tractor supply solely because of this same manager. I caution anyone making a purchase in the Middletown location to think twice about whether or not there may be even a chance that you may have to return the item to go to a different location or supply store altogether. This woman Is really mental.

I like to have search option store inventory on internet to search what i am looking for , to save an unnecessary trip , phone calls are time consuming to both and also misinforming , many times i am told we don't have it but when i visit the store i see that was not true i have being mistakenly mislead .

I love going to the tractor supply company store I always buy stuff for my guinea pig and my rabbits and my dogs. There are a variety things to buy there and whenever we go there the staff is always very friendly and very helpful
