Finding home Farms is one of my favorite places. The food and coffee is amazing! But even better is the maple syrup truly perfected and the best around. Try and get their maple whip on everything you can. Laura and her husband make our community better love seeing them around and if you ever have a question always willing to help. Can’t wait to see what they come up with next !Vegetarian options: Options for everyone !Parking: Parking is easy and free.Kid-friendliness: There’s out door games and activities!

Came with my 3 kids on a Maple Weekend. We arrived super early on the suggestion of other commenters. The owners and staff were friendly, and amazing with kids! Restroom was clean, food came out hot. Portions were petite, perfect for the kids and for a light breakfast. The lattes all come with 2 shots of espresso (both smalls and large) so stick with the size you like depending on your preferred concentration. The maple syrup tastings were scrumptious (I am partial to the spicy one, the kids liked the OG organic one), and the maple cotton candy and soft serve ice cream were amazing. We did a mini hike down the logging path, participated in the read-a-loud, and the scavenger hunt of knowledge. We drove home with full bellies and a lovely memory, with plans to visit next year!Note to others- this is a small-family business enterprise and self-service style coffee spot/cafe.Consider what you’d expect at a typical coffee spot (I.e. Starbucks), then add a more varied and tasty homemade menu, a cute store, an immaculate sap boiling room, the aroma of boiling maple syrup, and you’ve got this place!P.S. the candles are a secret bonus. What lovely scents!Kid-friendliness: Arrive at 8 for breakfast, tour at 9, read-a-loud at 10, hike, ice cream and cotton candy at 11 home by 12! This is our type of outing with kids.

Absolutely love this spot. Great food, safe spot to allow kids to roam, great service and super clean. The ladies that helped me were all so sweet. Will definitely be coming back. They also have a lil store inside with children's classic toys and books. Bird feeders, syrup tasting station that has the best syrup. Maple lollipops, and more. Highly recommend.Vegetarian options: There are a few vegetarian items you can chooseParking: Lots of parking spaceKid-friendliness: Beautiful space that's within reach for kids to play.Wheelchair accessibility: There are tables outside and is easily accessible for wheelchairs.

Finding farms is so cozy! Makes me feel like I’m home having the best latte. I love to get your crouffles when I come in! I got the strawberries and cream Belgian waffle sliders! Delicious ! Then I got the hot chocolate affogato which was out of this world amazing , because of your delicious maple ice cream! Chefs kiss! Ofcourse I had to get a box of goodies to go!

**while I sincerely appreciate the response, I must clarify that I do indeed love your space. The shop is adorable, the maple syrup is fantastic and it’s a great atmosphere to sit and relax. That being said, I am well aware you are a cafe and have limited options. Completely understandable. My issues was the quality and product you produce. My group was large, but very patient and understanding. One person had a piece of glass in their food.My issues were coffee not being hot. The waffles being soggy, that was on more than one occasion, and menu just does not work. You have a little gold mine, that has great potential. The menu and the cafe need work. This is my personal opinion!!!! I’m sure others will disagree. I have been there many times and have experienced the same issue. I buy your syrup and support your business but I stand by my review of the cafe and the menu items.I do like the vibe of this place as well as the amazing maple syrup. They have a cute little gift shop and a fireplace to sit around. It went south with the coffee. I ordered a HOT coffee which was tepid at best. We came with a group for brunch and the food was horrible. The menu was limited but the taste and quality even more limited. Soggy tasteless waffles, tiny over priced portions, and flavors that didn’t work! Everyone there except the cashier looked miserable. Our group was big and ordered many of the menu items. We were all disappointed. Two sad and tiny mini waffles. That were awful and soggy. This place would benefit from hiring a culinary professional to revamp the menu and pricing. Go there for the atmosphere not the food.

This is one of our favorite places to go for coffee and breakfast. I’ve grown up in the area and it’s so great to see such a wonderful place thrive! The coffee is always wonderful. But the food is even better. There is always a wide variety of things from savory to sweet. Waffle sliders and one of the wafflinis are usually our top picks. We haven’t even gotten to return for the ice cream in the summer but are looking forward to trying it out. The little store section is perfect and I’ve gotten so many perfect gifts for people there! Highly recommend for anyone from out of town or locals to check this spot out!

I just love this local cafe! And maple anything is always my favorite. Their coffee and waffle-pressed sandwiches are fantastic, the maple cotton candy is amazing, and I loved getting to see how they make their maple syrup. The gift shop is also adorable (pricy but that is to be expected) and both indoor and outdoor seating is lovely. My only criticism is that I didn’t love the ice cream. Everyone else who visited with me did though. I am so glad to have found this great local business off the beaten path.

Staff is very friendly and up beat.I love the food!! So far enjoyed everything!I like the setting ( the lights, the fireplace, the outside porch) but because it's so popular, it gets crowded and therefore noisy but I just asked staff what times less busy and will go then! Enjoy!!.Dietary restrictions: They do offer Gluten free

Love this place. They have such a cozy ambiance great for studying and chatting with friends. Their seasonal drinks are yummy. I’m allergic to dairy and gluten so I especially appreciate that they have non-dairy milk and gluten free chocolate chip bread pudding (which is so good heated). Hoping one day they have a gluten free or sourdough bread because their sandwiches sound so good, would love to try them. They also have homemade maple syrups that you can sample, love the pumpkin flavored one. It’s quickly become my favorite local coffee and tea shop.

Finding home farms is just that. I’ve lived in Orange County my whole life and have seen things change drastically around me. Sometimes I don’t feel like I live in the country anymore and it has lost its small town charm, but when I go to finding farms. I see familiar faces and it feels like home. The staff is very friendly, the coffee is great and the food is delicious. It’s as it should be, like it was made in their home kitchen. I also love the cozy feel of it like your in your living room or family room just hanging out. I never feel rushed. I can’t say enough about this place accept thanks Finning Home Farms.☺️Dietary restrictions: I have sugar restrictions so I would love a low carb option if that’s possible. 😁

Finding homes is comfortable, friendly, and conveniently located off Route 6 in the Town of Greenville. You can sit in or outside. The drinks, coffee, & food are delicious! Laura and all the staff are always happy to see you. Be sure to bring home some Maple syrup - you won’t be able to use anything else after trying. ;)Enjoy!

A hidden gem, with a great atmosphere and lots of cute things for sale in their shop. The iced coffee with maple whipped cream was fantastic, would go back just for that! I love their selection of unique coffee flavors as well. If I was being nitpicky, I would say that I wished all iced drinks had similarly nice whipped cream toppings (even if not maple) because my iced drink definitely made my friends jealous as theirs did not look quite as special (though they were just as delicious). Also prices were a bit high ~ both for food, and in the shop. Definitely a treat-yourself kind of place, not sure I'd return on the regular. And they only had one veggie option as a sandwich - a grilled cheese, though it was very good, my options as a vegetarian were a bit limited. All-in-all, I would 100% recommend the coffees and would go back just for that, everything else was pricey but the atmosphere and experience was worth it!
