Home Depot has changed a lot. It's gone a little general used to be more for home construction on a higher scale. I can't find certain things i used to find like to cover the background of the pipes or. Faucet parts. There used to be more people working there that could help.it could be this location.

All was great, as usual, except for the female manager on 4/21/24 at 12:30pm who was at the self checkout area on the phone screaming on a personal phone call cursing - F this and mother F him, 5 minutes of complete outrage for all to see. Entertaining, but pathetically unprofessional. And a great selection of outdoor garden plants.

I went to Home Depot to finalize my door order and Dean was extremely helpful and patient. I completed my order and he explained everything I needed to know. I received my new door today and I am beyond happy. The guy who installed it did an amazing job. I am so happy with my purchase.

I always find everything I need there.. the inventory is well organized and shelves are fully stocked . Their bathrooms are neatly cleaned . I appreciate the cleanness of the store as a whole.

Not really a store review.I wanted to thank a sales associate.....a young man named Marcelle(?)Not sure of of the spelling. A young man who was working self checkout. I had left my pocketbook on the register. I ran back to the store...of course frantic... He greeted me with my pocketbook an a smile. Thank you so much, this could have been a disaster for me. So nice to know that their are still honest, kind people in the world!! Thank you again to this very nice young man!

My new favorite store. With the app, you can literally see a map of where the items are if they are in stock. Workers seem friendly and knowledgeable. They don’t use Apple Pay which is kind of a bummer.

Since I missed the timeframe to do the online survey, I just wanted to make sure that Special Services Supervisor, Tanya Montalvo, gets the recognition and credit that she deserves. I was having an ongoing problem for over a month, trying to resolve an issue with my Pro Xtra Perks. Others had tried to help, but we’re not able to. On November 9, 2023, I visited the Home Depot location in Middletown, New York. I explained the situation toTanya, and she was able to resolve the issue I was having receiving the correct amount Pro Xtra Perks that I was entitled to, which was a significant amount. Tanya was patient, kind, and professional. I am sorry that I missed the time frame to do the online survey. I hope Tanya gets the credit and recognition that she deserves from Home Depot. Thanks again, Tanya, for all of your help!

Will not make big order here again roof material order shipment incomplete. Next order for gutter project even worst and lastly Customer Service is poor! Lack of communication. I ordered and paid for items that appeared in stock placed my order in store with a very helpful and kind sales associate. Once my delivery arrived, items from my order were missing. Decided to return the whole shipment couple days later, and since I didn't have all the items when I got to customer service, not one seem to be able to figure out how to receive items and proceed to refund me the total amount. Why?!! Because according to them(customer service) everything was delivered and I had no proof of items not being delivered. 3 hrs later after they were trying to count almost every single piece of material in my order (keep in mind this is for a pro member and this is a big order for gutters they're trying to count/scan 100 plus pieces one by one). Well turns out no one ever checked, that whoever was picking out my order, had left a NOTE in the computer on the list of items under my account. saying that there were items out stock. So that's why I didn't have received them all. Then 3.5 hrs later, I finally got my refund by like the 4th or 5th person that got involved. Home Depot Should've refunded for delivery fee as well because, I had to bring back their messy delivery, because I wasnt able to do project if I didn't have all the materials. And no one ever called to let me know that my delivery was gonna be incomplete or no one bodered to at least ask if I wanted to stop by and add materials for later date or to get refunded whatsoever. And lastly ended up paying a fee for them wasting my time. Now I know not to make big orders with home depot, unless I wantand have the time to see everyone looking at each other's face half day over at customer service, trying to figure things out.

They had a lot of great stuff! We found everything we were looking for after at least three laps around the store lol! At least one of the laps was because I lost my husband though lol! The prices were a little higher than expected on some items but the staff was very friendly and helpful!

Structurally home depot is sound -- the roof did not leak, no crevasses in the floor, and no shelving collapsed. These are minimal requirements for a home improvement store.If you desire help, easy selection of high quality items, a compact efficient floorplan and an expedient way to pay, then this is not the venue to choose.

1-star for curbside pickup. Had an order that I placed online and used their app to follow all their steps, but when after waiting 35 minutes, I called the store to discover no one was coming with my order. They went to find it and bring it out to me. Just buying it in store and getting it myself would have been much quicker.

I was left on hold for 25 minutes and passed around to several different associates when I had a simple question to see if there was a specific canopy umbrella in stock. I live far away and didn’t want to drive out there unless I knew it was available. I was told on the phone that nobody could help me and directed to a voicemail. Although at least 4 different associates passed me along over the phone, there was apparently not one associate who could do a simple inventory check for me. This is terrible customer service. You should be embarrassed about how you treat your clients. I will be going to this store and speaking to the management.

This Home Depot is also in New York state but the layout is completely different than all of the others i have been to. This time i wasted time asking the associate where each of the departments were. The associate was great and helpful but the interior store design was not friendly to the none local user

John Barrett and Brendan Smith from deliveries D94 turned what was about to be a very bad experience into a good. I was picking up a delivery after 6pm and was told to call early morning day of delivery which I did and spoke a a Daren or Darien. I called again early afternoon to verify and it seemed by the attitude that it bothered the person on the called but they confirmed that the delivery was being worked on. Yet when I showed up is wasn’t. Meanwhile chances for me being able to pickup that delivery anytime soon was very slim. John and Brendan made it possible. My star rating is only for John and Brendan because if it was up to all other employees from that department it would had never happen since they were all telling me that I had to come back another day. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️John and Brendan from Delivery D94 in Wallkill/Middletown.

Mr. Ron, from the plumbing department is the best worker I have ever been helped by. If you have not clue of what u need for your project except an idea or a sketch, bring it to Ron, he will make your dream project come true. Cashier/Rep in charge would not honor a display that read "Buy One Get One Free"...instead of honoring the sale...She stated were not running the sale anymore and decided to dismantal the sale display on the spot. Very Bad Service!

Very large Home Depot with a ton of stuff here..The odds are you will find what you want and even what you don't want. The staff was somewhat helpful. Parking is plentiful but usually have to park a bit from the entrance.
