I did love this location for many reasons, but as of lately they have removed all the mirrors from the clothing section. So you now have to actually go in and try things on opposed to hold them up to your body and see how it looks or feels as someone who's been assaulted in a changing room. I don't want to go in a changing room and at minimum I want to just see how it looks against my skin tone. Please bring back the mirrors.

Vast, well stocked Target store staffed with consummate professionals. I received two vaccinations here and the entire thing took 10 minutes. I then made several returns and exchanges on multiple receipts and they were handled quickly and expertly by Crystal. Great experience!

The store is always chaotic- boxes in the aisles, the shelves are messy, and items not where they are supposed to be. It’s tough to shop here and I prefer going to Target’s Monroe location.When I do shop here- I use the order pickup and the staff is nothing short of fantastic. They’re always helpful if there’s ever any issues

Target has so many items that you can shop for hours... be patient, you'll find it 😀The store is well stocked and has helpful employees. The quality and prices are reasonable too.

Beware of the on line shoppers who privately bring items to your home from this store .He stole our item after photographing it at my house and he also stole from my mailbox . Target states they have no responsibility for this service.

Middletown Target always has a breezy return process especially if you come at off peak hours. I can come in and out in less than 5 minutes. I have shifted my buying needs and do most of my shopping done at Target because of this easy return process. Will avoid Walmart at all costs. Walmart’s return lines are a nightmare.

Love Target, one of my favorites. The line to pay is a problem. I just walked out because of the line, I only had one item that I was trying to repurchase because the original was to big. Since I’m retired, I can return early morning, not all of your customers are able to do the same. It’s a problem that is getting worse. Please consider another alternative.

ignore my name pleaseI LOVE THIS STORE. the cashier ezra was SO HELPFUL, they saw me buying sonic toys and reccomended me even cooler sonic toys to buy & showed me where some cute squishmallows more & i was hooked!! i bought sonic hot wheels race car i love it. ezra was an excellent sonic salesman and i highly reccomend them being in charge of the toy isle always, they had great advice. i love sonic also AND THIS STORE they also have candy and my mom takes me sometimes and i get lost but the cashiers help me get out i love them a lot and i also love sonic and fnaf and pewdiepie and e thank you so good i can’t wait for you guys to show me more cool sonic toys

Target is a one stop shop. You can find bath and body products like Bath Body and Beyond. You can find items for the home like Home Goods. You can purchase fresh foods and fruits similar to that of Walmart. All the above in one store at competitive prices.

Fantastic store. It was mobbed today (Christmas time). There was a long line of people at returns and pickup (usually not the case). But WOW... there were only 2 employees and they must be magical beings because they kept that line moving!!! At other stores it would've been a 30 minute wait and with 5 employees! But these guys at target are impressive. I've had nothing but amazing experiences here when it is slow AND when it's been super crazy busy. Their employees are awesome, nice, helpful, efficient and extremely professional. I don't normally write reviews but I had go come on here and say something. In addition, target has had some amazing sales this christmas season and their apps and website have been a breeze. Thank you target!

Genuinely I enjoy my shopping experience here. Lines can sometimes be incredibly long. I love target pick up order. Employees are generally nice, helpful and welcoming especially Kelly.

Im begging you to open more registers. When the line is to the back of the store and half the employees are standing there just looking at the line, thats a "really man" moment. other than that the store is clean, neat, organized, plenty of stock

My grandson needed a super soaker water gun in a hurry. We tried Walmart and Amazon but only the target in Middletown had it. I was able to just go to the pick up counter. The employee was pleasant and we were able to leave quickly

Checkout lines always, always long! Store looks messy more and more.There are plenty of other options to shop at! Target: you are not the only game in town.

The store was really unorganized, many shelves were empty some price scanners wasn’t working. The huge Line up for payment half of the self check out wasn’t working. Overall I wasn’t happy and I don’t recommend

Store is dirty. Line is constantly wrapped around the front of the store with more employees wandering and talking to each other than doing anything whatsoever. Next to no open registers either. Called about a complaint.. the department didn't answer and it was just pinged to another department where their response was, "I dunno. I guess you're just gonna have to keep calling back." Which promptly had me ask for a manager, who had about the customer service capabilities of a rock, and I was given the same shrugged off attitude. Store is dirty. Shelves are always destroyed. The ONLY pleasant thing was the man at the self checkout. I would highly recommend staying away from this Target. It's like Lord of the Flies.....

The Middletown Target is the best Target I have ever been in. The selection of merchandise is far better than the one I usually go to in Spring Valley NY.

Being partially ♿️ i will never go back to this store. This Target from my experience does not care for its ♿️ customer’s. 8 ♿️ spaces vs 28 pickup spaces. Of which maybe 10 being utilized. After parking some distance away i than had to wonder the store to find where to activate my new phones from consumer cellular that came to me 11/26 not activated. There was a sign do to staff shortages we can not activate new phones. Anyone ♿️ beware!!!

Please check your price on Miracle Grow 8 qt. I believe it's ringing up lower than it should. Also unfortunately a perfume line (Mix Bar) I've been buying there for years no longer has the scents I like in stock but the testers are still out. For all the perfumes this is the case. Very few scents available and a great deal of what is out is damaged.

Yessie and Deanna (my apologies if spelling for either is wrong) were extremely friendly and helpful this past Sunday. They made my shopping experience pleasurable and super easy! They helped me order a toy not carried in store while still being able to take advantage of the deal. They were happy to help me and I will be sure to go to this target before other stores because of this experience!

I had the worse target.com experience I ordered something and it came late not even on time it came late and then on top of that it came with a bunch of little critters inside and me not knowing I opened it up in my bedroom to make sure everything is okay before I give it to my friend for her housewarming gift well to my surprise target.com gave me a gift too a infestation of spiders. I'm pregnant and I have a huge fear of them I been cleaning all night with peppermint oil because I cannot use all that toxic stuff at the moment I'm highly upset I've been with target.com for so long and sadly after don't even feel safe or comfortable buying anything from there. Plus I can't even send pictures because I have a flip phone and it's so outdated my husband's trying to get my pictures from the phone onto his phone and it's just not working out I'm so stressed right now because I have to sleep here the worst experience in time

The customer service was outstanding! During my brief interaction with a staff member named Vicky during check out, I noticed that I was genuinely being helped and this is not something I can say about every customer service representative Ive met. It was late and having experience in retail i know how hectic closing can be. Vicky didn’t rush me or treat me like just any other customer. She was kind, compassionate and her warm and vibrant energy helped make my day. I am 7 months pregnant and tired and her kind gesture made me feel supported and happy about my shoppping experience. She is a confirmation that there are still genuinely kind people in this world who are willing to be of service with out the thought of getting anything in return. God bless you Vicky and thank you!
