Be carefull look at dates they are selling expired pickles in this store that are over a month expired the older date is November 13 expiration witch means it's from October and I was there a few weeks ago brought one didn't realize it went back yesterday and they had more expired ones on the shelf

This ShopRite is absolutely filthy, inside and out. I’ve been to many, many supermarkets and the Wallkill/Middletown ShopRite on Lloyds Lane is one of the filthiest stores I’ve ever been to. Starting with the positives, the staff were friendly and helpful. The seafood looked fresh. Deli and bakery depts looked good with fresh foods. Meat and produce depts were average. That’s pretty much where the good ends. Store cleanliness was awful. The side of the parking lot outside the store was covered in huge amounts of litter and garbage. I’ve never seen so much litter scattered around the side of a store parking lot before, it was really bad. The bottle return was filthy and disgusting with trash, broken glass, and dirt everywhere. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. The store entrance was absolutely filthy. The white floors have turned brown/beige from the dirt and there was dirt stains, filth, and trash everywhere on the floor and in the carts. Not a good first impression of the store at all. Inside the store, the floors and shelves were scuffed up and could have been a bit neater and needed cleaning in some areas. Some shelves were very messy. The dairy and milk sections were absolutely disgusting; I’ve never seen such filthy appalling milk cases. The doors had dried up milk stained on the glass in many areas, all of the milk shelves were filthy, covered in dirt, spilled food, and mold. The bottom of the milk cases were beyond filthy. There were many dried up puddles of milk, tons of mold, rust, spilled food, and general filth everywhere. The metal case just beyond the door was covered in huge amounts of mold and spilled dried up food. The entire case was like this. This area looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. The other dairy shelves were moldy and very dirty in multiple areas as well. In one section, the bottom of the case was covered in huge amounts of mold, dirt, and filth. Just revolting, and definitely a major health violation. If the areas that customers can see look this bad, I can’t even imagine how disgusting the back rooms might be. How does this store pass health inspections?! I’m shocked that this store was in such a filthy condition. I have been to many, many supermarkets and I’ve seen some bad stores, but this was definitely one of, if not the worst I’ve seen. It is obvious the management here does not care at all. This store is a filthy, disgusting mess. I feel sorry for the staff that have to work in such a dirty store. Supposedly the Dolson Ave store is just as dirty or worse but I haven’t been to that one. This one on Lloyds Lane needs serious cleaning, remodeling, and improvements all around.

Geoffrey is a great asset to shoprite on 211 in Middletown ny, who was working as a cashier. He is supper patient and kind with the customers. His mannerisms were contagious and I too became more patient with the slower patron in front of me. I actually left in a happier mood.

Shop Rite has been my go to store for years. Im not happy with changes at the deli. Which may be corporate decisions. I used to like Shop Rite brand. Im not sure if where product is coming from was changed too but unhappy with Bowl and Basket products. Trying to get in the door is dangerous. People are turning to enter the parking lot, turning out of each lane and cars have come close to me numerous times. The second door is much safer but they took the handicapped parking away for pick up. Very few spots on the other side for large vehicles also an issue. A redesign of parking would be great. Also love the meat dept

The store is always well stocked and the customer service team is always very friendly. I always find what I’m looking for. The checkout lines can get long but they always open more registers to accommodate.

Deli (where they slice bologna, etc) is super slow and ineffective. No person in line and you have to wait until they would finish with someone’s orders. Why can’t you take an order and then do other work. So, customer wouldn’t have to stay for a long just to say I need one pound of bologna, no cut. They definitely need retraining and training to work effectively.

If I could give 0 stars I would. 👎🏾 I went shopping here today and this new Asian cashier bc I know everyone in this racist store came from behind the register to see if I had something in my cart. I wanted to cancel my entire order but my shopping was for my elderly mother. I have a great paying job and I don't need to steal anything from anyone. I hate this store I'll be going to Walmart moving forward

Staff is amazing and the prices are fantastic. This is one of 2 supermarkets I go to that had what my children like. Worth the trip and they expanded their fresh made food isle. Lots to choose from. They are also opening up registers when the lines get long and get workers to help you pack. Thank You

Shoprite is great! Getting expensive However, they always have what you need. The two things I wish they could do more of are Chinese food cooking ingredients as well as gluten-free breads and more selection.

Shop-rite has my favorite luncheon meats by boars head. They also have a nice variety of cheeses, olives, and many other gourmet sides. Today I was able to pick up some chicken wings on sale. If you know the price of wings lately, you’ll know that this is a great buy. Always clean, friendly service. I love their sales, presentations, and bright store.

I wanted to share a review on a birthday cake I had recently ordered. I provided a custom made topper for a quarter sheet cake. The cake was tasty however a BIG disappointment on the quality of the cake decorating. There was gapping between the border and fondant topper which was very visible and should have been corrected before I was due to pick it up in 2 days. Such a disappointment as I always recommend ordering your cake at shoprite.

Its good...Just don't go at 7am and think you're going to be able to get something quick and run back out. There is usually only one cashier open and the service is slow. During the day a little better if you go through the express line. Updated 2/25/22 Nice upgrade- They have implemented self checkout. Yes! So much better to shop here now. Thanks ShopRite 👍🏼 😊

This store is super clean and I can find everything I need and more. The people who work here are very friendly, but sometimes I do have trouble at the seafood counter. No one is ever there and if by chance they are, they’re usually not that friendly. Still giving 5 stars because I love shopping here!

Deli never has order express orders ready. They have a sloppy work space and nothing is on time. Even if I order it a half n hour before expected time it’s never ready. Their cashiers also always through things after scanning them. They work carelessly

Great service with a friendly and caring staff. The deli staff is exceptional. The meat dept staff is overflowing with professionalism and customer satisfaction. The cashiers are all superb in all their dealings. The managers are obviously managing spectacularly. The bakery dept staff is as sweet and pleasant as their cookies 😊.Hope this helps

Nice clean store..Great classic rock playing..Most people were walking around singing.. including myself,,It was nice to see.There are no ropes up directing the checkouts, it was like normal. At this point, people know, or should know to stay 6..or 3 feet apart from eachother. I think I prefer this Shoprite to the others.Nice Experience for a shopping trip.

I usually order from Shoprite at home and today I had a payment problem. Amanda from that department called me to advise me and was very quick to help me resolve the issue. She is extremely professional and friendly. I highly recommend this Shoprite. I have never had bad service from them.

ShopRite had improved much since my last review. Now it has self checkout which I think is great and the arrangement of the isles had change to a more convenient space usage.It now also offer curbside pick up and delivery. As per their products. Everything there is always fresh beginning with the fruits and vegetables ,the sushi ,rotisserie chicken ,the meat ,it even has a fish market inside everything is the best of the best .

Clean, safe, great variety of stock. I found it to be well organized with helpful staff especially Percy. The butcher staff in the meat dept are also helpful. Prices are great. Parking is adequate and easier than other big dept/grocery stores.
