This is a grocery store. They have very helpful staff and a good selection of products. The deli section is good. They used to have a nutritionist but they had to let her go during COVID but they should bring her back because she was very popular.

Store is okay things costing a lot more and quality of products isn’t the same or matches up. Removing a lot of things they used to sell store brand items like sodas and chips. Shame they stopped selling their brand name sodas the two and three liter bottles and 12 pack sodas. Never understood why they would remove the good stuff you could buy at cheaper prices!! Shop Rite past several years steadily declining rapidly. Rising prices & digital coupons in play discounts you can’t get with just using your price plus card makes no freaking sense to me. Old school methods was simpler and far more effective than the digital electronic nonsense.😒

This store has some of the most down right disrespectful associates I’ve ever experienced in a grocery store.Posting this Monday 4/15/24 at 440 pm, so management can evaluate their afternoon shift associates. This is when I typically see these rude behaviors. Unfortunate this is the only grocery store on my commute home from work.

Just picked up this cake today! I don't have a choice but to take it coz today is the party. It's supposed to be a Roblox design or similar. I wasn't even informed that this cake will look like this!I took time to print the design and paid for it. And this is what I get?!I don't usually write reviews, but I'm upset!Not going to order from this store again!

Of all the three Shoprites in the area, which include the one in Chester and route 211. This is by far the worst one of the three. The shelves are often empty, and several items are almost always not stocked.

ShopRite has something for everyone. Wide variety of foods and the best part is that Downtown Bagels is right next the them...best of both world do your shopping and grab a bagel lol

Great experience with Kathy and her coworker in the bakery. She was absolutely delightful friendly and would do anything to assist me with a smile beside the fact that the cake is delicious. They went out of their way to make me a turkey cake with vanilla instead of chocolate.

It is not cool to raise your prices on all Thanksgiving items for Thanksgiving. Every item for Thanksgiving was highly over priced, and now everything is now on sale, a few days after Thanksgiving. Some families can't afford to buy groceries at shop rite for Thanksgiving because you hike your prices up. And to have to spend $400 to get a free turkey is highway robbery. Might as well buy it for $40.

Decent store, stocked pretty well. ZERO cashiers open/on duty this evening around 8:30pm. Sending seniors, mothers with babies through self check out... not cool.

I very much enjoyed this ShopRite. I picked up a few dinner items the other day on the way home from work. They had everything I was looking for and a few extra items as well. I found. Generous amount of guacamole on sale (Taco Tuesday is a big deal in my home). Staff was very helpful especially with my not being too familiar with this ShopRite. I’ll be happy to stop by in the near future.

So today (10/22) I walked in to shoprite to just pickup some cold cut and items to make a sandwich. Their was only one other guy ahead of me and I don't even know how long he was waiting before I got there. At the time there were 4+ people working the deli all them were doing precut cold cuts prep work. After about 3 mins they finally helped the first guy... I continued to wait for another 7+ mins and continued not to be Acknowledged by anyone there. I finally had enough and said "well I've been here for 10 mins and I guess no one is going to help me" and then I just walked away. I guess their prepackaged cold cuts were more important than stopping and helping a person standing right infront of them... if I saw one of the managers I would of told them how disrespectful and unprofessional they were on a slow Saturday afternoon at the deli because clearly they were too busy doing side work...

Kudos to ShopRite! The speed and organized checkout is impressive. I always have a fairly Pleasant shopping experience at this location. They've expanded some of their organic produce which makes me very happy. Organic items are now grouped together then a very succinct manner. The staff are friendly and willing to help and answer any questions posed. Despite the stress they still managed to keep a pleasant attitude.

Depending on what time and day you go, you can get fresh produce and fresh meats. It's usually clean and they have the sanitize wipes available for you by the shopping carts. The only thing is, its gets busy and you stay on the line really long. Other than that, workers are always helpful and willing to go out of their way to help you and sometimes share recipes if you ask. The bakery department gets very creative with birthday cakes and they are made really tasteful. Their fruit tarts are amazing! Shout out to their bakery crew! They're the BEST!!!!!!

Jaylah was the cashier, she never made eye contact or even said hello.. acted like doing her job was a nuisance .. just kept scanning things and letting everything pile up on top of the eggs and bread and 220 dollars worth of groceries.. no sanitation wipes at this location either .. horrible customer service all around

Wanted to like this shop rite , have been going to various shop rites across NY since I was kid. Never seen one as dirty as this one. I picked up a cart from the indoor coral and as in checking out I noticed the entire bottom of the cart and sides were coated in grease, oil , animal fat , who knows! Maybe even the butcher was using (have seen this before when I worked at a grocery store) And it completely coated my groceries in this nasty substance. I have been grocery shopping thousands of times and never grossed out so much in a store. I will drive the extra 5 min to go to Hannaford.

Yesterday I purchased two Shop Rite Rotisserie chicken from the deli, when I went serve the chicken for Football Sunday dinner as I was slicing I notice that the first roaster was pink. I then cut the second roaster that one was pink. I was angry along with being hungry so I had to recook them and hoping that my family was fine after eating it.I should of took pictures to post. Will I purchase chicken again ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!

Waiting on deli line 20 minutes, 4 people behind counter. Only 1 helping customers on line, seems like other 3 are doing tasks not for people standing in line. This happens every week. There has to be a better way to manage deli dept to speed up the line

Wish i could give 0-stars. Very rude Employees. They yell instead of explaining! If you need help with anything or even have any questions-good luck,they would never offer help but will raise their voice at you.Very,very unprofessional.

Love that they are now offering Self Pay what a relief !! Unfortunately the carts are very dirty & Hardly Any Handicap Parking !!I know I have A handicap sign & when I need parking it's never available !!!!Parking Spots are so close together people hit your door when getting out or when they leave their cart by the door of your car !!! Can't win !!! People have no respect for your Car just making very clear!!!!!They should divide parking so no one is close to one another in the parking lot and this is why I do not come here as much as I use too !! For the most part it's better to come before closing ..

First time using Shop Rite pick up service today and was very impressed with the process. We were able to secure a pickup time slot today, and shop via website to find everything we needed. I pulled into the parking lot during my designated window and parked in a designated pickup parking space. A sign in front of the parking space directed me to text message my last name to a phone number on the sign. I received a confirmation moments later indicating a wait time of less than 5 minutes. Minutes later, an employee brought a shopping cart to my car, verified my last name, and left the cart for me to load into my car.This was a great, contactless experience.

I lost my wallet at this shop rite yesterday and the assistance they offered my husband was unparalleled. The manager of the store, shoppers and the staff were all involved in finding my wallet. There is a guardian angel somewhere who returned my wallet but wanted to give a big thank you to shop rite. Shop rite constantly tries to better their community and their concern for their customers wellbeing is truly evident. Thank you Shop rite and the mysterious guardian angel that saved my life!

I like the store and the set up. They seem to keep items pretty well stocked. I think they need to check the bagged fruit a little better for bad ones and mold. I would also like them to stock Two Good Plain yogurt.

I was so happy to find this shoprite so close to my house. I ran in for a quick few items and realized I didnt have a shoprite card so I ventured over to the Customer service counter and had a very pleasant interaction with the lady behind thee counter. she was friendly and helpful. She answered my questions and got my shoppers card done quickly and efficiently. I witnessed the two ladies being friendly and nice to me and 3 other customers while I was there.I used the self checkout for my food and was in ad out in no time at all. No lines. No issues with the scanner. nada. just a perfect quick run to the grocery store.
