It's the only Sam's club in the area. If there was Costco or even BJ's closer this Sam's would not make as much business as it does. Others Sam's are very well stocked. Many things are always out of stock at this one. Good items but you find something you like and they no longer carry it or you see it once every 6 months. Parking lot is horrible as is the gas. Long lines always. We used the app to scan our items and check out at the door because the lines inside are ridiculous. The multi packs of snacks for kids lunches are fantastic, lots of selection. We've been plus members for years and will continue to use it until something better comes along.

We've used Sam's on several occasions for platters and cakes and the food is always great. The few times we did have a delay or hiccup we were met with great customer service and the mistakes were corrected.Most recently we ordered a 3-tier cake for our daughter's 1st birthday. We customized it to our liking using the decorative options in the catalog. Alexis, their baker, was a great help! She assisted us when ordering the cake and to our surprise she was also the one to assemble and decorate our cake.The cake itself was light and airy while the icing was sweet but not so much that it took away from the cake.The plus was that there was not a bitter taste often associated with dyes.This was a win for us as it was under $80 for a beautiful custom cake! Well worth it! Thanks again, Alexis! And thanks Sam's Club!

Customer service it’s the worse. Management needs to stepped up and have at least 2 people at the counter.Waited at least 20 minutes at the counter to returned one item.

I was shopping with my brother. Prices decent, equipment needs serious attention. We were self checkout and the door at the midway fell down hit my brother in the knee. No serious Injury. Another customer saw it tried to get attention as the was supposed to be a double locked door to protect the equipment from being tampered with. When an employee came over we explained what happened so did the gentleman, she never looked in our direction, mumbled something and proceeded to lock the door but I noticed a lock Missing. This is how stuff happens to stores and customers. I gave the stars for the stores well stocked and decent prices

There are so many great things to say about Sam's Club, but u feel the most worthwhile is their customer service. There are many businesses in our area whose hiring practices are not representative of our population. It's refreshing to see Sam's Club distinguish themselves in this way. They employ many graduates of our local high school, who are able to advance within the company, and this warms my heart.

It was great but crowded due to the increment weather to be expected today and tomorrow, but I will say been loving this new keto granola I bought previously there birthday cake flavor and it taste just like it , so my family and I went back to find it and I panicked abit cause I didn't see it where they had it last than my husband found it and they had a new flavor as well they cinnamon pecan and wow it tasted like cinnamon toast crunch literally so I'm excited to have there I'd highly recommend them

Customer service horrible ! Forgot the card at home and I did have pictures of it and they didn’t care about it . I had to go to get a card papper and waited 20 minutes there bc of course busy . Sorry Sams your policy not good

Sam's Club in Middletown NY is run by an overzealous karen named Chelsea who is extremely rude and unprofessional, and likes to keep quoting " I'm the manager, I will have your membership revoked if I want to" I have shopped at Sam's Club from New York State to Florida and never come across someone like her working there. I already logged a complaint with corporate, and I will not be shopping at the Middletown NY store ever again! I didn't know racial profiling was still trending in 2023🤷🏾

I love Sam's but it must have been an "off" day for them. Alot of items I needed had no prices on them, and it was quite a few. Also the place just opened an hour or so and the clothing section looked like it was hit by a tornado. And there weren't alot of customers. How? I rather go to the Vestal club instead. It may be further but it's a little better organized.

Cheating the customers is a No NO!I know things are going up! this is an absolute disgusting disgrace to cheat all of your customers!Your Brand ,paper towels and toilet paper have shrunk not just by five sheets. 20 people lined up waiting to check out was trying to force you to use the automatic machines which have not work for me yet I've tried several times if I'm paying for a service and I am paying for a service open up more than 2 checkoutson a Friday night everybody piled back at least 20 people pile. Ridiculous other than that I think the place is improving service the first product on the shelves that's about it I give it two stars today

It’s not the biggest deal being a sams club member.. we recently became members and shopped a total of 3 times we purchased a couple of favorites because of their convenience.. only to find out they will no longer be stocking these items… seriously!!! They staff on this day were very unfriendly and not to eager to help!! Very disappointed

Still Not happy that there are more self checkout registers than manned registers. Maybe its just me, but I am not a fan. I am not cool with American jobs being lost for company profits via machines. Shelves are stocked well again as they used to be. I went to the club today and there was only one cashier. Unbelievable. Most people have seemed to be used to self checkout. So sad for jobs. 😔 I went today and there were 3 cashiers instead of the usual one cashier. Hopefully they are reading the reviews and making a permanent positive change.

Shoppers: Tip of the day, you don't have to stand on those crazy long check out lines. Don't stress yourself and get frustrated. It's easy peezy.First, download the Sam's Club app.Second, scan the barcode on the items as you put them on your cart.Third, when you're done shopping, pay for your merchandise on your phone.Fourth, wave goodbye to all those people waiting on those long lines and show your receipt on your phone to the store employees as you exit the store.

Too many Pick Up spots. Takes away from the Handicapped which are hard to come by. Handicapped spaces that are parallel takes up too much space. You could get 2 or 3 cars in where they have one of those. Not enough cashiers and too many Self Checkouts.

I've been to many Sam's Clubs in the United States and this one is very poorly ran. Check out lines are long for check out then you have another single line to leave. This store is also VERY crowed and the parking lot is a nightmare. It's to the point we only go to Sam's Club only when desperately needed.

Thank you Jessica and the young lady at the register that helped me today with my Instacart order. I couldn't have done this all by myself. I had three orders and half of my cart was restocked back to the shelf. My phone was about to die and Jessica picked all of my items for me after I had shopped for two hours.....I was having a rough day with my order and they really stepped in and helped me out tremendously. I wish I could tip the ladies for their support! Great job ladies!!!!

Worse run Sams club in the nation. Been to a few around the country. By far worse run in nation, dirty, rude employees and product availability horrible. The only reason this place is still in business is it’s the only option. If there was a coscto in Middletown this place would be out of business
