I have been a long time customer of RiteAide. The general customer Service is good, but not at the Pharmacy. My prescriptions are charged to the wrong insurance, and I have to call to check if a particular Medication is in. The Pharmacist said that she had called me, but left no message. She explained that the mediation may be on back order. She advised me to transfer my prescription to Hannaford’s. I did and they were able to helpme, although, they were busy themselves.

I would have added to the LIST of complaints in my prior review. But it will not permit me.You should also be made aware that REGARDLESS of of what your doctor writes on your prescription. Rite Aid will give you the CHEAPEAST AVAILABLE MEDICATION AND LIE TO YOU ABOUT IT! Telling you that they keep ordering it but cannot get it. Leaving patients to suffer with sub-standard medication that does not help them!! When confronted with FACTS... like I contacted the manufacturer and there is no reason why they shouldn't be able to get it and provide it. THAT was when the TRUTH came out. IT IS NOT RITE AIDS CHOSEN MANUFACTURER! It was Rite AIDS chosen manufacturer a month or 2 ago. They were filling my scripts correctly. So it's got nothing to do with the manufacturer. But I will bet my next paycheck that it has EVERYTHING to do with the price!SO I HAVE TO BE MISERABLE 24/7 SO RITE AID CAN SAVE A FEW CENTS!!They make up the rules as they go along. I was in there to attend to other business that should have been no problem either. And ANYWHERE else it wouldn't have been. Needless to say, things didn't turn out too well for me then either.I DO APOLOGIZE to the readers out there for the long reviews. It seems to be the only way to get them to pay some attention. And it DOES give people interested in the reviews a good clear picture of what I personally have had to tolerate.

EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE IS A DISGRACE. I JUST WROTE A WHOLE REVIEW AND IS HAS DISAPPEARED.I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE SEEN SUCH IGNORANCE AND LAZINESS!I HAD 2 VERY IMPORTANT PRESCRIPTIONS BEING FILLED. I ATTEMPTED TO CALL THERE YESTERDAY 9/30/23 between 12:30-1:00. NO ONE ANSWERED. I DONT HAVE A CAR SO I WANTED TO PICK UP MY SCRIPT ON MY WAY HOME IN A CAB. THEY WERE ABOUT TO CLOSE FOR LUNCH AT 1:30 WHICH IS THE MOST RIDICULOUS THING I HAVE EVER HEARD. SO I WENT HOME WITHOUT AND SUFFERED ALL NIGHT. 9:01am THIS MORNING ON A SUNDAY. THEY CALLED MY HOUSE AND WOKE UP MY DYING HUSBAND FROM THE ONLY SALVATION HE HAS FROM MISERY AND INFORMED ME THAT MY SCRIPTS WERE READY TO BE PICKED UP. I WAS TOO SICK TO WALK THE 3 MILES ROUND TRIP TO GET IT SO I PAID FOR A CAB. I ATRIVED TO FIND THE PHARMACIST SITTING ON HER BUTT SOCIALIZING WITH THE GIRL ON THE FLOOR. SHE LET ME STAND THERE FOR A BIT BEFORE I HAD TO SAY SOMETHING. THEN SHE GOT UP AND INFORMED ME THAT THEYHAD TO ORDER MY PRESCRIPTION.!!? I ASKED WHY I WASNT NOTIFIED. SHE CLAIMED TO HAVE SENT A MESSAGE. I ASKED WHAT KIND OF MESSAGE AND WHEN AND I GOT NO ANSWER. I ASKED WHY THEY WOULD CALL TO INFORM ME SOMETHING WAS READY BUT NOT TO INFORM ME THAT YOU DIDNT HAVE THE MOST IMPORTANT ONE. THIS IS NOT SOME ANTACID IM TALKING ABOUT. THIS IS MEDICATION USED TO KEEP CHEMOTHERAPY PATIENTS FROM GETTING VIOLENTLY ILL FROM TREATMENT. THERE WASNT AN OUNCE OF COMPASSION IN HER FACE OR VOICE. NOR DID SHE EVEN OFFER AN APOLOGY FOR THE "INCONVENIENCE ." WHICH IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT TO SAY THE LEAST. I COULDN'T GET THERE WITHOUT GETTING SICK. HOW IN GODS NAME AM I GOING TO MAKE IT TO WORK TOMORROW MORNING? IT AMAZES ME HOW THEY CAN SO NONCHALANTLY CAUSE SUCH MISERY IN SOMEONE ELSES LIFE AND NOT AT LEAST LOOK LIKE THEY FEEL BAD ABOUT IT? SHE WILL CLOSE UP AND GO HOME AND HAVE DINNER, RELAX AND GO TO BED. I WILL SPEND THE NEXT 24 HOURS IN A LIVING HELL WILL MY HEAD STUCK IN A BUCKET! I AM SO UPSET AND MISERABLE I WOULD LOVE TO DECK HER! AND I WILL BE WISHING SOME EVIL STUFF WHILE I SPEND MY NIGHT ON THE BATHROOM FLOOR!AND I SWEAR ON ALL THAT IS GOOD AND HOLY THAT IF RITE AID DOES NOT FORMALLY AND PUBLICALY REPRIMAND OR FIRE HER FOR THIS I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL I GET TO MR/MRS RITE AID THEMSELVES!THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSE FOR THIS DISGUSTING TREATMENT!*** UPDATE*** SO today was the every bit the hell I knew it would be. I called them this morning on my break and was told my prescription hadn't arrived yet. Which meant I was going to have to go home and come back. I then received a call from the pharmacist telling me that my specific medicine did NOT come in and has not been coming when ordered. I was offered a different manufacturer. Which unfortunately not all of them work. I lost it. I asked why no one told me any of this? Why no one calls when they come across situations like this. I was told that I had to specifically sign up to be called an notified of complications with my prescriptions!? WTH!? In all of my years. Of all of the pharmacies I have used over that time INCLUDING SEVERAL DIFFERENT RITE AIDS. I have never heard of such a ridiculous thing! I asked why it was when I came in as a new customer that the "rules and procedures" weren't explained? I got no where. AFTER ALL OF THAT NONSENSE, I PICKED UP MY SCRIPT AND OPENED THE BOTTLE AND LOOKY THERE!! IT IS THE EXACT MANUFACTURER THAT SHE JUST CALLED ME AND TOLD ME THAT THEY COULD NOT GET. You just can't make this stuff up. Who would want to? It's been nothing but grief and aggravation which I DO NOT NEED! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

This is my go to for everything from makeup to vitamins and everything else in between. The staff there are phenomenal. You have Linda who really should be the town mayor, she always makes you feel as if she's been waiting for you all day, always kind and professional. Amanda showed great leadership and it pays off because her employees seems to like her. Jamie is great and Melba and the new commer whose name escapes me. And you cannot beat the value for your bucks. I am just a happy customer. I have been going to this riteaid for the last nine years and I had never had a bad experience. It's like my Cheers. Everybody knows my name and remember to ask about my son and my well-being. Cannot say enough good thing about that place

Horrible!!!! I hate going to this pharmacy. The wait is always ridiculous in the store and drive thru. No one answers the phone when you call. There are times when I go to pick up my medications during pharmacy hours and their closed. Management needs to do better!

Amazing experience getting my prescription, I transferred my prescription from a different pharmacy as there is always an issue and missed couple days taking it. The moment I transferred it in this location not even 24 hours I got it so I am very satisfied with the customer service and the initiative to order extra for the following month as I cant have it in bulk. Thank you Diane from pharmacy for your help, I so much appreciate it❤

I ordered my medication and was told it would be ready for next day pickup. went to rite told prescription was not ready and thay they would need to order it. whent back the next day same thing. 3 days later I am still waiting for my medication.lucky for me it was not a critical medication that I needed.

One of my most favorite stores! Used to have a wonderful employees, but there's been staff changes and only a couple now are still credible and a pleasure. The rest are typically rude, constantly making errors, makes customers wait in long lines, and are not helpful. It's a shame because it used to be the best store in the area. I still shop there but not half as much as I used too, and it's only for the sales due to the poor staff.

I've been sitting in my car for over 45 minutes for a 5:15 testing appointment. still sitting in my car as I write this. I have watched I don't know how many people walk in and out of the store from the drive-thru, and I have seen the gentleman helping all of maybe once.

I normally shop everyday there and enjoy the staff.Yesterday I got a new person and she was very rude, I asked about a sale item, she told me the sticker never got pulled it was last weeks sale. I asked if I good get for that she told me NO YOU CAN RETURN IT. i will not shop if I see her there.
