Tasty Italian ice and custard, with so many options to choose from! Staff is really friendly. Per her recommendation I got half cherry and half green apple Italian ice, and really liked it! They rotate certain flavors every day, so the flavor I originally was wanting they didn’t have. You can visit their site to see what flavors are available each day. Outdoor seating as well for you to enjoy your dessert

This was my first time trying out Rita Italian and I have to say the customer service was really good and the young guy working here really helped me to decide on what to get because I wasn't sure what to get.I got mango and pineapple icey and I have to say really good. I got a small the price was a little something but I didn't have anything to compare it to but I have to say it was well worth it. I would recommend and I will be back

I’d like to consider myself a regular here as I love their frozen drinks. Today for the first time I received a frozen drink with two little black pieces. Still unsure of what it may be. I’d hope whatever issues may be going on is quickly resolved. When I arrived today the lady ahead of me expressed she had been waiting for 15 minutes as the employees just passed her in the booth. Ritas has not been providing the same customer service they always have. They are also more basic and low on flavors. I would hope whatever is in my drink is not dangerous and is resolved. Perhaps they need to clean their equipment

Delicious soft served and a variety of flavors hard ice cream...i had a small cup of orange and cream ice cream with hot fudge, yummy! can't wait to go back .

Great please staff is very friendly. Please update your current hours online. I drove 25 mins based off your hours listed and you guys were closed. It currently states that you are open until 10:30 pm. I got there at 9:15. Very annoying.

I've been taking the family to Rita's for years but today was the first time I felt that I wouldn't be going back. My cashier was Leia and she was condescending and rude. I used it as a teaching experience for my kids on what not to do when working in the customer service field. When your kids notice someone being rude it says a lot. Leia needs a lesson in how not to conduct yourself even when you're having a bad day...

Rita's is our favorite the ices and vanilla custard are delicious! Staff is always friendly. Just wish they were open in the fall and spring cause we miss them when they close for the season. Also would love if there was a eat in area

Excellent tasty shaved ice in a great variety of flavors about $2.00-4.00 per large, and larger cup. Usually fast service and parking is adequate. 3 stars because I feel the prices are too high especially when you bring a host of kids with you. Highly recommend lemon and other natural fruit flavors for cooling off on a super hot day.

I am so addicted to Rita's cream ices. I love the creamy texture and it just melts in your mouth. I haven't had anything like them anywhere else. The staff is very friendly and they even let you taste whatever you want before you order. I don't go anywhere else for ice cream anymore.

One of our fav treat spots. Got the orange cream custard and I would have gotten a bucket of it if I could. Always friendly staff and top quality products. Highly recommended.

Being from Philly I am very thankful to have a Rita's close to where I live but am extremely disappointed that my favorite flavor(a staple at every Philly location therefore being available everyday) is rarely available here. So, Rita's of Dolson, though I've requested in person several times, I am requesting again for you to have chocolate on a more regular basis 🙏 pleeeeeease and thank you

I gave him five stars because I really love their ices ...in the summer I keep my freezer stocked with Italian ices from the grocery store. I enjoyed the ices from the store and I am grateful that they sell them in the stores but they just can't beat Rita's ices and sometimes I just have to go and get an ice from there The taste and the texture of the ice is something otherworldly... I love that they put real fruit pieces in there and that they have different sizes so that I can order some and take it home and put it in the freezer to enjoy another time.

I love Ritas but ironically the one closest to my home never has a wide range of flavors. Every time I called or passed by they always had such a limited range. Ive been going to Rita’s for years but this particular one needs to expand their flavors.

TERRRRRRIIIBBBLLLLLEEEEE. i called and they said that they will be opening at 10 PM. we waited 45 for them to open the window for us. but forget that, the ices were terrible. i got pieces of jelly in my ices!!! how can you even serve that. and the service was terrible. The woman at the window was yelling at me. if i could i would give them 0 stars

They need to have more flavors to choose from.... The Rita's in New Jersey is so much better.... More custard and ice choices and a much more rich flavor to the product.... It taste like they dilute thr flavor.... Make more for less

Tho I love Ritas and it is A MUST PLACE TO VISIT BEGORE THEY CLOSE FOR THE WINTER the kids who work there do not know how to process payment via debit card...they have a little trick they say the machine is old and doesn't work so you pay cash and leave a cash tip in the jar...so be prepared to bring cash for the Hustler's...

I was unhappy with the customer service from one of the employees here at this location. However, the manager/owner addressed it immediately and solved the issue. I recommend the mango flavor as it is my favorite.
