Delivered 2 out or 3 broken cabinets. I have been on hold for over one hour trying to get a hold of someone in shipping to replace these cabinets. What an absolute waste of time. We will never order from Lowes Middletown again.

I use to enjoy shopping at this Lowe’s unfortunately management is terrible… they keep hiring new employees and getting rid off the good ones…We buy quite a lot, since we are a big construction company…Every time I have to return something I got a really bad attitude from some employees. I asked for the manager and she refused. After insisting for a while the manager showed up and insisted of trying to resolve the issue, just make it worse. I ended up going to a different Lowe’s and they solve the issue in less than 5 minutes

Do not purchase an appliance from here. I trusted Lowes with an install of a new stove after my home was damaged with major water damage. After the water damage, I returned to a home with brand new floors - it was quite exciting! I then purchased a stove from Lowes and the third party installers they hired put a huge gash in these brand new floors. Lowes refuses to rectify the situation - I've called the customer install line numerous times, never being able to get through to a manager. The best they could do is a $100 gift card. I trusted Lowes to get the job done efficiently and effectively, and I'm left with a huge gash in my new floor that they feel $100 will take care of.Unacceptable. To fix this portion of floor will require all surrounding flooring to be cut up and replaced. Absolutely not. They refuse to put me through with a manager. I'm appalled and will not return here for business.

My husband and I just purchased all of our kitchen appliances from Michael at the Lowe’s in Middletown. He was so patient and attentive and helped us through everything. We originally had a completely different brand and color scheme planned out but due to manufacturers back order and the unavailability of color he helped us switch to a better brand, which also saved us a bunch of money we were anticipating on spending(wooohoooo!).Michael, thank you for your help and patience, you were amazing and we are so grateful for your help this evening! We highly recommend Michael for all your appliance needs, you will not be disappointed! :)

Do not buy from Lowes if they have to deliver and install. They are not reliable. Your order status will show as delivered but you do not have the item..Forget trying to call the store they keep putting you on hold.

You can buy almost anything here. They also can make key copies which is very helpful or use their key kiosk if you order. Be aware there is no way to tap and pay, I only had my phone so couldn't pay- great thing my sister was 1 aisle over from check out and came and let me use her card. Make sure to have a physical card - no apple pay, samsung wallet etc.

Yesterday I visited Lowes. Lowes is known for never having a register open operated by an employee. They force you to use self check out which you get no discount for. Upon my visit Yesterday my wife and I approached the self check out as no registers were open. We found two self check outs off and the other 2 in the middle of use with no one in site. Did not see an employee. Finally an employee shows up and my wife said none are working. The employee says with an attitude "well someone must have touched them". Then the employee went over to help someone else instead of simply clearing a screen so we could ring ourselves up for free. I then said this is ridiculous to wait this long to ring myself up when their are 4 registers I can't use and told my wife we are leaving and we will go somewhere else. The employee heard this and did not offer to help at all. By the way the store was definitely not busy. So while walking out I decided to go back in to customer service for the sole purpose of asking a Lowes manager why they can't just open a register. My wife and I went calmly to customer service and waited on line. While on line the employee who was nasty at self checkout saw us and brought our cart we left at self checkout. Now the employee says they will ring us up but yet didn't offer that when we at self checkout. I'm assuming this offer came from the fact that we were obviously annoyed and were going to talk to a manager and the employee assumed it was all about them. I refused the employee at this point since the employee still had an attitude. I said I am waiting to speak to a manager and not to be rung up at this point. The employee then shoved the cart in mine and my wife's direction and started calling a manager saying their was an irate customer which was extremely comical, so much in fact that I mocked the employee saying it. The employee was irate. When the manager showed up I explained. I asked the manager why can't they just open a register since its not even busy. The manager said the employee had to watch self checkout. I mentioned that obviously the employee isn't very good at this considering the registers all had different issues and there wasn't one customer at them when we walked up. The manager had no excuse for this. We shop at Lowes quite a bit and have noticed the same employee's attitude one more than one occasion. Lowes is a store for customers to buy home goods, not deal with attitudes from your special employees.

I did curbside pick up for the first time. It was not the best as I called the number when I arrived and noone answered. I had to go inside, however, the wait time on line, to retrieve my order from the system, get the items and leave was less than 10 minutes. So not the best for curbside pick up, but not horrible as far as the length of time for the transaction. And very happy they had the exact color I wanted!

I placed a special order, bathroom vanity with top. I waited 2 weeks for delivery. I got the delivery opened box and surprise!! Top had all four corners chipped and had a 8 inch crack. I called the 800 number waited 1 hr to talk to someone, they called the middletown ny lowes. After 1-1/2 hours they finally told me that a pickup was scheduled for Wednesday between 9am-12pm. Waited all day and nothing. I personally went to lowes store and talked to a manager. Waisted my time, feels like no one wants to help. After showing manager pics of the damaged product, all he said was “we can offer you some silicone and a 10% discount” I declined his offer. Manager Paul, contacted the delivery department and again after 45 minutes sitting in store I get a called saying that it was going to get picked up Thursday between 2pm-5pm, again waited all day and nothing. I have called the store talked to customer service I explained what happened, she puts me on hold and then hangs up the phone. Tried 10 times and no one picks up the phone. This is the worst store and worse customer service I have ever received. Never again will purchase something from lowes.

First of all you walk into the store and the music is soooooo depressing. At least put something that wakes you up a little bit. Second, nobody knows what they are doing there. You ask somebody where something is and they don’t know. And third the store is so dirty, I walk out the store and I sneeze out so much dust! I been to many lowes but this location is just horrible. Go to Home Depot instead!

Usually a good experience.Update on Lowes. Bought a dishwasher here on 12/2/23. They told me delivery and installation would be within two weeks. A month went by and nada! Called the store a total of 36 times trying to find out what happened. Mostly the phone wasn't answered (customer service) or I was told it was being processed. Finally I stormed up there (Middletown) to see what was going on. Was told they had lost the order. I had already paid in full for the whole thing.I canceled the order, went to Appliance City and had the product delivered and installed in 5 days.Done with Lowe's. Completely unresponsive and uncaring.Grade F.

This location is horrible! I had a delivery order. The first time it was scheduled they forgot to load it on the truck. The second time it was scheduled I received no communication from the delivery driver or anyone from the store. I called numerous times, took about 30 minutes each time to even get through to the store! Then once through I was disconnected each time before a manager ever picked up. Finally by the end of the night I got through to a manager and she was not pleasant, it was very clear she did not want to help me. She said she’d call me once she figured out why I didn’t get my delivery. I never received a call. I spoke with the delivery coordinator the next morning, who was helpful! Apparently the delivery guy couldn’t find my house… but he didn’t call me! According to the coordinator they are supposed to call me 30 minutes out. So they rescheduled me for a few days later. Thankfully I received my delivery! And it’s like magic, a few days ago the delivery driver couldn’t find my house… but today that same delivery driver called me to say he was 45 minutes away and got to my house without issue! I will never order from this Lowes again.

This Lowe’s location is terrible. Customer service is nearly non existent. Don’t try to call you’ll be on the phone waiting for someone for over a half and hour. Don’t expect your order to be delivered to you or to the store on time. And don’t expect your customer service rep to hustle for you. They will not. My job is now pushed out 2 months because of them. Would not recommend at all.

I have shopped at Lowes since their doors opened. I never needed to shop anywhere else for appliances, plants, flowers, wood, grills, lighting, outdoor and lawn everything, etc. Unfortunately, there has been a dramatic decline in service. The registers, although there, are no longer open, so you are forced to self-checkout [an experience which is nice if you don't mind an employee breathing down your back, monitoring and hovering over your every move]. The lines are long since the one hovering employee can't seem to manage 4 checkout counters at one time so strategically they close 1 or 2 of them regularly.Just recently I needed assistance with countertops. I was told to wait in the aisle and someone would be there shortly to assist. Unfortunately the guy sitting at the desk of the custom cabinet section, although adjacent to the countertops is unhelpful, to say the very least. I waited 25 minutes before I helped myself. I was assured that someone would help me put the countertops in my truck but that too took 20 minutes of unanswered overhead paging (for Will). With the kind assistance of another dissatisfied customer, I loaded them into my truck.Thank you to all the Lowe's customers who have assisted me with heavy loads, assisted with their expertise on flower and shrub selections, or helped guide me to the right location of miscellaneous items. There was a time when I scouted the store for an employee with a red vest for assistance. Those days are long gone, and the remaining employees are simply clueless about products or even product location. The few that are left, are left to shuffle in and out of aisle l, steering far from making any eye contact with customers in hopes of being left alone.This store really gives DIY (Do it yourself) new meaning. When you say DIY, you really do mean DO IT YOURSELF!! And why stop there? You should really promote HAUL IT YOURSELF, FIND IT YOURSELF, and FIGURE IT OUT YOURSELF because that is the feeling you are left with when you exit. So much so, I found myself at Home Depot more times in the past month than I have ever been in all the years that I have been a resident in the area.It'll be sad to see these doors closed, but if that should occur, I can clearly see why.I had the pleasure of meeting a gentleman by the name of Giuseppe who was incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and eager to assist. Unfortunately he mentioned that he only visited/worked at this location once in a while - overseeing operations. He should be a permanent fixture, if this location is to survive.

Henderson, Nevada, just a few miles from Lake Mead and Hoover Dam. Apparently, they have scorpions there. Good to know. Surrounded by gorgeous desert, mountains, bighorn sheep. (Love their air conditioning too, 'cause we were there in August. 108 degrees.) Nice staff, very helpful.

Once again tried to return craftsman hand tools that were broken. Lowes is not honoring the 100 percent return policy that sears carried for years before the craftsman brand was now carried by lowes. Terrible customer service.

My husband was buying a chainsaw but the shelf said one price and the product was scanning a different price (higher) but the manager Shedrick came to us in the isle and said he would go right to the register with us and make sure we were charged the lower price that was posted on the shelf. We were very pleased with him helping us so good! He did his job excellent!!!👍

Nobody is working in paint. Stood around a half hour waiting for someone. Nobody came . Cashiers were notified we needed someone and we pressed the help button on the desk. We left without what we came for. The cashier had a terrible attitude. He clearly hates his job probably because he’s the only one I saw working. Disappointed

Was pleasantly surprised at the customer service I received. Looking for new shower/tub fixtures and had a question. The man helping me said it was not his dept. but would try. Said he did not have the answer but paged someone , who promptly showed up and was able to help.

Went in today looking for outdoor furniture. I liked the displays but couldnt find the acyual boxes. I had stood there for a while and eventually found what i was looking for. Though the may have been understaffed which i understand it still made it a little frustrating

It's a lowes store ! .. but the employees are terrible .. when you need help they all say the same thing !!! THIS IS NOT MY DEPARTMENT! You can never find anything it's definitely not where the lowes app tells you it is in the store ! To be honest it looks like they hired like they were required to meet a quota of minorities.. And none of them are capable of doing the job 🙄 and that wouldn't be as terrible as the fact that they don't even try they just site at the front desk talking to eachother playing around like children 😒 and have terrible attitudes !

DO NOT ORDER APPLIANCES FROM THIS LOCATION. I ordered an entire set of appliances for a rental apartment (range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washer, dryer). Come delivery day the range was not delivered. NO explanation, no notification, no call, nothing. I called the store customer service, constantly put on hold and given the runaround. No one in delivery or a manager could answer the phone. I went to the store multiple times and was told it was in stock but more excuses and incompetence. Called corporate and was told the store would contact me. MONTHS later and STILL NOTHING. I went to the store and spoke to a gentleman in appliances named Chili and was told the range was actually out of stock and no expected availability date. FINALLY someone who could give me a straight answer. I ordered a similar range with him and a range was delivered after 4 MONTHS OF EXCUSES.

Received an alert from Credit Karma that Lowes account was canceled. I called the card division and both the original rep and her supervisor gave me the same robotic answer that it was canceled due to lack of activity. The fact I made a major purchase on it in 2019 didn't matter.Footnote to above: I followed thru on the answer received from Lowes below - called the 800 number - pleasant person Abby said she had to transfer me to card division, who I spoke with again, reading what Lowes asked me to do. Got the same robotic answer that card canceled due to lack of activity. Supervisor gave same answer. Sad that Lowes reached out to me to say that is not the service level they expect. But their policies are dictating otherwise. I guess other stores will be getting more of my business.

I understand it’s hard to find help but when the only help you have is rude and incompetent, that is unacceptable.I also called to ask if they had something in stock (online it said 2), but if you’re a regular shopper, you know to call if inventory is 3 or less. I was assured they had it in stock but when I arrived, I was told they didn’t. 2 hours of my time wasted.Would suggest using the Lowes in Chester NY. Worth the extra 10-15 minutes.

Wow, worst visit ever! Went to the pro desk to pick up an item the manager on duty said he would hold there and the 2 employees wouldn't even check for it. Told me to check shopping carts in the isles, go to the service desk, refused to check at the pro desk, where we were! While waiting for a manager on duty at the service desk I was stared down by a mail employee who heard I had a problem at the pro desk. Wow, very toxic. I do not recommend this store. Go elsewhere.

Purchased and paid for dishwasher 6/25/2022. Delivery to store 7/5/2022. Called store 7/6/22, no one answers. Went to store later on 7/5/2022, was told I would get a call later in the evening that night. No one called. Called again 7/6/2022, was told I would get a call when someone came in after 8am. Guess what, still no call. Called again at 3pm. No one answers. Then they take the call off the ring, say nothing, keep you on hold and then hang up. I guess I will have to go back today to cancel my order and get a refund. Then on to Home Depot to try again. Lowe's customer service just doesn't exist. Fast forward, I call again, this time on hold for 1 hour and 20 minutes, walk into store and show the customer service Attendant. Finally get some help from her and her co worker. Got the dishwasher, what a task it turned out to be. All this aggravation to spend my money in their store..The manager is on vacation for 2 weeks. I will wait to see if he ever calls me.
